Horrible, horrible, horrible. They could not be slower at filling Rx. Even if you call ahead and they tell you they’ll expedite your Rx and it’ll be ready in an hour…be prepared to not only wait in a line of 10 people at the time they told you to arrive but then get to the counter and be told it’ll be another 20 minutes.This is not the first time they’ve had one of my Rx sitting “In Process” for ages. Except this time I’m in dire need of it to be filled. I’m 36 weeks pregnant and positive for COVID and need an anti nausea medication to get through this without becoming dehydrated and starting preterm labor…my Rx was called into the pharmacy at 10:30am. My poor husband is waiting there still for it to be filled at 6:30pm after we were told it would be expedited and ready at 5:30. I’m changing pharmacies literally tomorrow. I’m done with this.

Today staff who attended to me was very courteous, kind and caring, majority of the Pharmacy cashiers and Service reps are, however about a month ago I encountered a very belligerent, hostile, Pharmacist or Pharmacist Tech She refused to give her name or tittle, I was waiting on the line like everyone else for over 30 mins for pickup despite calling before I left home to confirm my Rx was ready being told it was, it wasn't, the Other Pharmacist who was assisting me in fixing this issue asked if I could have a seat he will get it ready in 30 mins I said sure, after about 40 mins it was ready I was called up to the pick up window and without asking any questions that Vile woman said "Get to the back of the line, you people think you deserve special treatment, despite the cashier telling her I was already in the line and it was their fault that I had to wait she continued to be more belligerent and said I saw her in the aisle I never saw her in any line, " you get back now" I told her you all have cameras here why don't you prove how idiotic you sound, I demanded an apology she refused and said "I have never apologized to any of you people in my life I will never start now meaning "black people" the cashier apologized for her that's how uncomfortable she felt herself. I told them I wanted to speak to store manager they said she was the store manager. I just had enough and left. This 5 stars is based on my experience Today only. P. Samaroo

The worst pharmacy ever. Never answer the phone, the techs are idiots and don’t know how to help you. They are slow and way understaffed always. Stay away from this location at all costs, not worth your blood pressure going up.

Every single time I go for rx it's not ready. Every...single....time.. I'll call days ahead of time and still not ready. About to switch pharmacies

I took three items I bought a few weeks prior into the CVS store on Cumberland Street in Lebanon, Pa, I had one receipt with all three items listed. The clerk told me one item was not able to be refunded due to a message on her register. So, they kept my money and my item. They told me I had to call the main office. After waiting 40 minutes on hold for a CVS customer representative, she said they never heard of this situation. I am waiting for the district manager to return my call. I feel I should receive an apology from the store and my refund. I don’t know what this CVS store was trying to pull.

Called this branch after I picked up a script for my son at a different CVS branch and they refused to answer any questions. Was given a dura daily dose for 30 days due to the normal medicine being on back order. I asked questions before I left the branch, but didn't feel very confident. After getting home, I noticed some more differences on the strength and dosing info, so I thought I would call the Bowman St branch since I fill sxripts for myself there. I spoke to a parmacy tech, who even after importing my child's rx from the other CVS so they could veiw it, informed me that she could not comment on anything, or answer any questions. She said I would need to speak to a pharmacist, so I askes if I could speak to the pharmacist; I was told that she already talked to the pharmacist at this (Bowman St) location and the pharmacist will not comment, or speak to me. I asked if they had my child's regular medicine in stock at the Bowman St pharmacy and she said they did. I asked if I took the medicine that the other pharmacy gave me back to the original location, if I could transfer the script to the Bowman St pharmacy to get it filled and was again told that they will not comment or answer any questions. Wow, just wow. The medication is a profolactic antibiotic. I understand there are different pharmacists at each location, but you can import the script from a different branch, but refuse to answer the simplest of questions. Just wow. Bowman St CVS can't even help a CVS customer, so I will never go to this store again. Wow.

This is our main pharmacy, try not going to another one if we don't have to. Most of the employees are very nice and helpful and usually it doesn't take long to get our prescriptions filled.
