It would be nice if the owner would invest in keeping the property and facilities in nice condition. The parking lots full of dead weeds, stray shopping carts and trash. The store clearly isn’t being managed in a way that keeps the interior and exterior in a nice condition for the community. That’s disappointing.

Can I give a zero? The same concern they offer the customers they have continued to gain customers by buying all the good pharmacies that cared. We are more than customers we are patients that rely on a pharmacy as part of our care. They are more concerned with profit. The CVS care card should be called the CVS we care about profit card. The care they have is for their bottom line not the health of the customers who are beholden to them not by choice.

I have gone to this pharmacy for 15 years if not longer. Their service has gone from a pone from a possible 4 to a negative one. Their pharmacy is absolutely horrible half the repeat information repeatedly and then the woman starts to yelling at me because she can not do her job. I ask for the manager and get the Pharmacist , pharmacist tells me that My insurance company doesn't deal with siris deal with CVS which that is a blatant lie because they deal with CVS it's just at a higher cost but I said OK thank you and she hung up the phone. Again absolutely hard service for the last 4 or 5 years just horrid no wonder they can't keep anybody!

Everytime I come to this CVS the women’s that work there Angelica & Joly are so helpful all the time and they always smile once I walk in that door the other guy that also works there is so helpful, this is one of the best CVS in Lebanon Thank you so much for your time.

I haven’t had any issues since i have started shopping here. Anytime I need help so far they’ve gone above & beyond to get me or check to see if they had whatever I needed. I don’t use the pharmacy there so I can’t comment on that, but the people in the store stocking & such are super helpful & friendly.

Wow can people get any more rude. I'm sorry I picked up my daughter's prescription didn't mean to inconvenience y'all. Seriously if you don't like your job to the point of taking it out on your customers maybe you need to rethink your career choice....

Though at times they are very busy, it is worth the wait!!! Picking off times to pick up your order, can fix this problem! The people, from the Pharmacy, to the regular store, could not be more kind!! I admit, I can be a pain at times, but by being patient and keeping a sense of humor, we have all grown to be friends! Thank goodness for a Pharmacy that cares enough to get to know their patients!!💖

Put prescriptions on auto fill, they don't fill them. Call and tell them to fill it, then it's not ready when they say it will be. Rinse, wash, repeat.It's a shame i had to switch pharmacies with the way this place has declined the past year or two. I enjoyed the drive-thru convenience, but not as much as I need my medication. The staff was always friendly, but just seen extremely unorganized.

Went to pick up my 5 month old daughter’s prescription today and it was suppose to be ready by 12. We show up at 1:30 and they told us it still needs to be mixed yet and to come back in 20 mins..this was the same thing I had to do last month when I got it filled.. they won’t mix it till I’m physically there. We come back half hour later and had to give her name multiple times along with her birthday to the lady at the drive in pickup.. she must’ve had a bad day cause when she sent the prescription through the tube she turned the bag upside down so when I grabbed it out of the tube all the contents fell out everywhere... Not a big deal or anything but they also didn’t give us droppers with the prescription to measure the medicine to give her!

In the last few months, whenever I refill a prescription through the app, or even when it is sent directly from my doctor’s office, there is a significant wait. My prescription will say “In process” for days unless I call the pharmacy and speak to someone. Each time someone says “sorry we’re really busy.” Either hire more staff or I will likely be having my prescriptions sent elsewhere.

I get my prescriptions here, and usually have to wait on line for them even though I use their automated refills. The prescription staff, however, is generally very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Also, the majority of the other products they sell here are much more expensive than almost anywhere else, even with either of the CVS cards, their app or in-store discounts.

In the last three weeks, I have had to call them on two separate occasions because my scripts were over a week late. I was assured that this was because they are a week behind. Even the district manager, Simon, agreed that this is unreasonable, and told me that this was because of a new head pharmacist. Sorry, but that's not my problem; my problem is that I am without my meds. Again. Meds that are over a week late. Again.

I had a prescription called in. I called to check on it and was advised that it would bee 30 to 45 minutes to have it filled. 9 hours later, the prescription was still not filled when I went to pick it up. I then waited for another hour for it to be filled and to check out. When I mentioned this I was told they've been behind for months. If that were the case, why was I not given an accurate wait time to begin with? Very dissatisfied.

Drive thru was not too bad, had about 4 or 5 cars ahead of me. Tube lane was not working. They finished filling it when I pulled up to the window. Young lady was very pleasant.

I am not sure how it is possible to be so incompetent so consistently. They are very good at one thing and that is making a "15 minute" wait into a 45 minute wait. Every time they will ask for your name 3 times and your birthday 4 times.
