I just had a whole house water softener system installed by Tim Beil Plumbing. Jake and Ian were very friendly, professional, and hard working. They took time to explain everything to me, and they cleaned up their work areas well when they were done.It’s a very old house, so this was an extra challenging job. I also had a reverse osmosis system put in at the kitchen sink so that our drinking water is pure and tasty. It’s a soapstone counter so I wasn’t sure if this was even possible, but they did a fantastic job.I’m so happy with this company and their employees. From start to finish, it was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this company!———————————Google won’t allow me to write another review for this company, so I’m adding on to my last review.On 4/11, I had a new hot water heater installed by Tim Beil Plumbing. The entire staff is very pleasant to work with. Again, Jake and Ian did a great job, were kind and professional, and cleaned up their work areas when they were done. They also took their time explaining the things I need to know about the new hot water heater. I feel at ease with Jake and Ian, and that’s huge, in my opinion. I know I’ll be hiring Tim Beil Plumbing again. I highly recommend them.

I was very happy with the level of work the company provided. Very friendly and knowledgeable technicians. They were able to do all of the repairs I needed and also discussed future plans to do other repairs that I will need and a possible water softener and water filtration system in the future. Quality products. Professional work. Very experienced. Knew them since my old house. Had a Kinetco system installed there almost 20 yrs ago and never had an issue. Have one at present location installed when we moved here in 2021. Just had some service and a drinking water filtration system added under kitchen sink. I posted photos of both.

Jake and Ian did another excellent job for me today, dealing with a leak from a frozen outdoor pipe and helping with the water that services my refrigerator. Jake was both educational and informative about my problems and its related problems---helping me to understand the benefits of doing some upgrading to prevent further damage. This is not the first time I have had excellent service from Tim Beil Plumbing. They won me as a forever customer when my water heater died a few years ago and Tim and Tom came to replace it to make sure we had hot water over the weekend. Another time, I had a line backup and sent water through my kitchen and sunroom--they came out right away and stopped the leak. Highly, highly recommend.

Tim and Tucker came out to my house and outlined what was needed to diagnose my issue, gave me an estimate to repair once figured out, and were able to do the work immediately. Call this company for any plumbing needs. Tom and Tucker came out to do a sewer lateral inspection required for moving. They checked all of our plumbing too. Great work and friendly guys! We’ll be using them at our new house also.

Jake came to do the yearly maintenance on our Reverse Osmosis system. He was very knowledgeable and explained all the different options for the maintenance and also thoroughly explained the results of the water tests.While he was here he tested the water pressure and did other routine preventative tests. He discovered the expansion tank on the hot water heater was not functioning properly, which could be a safety issue.We appreciated the suggestions on ways to improve our water quality and ensure that our water system works well in the future.

I didn't know it was possible to feel so exhilarated & grateful after a plumbing service call!Having been a client of Tim Beil Plumbing for 15 years, I have always been impressed by the quality & integrity of their work, and by how responsive, friendly & knowledgeable their people are. Today was a perfect example.Tom & Jake arrived to address a problem with my kitchen sink (which they promptly resolved). While here, they performed a routine, very thorough check on the function of other plumbing things throughout my house, including the water softener. When a test strip indicated an issue, they undertook a complex, methodical process to diagnose the issue.I was impressed by how well the two men worked together, collaborating & effectively leveraging their considerable individual skills & experience to solve the problem properly (no short-cuts). Jake did a fabulous job explaining everything to me along the way, lending transparency to their work and empowering me to make informed decisions about proposed solutions. He even kindly educated me about simple, routine maintenance tasks I can do myself. His demeanor was genuine, personal, and not the least bit condescending (I am often wary of the "dumb female "phenomenon).I'm sure it would have been easier for them to just suggest multiple expensive repairs & replacements -- the house is older, and I wouldn't have known to question. But instead, they both helped me prioritize the varous options in an honest, cost-effective manner... demonstrating the integrity I have so much valued with Tim Beil Plumbing over the years.Needed repairs were scheduled promptly with their office before they left. Thorough documentation about work done, scheduled, and/or discussed was emailed to me simultaneously. The whole experience was refreshing, delightful, and extremely helpful!

Jake and Ian from Tim Beil Plumbing Installed a Kinetico K-5 Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water System for me today. All work was reviewed with me before beginning. They were both very professional and helpful, answering all my questions, reviewing instructions and showing me the finished results. Would like to mention that under my kitchen sink had no shut off valves, which was not part of the original agreement, but no problem at all to add this which was excellent. What a great experience - this is my second time doing business with Tim Beil Plumbing, I love this company and their employees and plan to use them for all of my future plumbing and water filtration needs.

Tim Beil Plumbing has been coming to my home for over 10 years to fix my faucets and change the filter on my Kinetico water softener. Jake and Tom respect my property and ensure all my plumbing issues are handled very quickly. My water is tested at every visit to ensure my softener is performing correctly. My faucets were fixed and my shut-off valves were replaced in a timely fashion. Ad, they always give me tips about how to prolong and maintain my equipment so that I don't need to see them too frequently ;) I recommend calling them about any plumbing issues!

My husband and I highly recommend this AMAZING plumbing company their service reps. Tom and Tucker were absolutely amazing. Extremely informative remained a longer period of time to put in the extra work and ensure our service call was taken care until the very end Tom was extremely detailed oriented when providing information for recommendations on areas of our home that needed immediate attention. We are grateful. We called this plumbing company for our service. We’ve use them in the past and they have been extremely wonderful with us. Tucker and Jake arrived this morning to change the filter in our well. I asked them to check the pressure as I noticed a change in water pressure and lound noises in the walls. To their surprise we had lost 10lbs with our aging tank. They stayed and replaced the tank and made sure all faucets and systems were in working condition. They assured me that if there was any issue to give them a call. Satisfied they listened to my concerns and was quick to rectify them.
