I very rarely leave a review as low as a 3, in fact this is only my second. I realize everyone can have a bad day and we are all entitled to and I take that into consideration. Therefore when I have a bad experience I simply don't leave a review.I purchased an item in electronics which required a sales associate to unlock. The person who I found was not very friendly and could have and should have been much nicer. Afterall, I had no choice since the item was locked.Walmart perhaps is not their dream job, but they should at least pretend as if helping the customer is not an extremely painful experience. It is people like this that give the good employees at Walmart a bad name.I would recommend Walmart move these type employees to behind the scene positions where interaction with the public is limited.The only reason I didn't give a lower rating is because I did obtain the item and don't want to give Walmart itself a low score.

Online ordering with outside store pickup is my new way to grocery shop.This store has a very smooth and easy pick up process.Order online for pick up, park car in designated spot, let them know you arrived and the staff bring out your items and pack them in your car.Excellent service every time!

Shopping was fine, but while checking out I needed to get an employee to put it in the system. It took almost 15 minutes before she came over. If they're not going to pay us for checking ourselves out, at least give us a discount. That's just my opinion.

Really nice deli and bakery. Nice selection of fruit and veggies too. I typically hate grocery shopping but don't mind Walmart at all.

Super helpful staff , very organized store that has just about everything that I need on a daily basis. The checkout lines are quick & I can be in & out with my items in 10 minutes or less!! This is the kind of store that I recommend to others!!

Shopping here is a terrible experience. The employees pulling online orders expect the in-store customers to move out of their way while they use their large carts as battering-rams. Today was particularly bad as I was nearly ran into when one employee rushed out the end of an isle without looking nor bothered to acknowledge his error. Walmart is moving stock around and I asked an employee, Don, who was pulling an online order for assistance. I had done this before with other employees doing the same task and had never had issue, but Don refused to help me… (side note: he was also the one who almost ran into me before this exchange.) Another employee was stocking nearby and heard what was happeneding and was almost in disbelief at his fellow co-workers response for help. The older gentleman, Tom, stopped stocking to help me locate my item and told me that all employees are supposed to help… apparently Don didn’t get the memo. Please update Don and his fellow order pickers on what Walmarts Customer Service SOPs are because you are missing the mark in Latrobe. Also, Tom deserves a raise and five stars on his own. Thank you Tom!

I have been doing grocery pick up for the past two years and it seems like I have an issue twice a month either the produce is very rotten or I find out that people are stealing from me. This last grocery trip on my receipt it shows $23.50 for three steaks which you can see in the picture it was $11.26 And then the roast charge me more sticker was on the package. And then also they ripped a bag of my potatoes so instead of a 5 pound bag I got half the bag when I called customer service and spoke with a manager they said I did not have time to deal with this call corporate. So pretty much they scan two things of meat but I got one and I was charged for two and then they overcharged me for my roast more than what the sticker was. Pretty much the person who did my grocery order got a free set of steaks and a half bag of potatoes on my paycheck . When I called customer service they did credit it back to me and they told me I would receive a phone call from management from the store and it’s been over three days I won’t hold my breath. Poor customer service poor management.

I do most of my shopping here, I shopped here since the day it opened, never had any problems with them. If something came up, they took care of it right away.I recommended it

Today, 12.05.23, a very helpful employee, Kathy, located a wheelchair for my mobility impaired mother. At the checkout, she then brought us a cart to collect our bags and pushed it to the exit. While I retrieved the car, she stayed with my mother, then pushed her to the car. Kathy waited for me to unload the bags and returned both the cart and the wheelchair into the store. Small town service at a Super Center! Her help is very much appreciated and I hope she's recognized for her stellar service!

There are not enough cashiers at the front check out registers. Meanwhile, employees seem to be standing around chit chatting with each other. SThe Store seemed a little cleaner than last time I was there.

Although the guys in the auto shop were nice, it should not have taken an hour and a half to get tires rotated and an oil change! Ugh. I didn't think I would get out of there, it was closing time when they finished. I was the only customer there so maybe they figured they would poke through until the end of the day. I didn't feel the same at all!

I tried to purchase 2 different types of alcohol and just because there was another individual with me ,I was unable to purchase both items, and almost asked for a refund on the item I was able to purchase. The employee was very rude and disrespectful to both myself and the other person with me

This Walmart is very organized. Seems to me lately I've run into boxes everywhere blocking the isles. This Walmart was stocked and clean!

Stire was very clean and well stocked. It seems to be a smaller grocery section than most Walmart stores. Employees were helpful and friendly. There seemed to be plenty of employee around the store that one in need on assistance, it wouldn't be hard to find help. Parking lot was full of carts but that also was rather clean.

Tried to print 2 photos. Only one printer was available unless you want to wait an hour. I asked an employee “on a slow day goes it still take an hour?” He set me in my place! “It’s busy and you’ll have to wait. There was literally no customers there. He said they had a number of “drop offs” to print. That’s fine, I get it now. You are a “Karen” employee. Congratulations.

This isn't quite as large as the other Walmart I normally go to, but it's still pretty good as far as having a nice variety. I think they're one of the few Walmarts in PA that sells alcohol, which is convenient. They also have an Auntie Anne's, which is so cool 😊

It's everything you'd expect from a standard Walmart. I've used this store for large grocery pickup orders and haven't had any issues whatsoever. I also purchased tech items that I purchased online and used curbside pickup so you can get some really good deals and you don't have to go inside. The employees are helpful and courteous.

Love the pickup service. Staff is always nice. They are very efficient and have not had any issues with my orders. If you don't feel like going inside or you're short on time, make your order online, pick a time, and it's always ready on time.

Don't ever use the delivery service here. It is the absolute worst. Orders are not delivered on time, and are usually incorrect. I ordered a week in advance as to avoid any problems, yet my order is now a day late. Worse yet it's in the system as "on its way" so it can't be canceled. I tried tracking it but their system is down so I have no idea where it is. I understand there is a product shortage and labor shortage. DON'T OFFER THE SERVICE If you can't fulfill your obligations. you just piss people off. You will never get another penny from me. I've been a loyal wal mart shopper for years, but no more. Very, VERY disappointed. S

Huge parking lot, nice atmosphere when walking around looking at things to buy! LOL! Food side has great Italian bread!! I love shopping there! Always treated great, especially for returns! Never an issue!

One of my favorite places to shop. They really need to put their cashier's back so you have human contact before leaving. It's always nice to have a person to talk to before leaving, if you're not sociable then use the self checkout.

Walmart is great... when your having a stressful day, go to walmart... low self esteem?... go to walmart... everything for and against you is level.... as soon as they deny your entrance to the exit... covid restrictions I assume... it's all good! I'm vaccinated and boosted, twice... Pfizer of course... because I don't wanna die! They should pay me for saying that! You are welcome... Stephen, krimson, and Greer at the latrobe Pennsylvania location are very outstanding people! Appreciate everyone, but their sweet demeanor, you feel somethings special about them... thank you for the reserved space #11... beside the one and only Jerome! Stands by the door... makes me feel so welcome! Like yes I'm gonna purchase something I came in for, but the entertainment is priceless! Thank you... Jason, see you soon... as I wipe a tear away! If I could give zero stars I would. I was gifted a TV from here that was apparently repackaged and destroyed no plastic anywhere in the box no hardware there were Amazon batteries and what looked like dandruff in the remote. When I went to have the TV replaced Chuck and Roger the store manager could care less. Chuck accused me of fraud and Roger straight up told me it’s not his problem. This is how Walmart is once they have your money they do not care. Awful store awful management awful company. This is how the TV looked when I turned it on for the first time!
