My local Starbucks is by far my favorite store ever and I have been to Starbucks all over the country!!! They have the friendliest employees and the place is always super clean!!! They always make my drink exactly the way I want it and actually pay attention to the label ingredients unlike some other locations.My only complaint is that I wish they had a bigger location because they could use it!!

Had coffee there while meeting with a friend and was surprised how bad the service was and in general how rude the employees were.After going to some other coffee shops recently other than Starbucks and getting great service coming here to be harassed by poor employees wasn't ideal.The coffee taste isn't great either. Unless one of the people I meer with requests it I wont be back.

I'm never disappointed with this place. The drink quality is amazing and fairly consistent. The service I've gotten has always been friendly and upbeat. Great array of choices. Good location. Don't go in the after work rush between 3 and 5pm or there will probably be a long line.

I know mistakes are made and this is more a criticism of Starbucks Corporate than the people working at the Latrobe store: I bought a small cafe mocha last week and was charged $9.93 for it. I assume this was an accident. Regardless, I've spent the last week trying to get a refund of some sort for being overcharged like $5. The process has been incredibly stupid and overcomplicated to say the least. After 8 email correspondences, 4 phone calls and some other interactions- (all because I don't have a Starbucks card, sorry I'm a civilian who just stopped by for a drink) I still have not received a refund. Starbucks Corporate seems resolved to drag this out until I give up so they can steal my $. I wonder how many times this has happened to other customers. How many filthy rich corporate franchises get away with this sort of thing every day. Painfully stupid.And in response to your response that prompted me to delete and repost this, I have already been on the phone with you 4 times for way too long about this and so far you've done nothing to resolve my issue- so why would I waste my time calling you again? Fix the issue please, now.

The staff was nice. This location is too loud inside. All you hear is the coffee making banging as it echoes throughout the entire place. If you want to have a conservation, you need to go outside. It's way too pricey for what you get. I only went here to meet someone for business otherwise I'd never go here. All of the tables were dirty with crumbs too.

the staff at this location are wonderful, however, I have never seen a starbucks store be out of food items so quickly. I used to work at greengate starbucks and we would rarely ever run out of food items because the proper quantities were ordered in addition to the manager pulling the adequate number of food items out for the day. I am not sure if the location is lacking these cautionary measures.For example, pumpkin spice flavored items just came out today, and they are out of all pumpkin food items by 12 pm. that is bogus and disappointing.

every time I go to Starbucks, I hope that Kylie is working! Not only is she the kindest and friendliest worker, she always makes my drink to absolute perfection, no matter how many alterations i make! I always get so excited when I see that she is behind the counter! I would like to point out however, unfortunately, I have seen the manager treating the employees with disrespect and being extremely rude to them, in front of customers. This comes off very unprofessional & honestly makes me really sad. i’ve only ever had great experiences with the workers there & to see them treated like that (over small things) is really upsetting.

First of all, this is not a reflection of the employees at all, but of upper management. I went in this evening for the first time in awhile. All I wanted was a pathetic decaf to end my very long day lol, as I can’t have caffeine anymore. On my way out of the lot I attempted to take a sip and the lid popped off as I picked it up. I went back to get a replacement lid, but it turned out no better. It spilled all over me and my car. I guess the tall cups and lids aren’t currently fitting right, but management continues to serve them. Did we not learn anything from the hot coffee incident at McDonalds? I was going to give just one star, but you get an extra star for an easy refund and friendly employees, and the delicious pup cup. And another extra star for me now having more room in my stomach for a much needed beer. What was I even thinking having coffee in the evening anyway?

Drink quality very inconsistent…specific directions for customization rarely followed…seems no barista knows what “warm” means versus regular temperature. Happy to pay $7 for a latte IF AND WHEN it’s actually made correctly, which is almost never here.1/5/23 follow up: I give up. Drinks consistently made wrong. Have been courteous and drank them anyway...finally had them remake one. Store was great when first opened and for a while, now the inside of the store is filthy and the inability to consistently and correctly make what's ordered on mobile ordering just makes it not worth the hassle any longer. Sadly, we are done with Starbucks Latrobe.

Fantastic service at this location. The gentleman at the register started the order and was letting other people know what was needed. It was a team effort to get our business breakfast created and packed and in our hands so we could get on the way quickly

Not the usual Starbucks I stop at, but was very disappointed in my Drink. I knew at the window it didn't look correct. I did express this to the lady at the window, who appeared taken aback by my statement. (I RARELY complain , I prefer Saying kind and uplifting things to folks. It takes the same amount of energy to be kind than to complain ) However for what I had paid I did speak up. Most Starbucks I have been to and have watched with other customers when the drink isn't correct they offer immediately to remake it and they never make the customer feel as if they are making the employees day miserable. I felt as if I had to take it and be on my Merry way. My drink was $6.00 and it is still sitting in my cup holder 3/4 Full. I am now out $6. I am at Starbucks 7 days a week 2 times each day. My point is I am not a newbie to ordering things from them. I would not recommend this particular Starbucks (at least not the Drive Thru. ) please know this was a rare disappointment from Starbucks. I recommend going down Rt 30 To The North Huntington Starbucks as they have AMAZING STAFF and wonderful customer service from EVERY team member starting with Management.

This is one of my preferred Starbucks locations for the area because they more often than not get the order right. There are a few items on Starbucks' online menu that they either don't carry or the employees are not aware of that I've tried ordering (like the Starbucks Reserve Hazelnut Bianco Latte) and gotten a response that they had no idea what that is.

What can I say about this Starbucks? They are the BEST! Amazing customer service each and every time, plenty of smiles for everyone, always. They are my coffee family!They get my super-obnoxious coffee order correct every time and they know what Im getting before I order it. I just want you all to know that I appreciate you and thank you!This review is long overdue. The crew at the Latrobe Starbucks has always been awesome. So...thanks y'all. You know that I would never get through my workday without you! Thank you for all you do and see you tomorrow!

The staff in the drive thru were AWESOME! I went to Starbucks for my daughters, I didn't know the name of the exact drink she wanted and my other daughters weren't sure what they wanted so I told the woman what they wanted in their drinks and she knew exactly what I was looking for! The young man who greeted me at the pay window was also extremely helpful, polite and friendly. This is my favorite Starbucks in PA!

Great service, coffee and hot breakfast items at this Latrobe PA Starbucks! I always order via the Starbucks Mobile App and they never mess it up. The store interior is clean and the Drive-Thru moves quickly.They also give my dog a “pup cup” every time I ask and my dog LOVES it! So much so that she wakes me up every morning to remind me it’s time to go Starbucks lol. THANK YOU to all the morning employees for such great, friendly service!

We love to order ahead on Sundays and Wednesday nights!!! It makes it so easy to stop in and grab our drinks from the mobile pick up area!!! In and out in less than a minute and on to our final destination SONRISE Church!!!

I have a real problem being ignored and kept waiting by a counter-person chatting with an acquaintance. I ordered oatmeal with nuts and dried fruit and needed to assemble the meal myself from sealed packets, which I was obliged to dump over instant oatmeal still dripping water from being undercooked in the microwave. The tea was okay, but all things considered this place is a real disappointment, and a must to avoid.
