Store was very clean. Most items were well stocked except for the bakery donuts and the meat section. The setup of the store is confusing and I had to backtra several times. The employees were more concerned about their own conversations than being friendly to the customers. I probably will not go in to this store again.

Expensive. Grossly overpriced. Ask a worker a question and they look at you like your speaking pig Latin. Some of the women in the office section don't even realize a customer is standing there patiently waiting. Not the woman with the southern accent though she's extremely helpful, knowledgeable and intelligent. Then there's the deli. Slow as slow can be and I'm even talking about when there's no one in line. They'll stand behind the counter with their backs turned to you and chit chat. Forget the customer let's talk about Latrobe gossip, kids, failed dates and weight loss. Oh well...... guess it's laughable

I don't normally shop at the Shop 'n Save, but I was in the area and needed a few things. I needed some cookies, orange juice and Nuttella. Not much variety in the cookie section. The orange juice was only available in one size. The Nuttella was there. but the price for it as well as the other items were at least %25 more than the local Wal-Mart!! It is a clean store, the staff were friendly and helpful.

I've been going to this store practically since my whole life, as it's been wholly convenient since I've been an in-towner.I have to say that, I appreciate the "personal touch" approach (See "No self check outs", just cashier lanes) that the store has. That has always been a welcome sign.The prices are usually fair, sales are there to be had every week. The selection is also fair, usually under average, but you know when to get it when it is there.It's a nice, quaint, quite little store! ;)EDIT: They have done away with two registers for four short self checkout registers. But, unlike the ones at, say, Giant Eagle, at least they have hand scanners! =)

Never really had any bad experiences here, but they are definitely one of the most expensive Shop 'n Saves I've ever been to. I guess that comes with the convenience of it being the only grocery store in town. Greensburg Shop 'n Save is still one of my favorites, I'll continue to mainly shop at Walmart.

I would give this place a 5 for cleanliness, a 5 for how nice the cashier's are, but the lose big points for their Deli. Never enough help and just today I stood and waited and waited because the gentleman was cleaning a sliver while we the customers stacked up there were 4 other slicers. I waited over 15 minutes the other girl working waited on one customer the entire time! Management needs to look there for improvement!

It's a nice local grocery store with courteous staff. The prices can be a bit higher than Walmart but it's very convenient being in down town Latrobe. I also prefer the deli over walmarts.

Nice small town grocery store. Prices are comparable to other grocery stores. I did find some good deals. I love the fact that most of the produce is individually wrapped in small amounts. The service was pretty good and the check out clerks were friendly.

A good selection for a fairly small store. The homemade sausage can't be beat!! It's excellent. Friendly employees and good service. Some things do seem a bit pricey, but the store brands and sales make it a good deal all around, especially with doubling of coupons! I love to shop the section of day-old baked goods and other items such as ready-to-toss produce.

Shop n save is a great store In general you can get in, get what yoi,66need and out pretty quickly and the cashier's are very nice and helpful. The only thing prices are a little bit higher than everywhere else except Giant Eagle. But you get what you pay for, a clean store with great help and good service.

We call it The Little Shop N Save. Big enough to carry a wide selection and small enough so it doesn't take all day navigating your way around. Its perfect. Also where I used to take my Mother shopping every Friday.

I love our local Shop 'N' Save. The majority of my grocery shopping happens there. It's close to our home, the prices are reasonable and the staff will help make your trip go smoothly, and you will always feel welcome.

Always something out of stock, at this store-which gets very frustrating.SHOP & SAVE needs to update the out-dated front end.Check-out procedure* --offer your customers **SELF Scan/Checkout optionsRe-utilize front end cashiers in other work areas of store-(replace bodies with [Self-Check ] lanes & a security cam system- at front end.Only one cashier is then neccesary to manage all lanesRegardless...this update would benefit everyone - ~~~install SELF scanner lanesSeems this would be more efficient & besides... it always makes good sense to keep up with fast-paced technological changes in the competing chains. Wouldn't this type of procedural change- generally be much more cost (& energy) effective-?Fresh New Store Updates>>> & fully stocked shelves draw in both loyal & new customers. ****Win/Win****

It's a smaller grocery store but has all the basics you would need. Definitely not the place to look for an odd ingredient. Reminds me of our neighborhood grocery store growing up. Friendly people and great customer service

There's a person there I think he follows me thinking I am going to steal something and I never stoled a anything in my life!! Some are not so friendly,I think they learned that from owners,managers whomever in charge!! But I try to go to self checkout, so I don't have to dealing with staff.

I find Shop N Save a little better prices than Giant Eagle but pretty much more expensive than everywhere else. There are some great sales and well the girl with her butt pretty much hanging out have me something to look for. I would say 3 stars on regular prices. 5 stars on sales. 3 stars on customer service. The girls butt isn't figured into the rating. :) And 5 stars for convenience. It's close and your usually in and out. So an over all 4 stars from me

While it's nice to have a grocery store close to home but in the world of Wal-Mart it's tough for them to have competitive prices. I wouldn't recommend buying produce here unless you catch it at the right time. This is the type of place, for me at least, to stop and get milk, bread or a last minute ingredient.
