Sheetz is always a staple of any travel expedition you are going on. This Sheetz is up there on ones that are good to go to. Clean bathrooms and very friendly staff. Gas was easy to get in and out of and large selection of candies and drinks.

Everything except the pumps is fine at this location. For some reason the pumps can't be used to fill Jerry cans. The pump acts like it's at a limit as if you prepaid with a 10 dollar bill and reached the limit even though it never started pumping. Pretty useless for anyone wanting to fill a can for their mowers and stuff.

I ordered a MTO steak sub it was to be toasted it wasn't I ordered it with parmasan cheese lettuce jalapeño peppers needles to say no cheese but provolone no jalapeño peppersIt was a total disappointment

Me and my friend just ate the best burrito from there with tater tots in it and it was so amazing. We also get salads are those are amazing as well. The pineapple ice cream is heavenly and everyone should try it. It’s such an experience. The twist ice cream is so good too. The workers are always super kind and helpful as well. Definitely recommend coming here.

I stop at this Sheetz all the time--almost daily, in fact--and have never had a negative experience. Employees are all super friendly and make small talk. Food is prepared well and orders filled accurately. I've watched one of the hospitality managers handle difficult customers with grace and professionalism. Stopping at this Sheetz is actually a bright spot in my day. Thanks, guys!

Waited 15-20 min in line for 2 regular milkshakes. When we got them they were fully melted. The worker who gave them to us after giving them to us basically high tailed it. Went in to get a refund and manager was rather hostile. Would normally let it pass. But the behavior of the manager was not acceptable. Manager had long brown hair and glasses

Can you please teach the people making the food and packaging it to read labels? I love spending my hard earned money for something. I didn't get and getting something I don't eat. Do these labels look anything alike? And while we're at it, maybe the people back there could be a little more friendly, too!!!

manager with the long brown hair was super rude. got a big thing of fries for me and some friends and we wanted different sauces. didn’t realize it came with 3 each. saw the manager getting all the sauces together and when she came to hand me the food i apologized because there were so many. she just replied with “yup” rolled her eyes and closed the window. i worked at sheetz and the company prides itself on fast, nice, efficient workers. can’t believe they have rude managers there. sorry you had to do your job and grab some extra sauces from under the counter.

Every time I have been there I have waited a long time for my food and they almost always forget my sauces. This last time made me not go back. Waited 10 minutes for my food just for them to tell me they accidentally gave it to someone else so I had to wait even longer for them to remake it. Got home and to no surprise, no sauces ( I paid extra for as well). I called and told about my experience and the only option they gave was to come back to pick up the sauces. So I drove back to get them. They should have at least offered a free drink or something. Zero customer service skills.

Whole food prep area was discussing heavy political views not suitable for a public work place at all. Never felt so uncomfortable as a customer in my life. This is supposed to be a gas station and store, not a public debate hall for extremist views that I have to sit through just to get the food I paid for. I'll go to literally any other sheetz from now on

Good store. Never had a problem with my order. The only thing keeping my review from being a 5 star is the light they have illuminating the flag at night is too close to the drive though lane and is often near blinding at night. I'd love to see an alternative way to light the flag that doesn't blind drivers.

Sat in the drive thru at each window for over 5 minutes, each employee looked but didn’t bother to in knowledge that there was a car waiting at their window. Maybe they forgot you guy have drive thru service ?? Never had this problem at a Sheetz just this location.

I placed an online order that was meant for pick-up for drive thru. I'm not sure if they have no indication alarm for the drive-thru or what, seeing as this is a new sheetz, but i sat there staring into the window for about 5-8 minutes. I honked twice, still nothing. Eventually, a tall boy with dark hair came to the window and seemed displeased to help. He rang up the wrong order before opening the window to ask me for my card and that's when i told him about the online order that i had sat and waited for. He then had to re-ring the correct order. After coming home we noticed that our order was missing an order of tater totz, and the fryer was either not cleaned, or they set the wrong setting for the boneless bitez. They were burnt. I know this a new location, but i expect sheetz service regardless. I'm Disappointed.

The new store is really nice and the self checkout lanes come in handy if they are busy. The Cinnabon treats are great with the chocolate dipping sauce.

stopped there for my first and last time yesterday. the food was absolutely horrible.the white bread for my turkey hoagie was crunchy. that would have been fine, if i ordered it toasted, so i'm assuming it was stale. also, the hoagie came with literally two slices of turkey on it. the meatballs for my meatball hoagie were completely burnt white with freezer burn. the chili dog was basically chili wrapped in foil with a hot dog and flattened bun somewhere in the bottom of the mess. the meatball hoagie was drenched the same way as the chili dog. the fries tasted like they were old and had been reheated, they were limp and had a really odd, dried out texture to them.for the store not being busy, i was expecting my food to be pretty good. i honestly would have preferred to take my $20 bill and set it on fire. i won't be back.

I ordered a Italian sub, kinda like eating a lettuce sandwich, hardly any meat at all. Also 1st time in my life I've had a place sell Italian subs w/o provolone, they clip you an xtra buck for that. I think they should change the name "Chintzys" if they want to operate like this. This place reeks of greed !

Ordered on the app and picked up at the drive thru window. Very easy process; app is a cinch to set up. Staff at the window were very helpful with adding additional items paid for with reward points. Very courteous and patient with me.

I go to several sheetz around the latrobe/ indiana/blairsville/ greensburg area but for this one being almost brand new it's literally the worst one.I just started going to this one because of convinence but will go out of my way because of not trained staff and incompetence.I stopped a couple of times and everytime is a rip off and huge disappointment. Too long of wait for food, staff not trained and left alone, or too busy talking about personal lives to make food properly.

5 out of the 6 past times I went through drive thru my order was wrong when I got home I'm not exaggerating. Go to the one on town. This new one is a mess. They even gave me someone else's coffee order from online.
