Exceptionally friendly, helpful, and wonderful! Dealing with Robin via phone, rather than just ordering a floral arrangement through a funeral home’s website proved again that dealing directly with companies that have excellent staff/employees is far better. Their follow-up photo of the floral arrangement I ordered was the “icing on the cake”, evidencing their creative and valued efforts. I’ll certainly recommend Floral Fountain to anyone who wants floral items delivered to friends or family in the Latrobe/Westmoreland County, PA area!

I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to a local estate attorney practice (Rafferty Legal) who was celebrating their second anniversary in their Latrobe location. The arrangement that was delivered was not just beautiful, but truly stunning. The entire process was enjoyable with friendly, professional employees, a seamless delivery process, and a high quality product for a very fair price. The Floral Fountain in Latrobe reminded me why I enjoy supporting local businesses. I would recommend The Floral Fountain for any flower arrangement needs from Valentine's Day to funerals to birthdays or other celebrations. I know that I will happily use their services again.

I could not be any more pleased with the service and flowers that I have received from The Floral Fountain in Latrobe. I have been ordering from this shop over the last 20 years. Whether it has been a simple bouquet to brighten someone's day or an elaborate centerpiece for a wedding, they have always delivered the perfect flowers. It's amazing that arrangements just keep getting more beautiful as the years go by. The customer service and designers are great. Bonnie is AMAZING at her job and brought me to tears with the last arrangement I ordered! Every experience with her has been nothing short of exceptional. Don't hesitate to order from them.

This organization was very friendly and helpful! When I’m faced with an issue of finding flowers/arrangements for my girlfriend I was able to call and/or go into the Floral Fountain, and they were very kind and understanding, and was able to provide with the results at reasonable pricing. To the point where if I’m in need of any floral arrangements for my home or as a gift I call or order online/by the phone. I can’t thank the staff there enough!
