Dunhams is the only place in Latrobe to get the type of items that Dunhams has. Such as running shoes, hiking boots, Camping gear and guns and hunting equipment. The service is average at best and very hard to get help when you need it.Because they are the only place to get these Items that is why I go there. It is a good thing for them there no competition.

What a great store that has it all. They also offer coupons that are very good on your next purchase at check out.They have everything for all kinds of sporting activities with a wide range of options too.This is a place that you will buy something when there even if you didn't intend to because you will find something you want or need and the prices are very competitive.

There is never anyone working in sporting goods. When you go to the front desk to ask for them to send someone to sporting goods after you walked around the store looking for someone…and when the person who shows up really doesn’t want to sell you a gun because they have no knowledge about guns and don’t believe in owning guns. It gets frustrating. Then I’m told the Latrobe branch bought out the Johnstown branch. Now the Johnstown store is going to go down hill. Latrobe has always been way over priced and the people who work there are rude and really don’t want to help anyone. If it was possible to give a zero or negative number on this review ,, I would have. This store has always been terrible to deal with.

High ammo prices, I guess whatever the market will bear. Pre-covid flat of Remington gun clubs $54.99. Post covid $110.00. Regulate the prices so high won't be able to practice or hunt.

It's a sports store. If you need something very specific maybe not but then again what store would. There's a great selection and when they didn't have what i wanted they recommended something one isle over that might be better. I'll be back. Super good service but yeah it's a warehouse style place. What'd you expect. Shocked they carried stuff for disk golf.

Probably the largest Dunhams I have been too. I don't normally go to this one but I was out this way. The store is very bright and clean compared to other locations. Gun selection is about the same as other locations. Larger selection of clothes. Lay out of the store is nice and spread out. Plenty of parking. Staff was very helpful and friendly

I have been going to Dunhams Latrobe a good bit since I moved to the area. I have been happy with the selection and prices overall. I am not sure what has been going on but I notice the staff attitude has changed. Initially I got great service especially in the firearms and hunting area (and still do). Lately I have noticed a lot of bad attitude and lack of customer service mentality in other areas of the store. I truly hope management gets to the root of the issue or my business will go elsewhere. I have made a lot of major purchases in the past year and appreciate the good deals, but I will go elsewhere to deal with people that actually want my business even if it does cost me a little more.

The person working in shoes is amazing. Had an issue at first it felt like a run around when a staff there told me to call cooperate when I was on the phone with them then I took the defective shoes in (they broke after day 1 of practice) because my son has football practice and she was willing to do a 1 time thing but we couldn’t find the shoe in his size. She told me to call under armor and they put the blame back on the store. I’m not upset with the store because she’s telling me what she is told to tell me. This staff member was nice enough to tell me she will keep an eye out for that shoe for me and call me back once she goes through the shipment (yes this specific shoe is important because it’s the only wide foot shoe any stores near me sells) well corporate calls me back to figure out a solution and I told them ur staff was great and they figured it out and I was thankful for them calling me back but the lady who runs shoes is amazing and please let the owner of that franchise know how nice she was. She never once disrespected me or my child she helped me find a solution and honestly she was just amazing even if I have to end up keeping the defective shoe that’s fine because she tried her hardest to help us. Thank you Shelby ur an amazing worker. I also want to note this is my first time having an issue in the years I buy my kids stuff. I also bought other shoes that day (4) and bought in the past never had an issue this was a freak accident I just want to thank her for the respect she gave us.

It has some of the greatest employees you've ever meet in your life along with a lot of people that aren't willing to even look at their own sales ads to give you the sale price that you went there for. It's a shame how it rude a lot of the workers seem to be there from the guy behind the counter at the guns to the guy working the shoes to the cashier up front. They have all been very rude on numerous occasions to people whenever I was there including myself. I don't know what I'm supposed to do cuz I really want the item but these people have made it so uncomfortable that you don't even want to return because you know they're going to be ignorantand try to NOT help you save money by taking the coupons without attitude. O well gander mountain is always an option.

Ok selection, awful firearm policies. Their prices are far from low. Usually a good 20 percent higher if not more on a lot of items. Guys who work the gun counter are great though. Makes you forget you're at a big box store!

I used to love coming to Dunham's because it was so close to home. Before making the decision to drive over, I decided to call and ask if they had the product I wanted. They informed me that the product was there and in stock. When I got to the store I looked around and couldn't find the product, so I asked the employees where to find, they informed me they've never seen or heard of this product before and that they probably didn't have it. On top of that some employees were not wearing masks or wearing them on their faces where they would be pointless. I will definitely be thinking twice when deciding to spend my money there.

I always enjoy going into Dunham's since they have opened to get assorted items (mainly my shoes and sometime boots).The lay of the land and aisles are usually well defined and clean, and are easy to get to. My one and only complaint would be that sometimes they tend to get a little scanty with cashier's when you check out.(Although, to be fair, last time I shopped there, the one cashier did call someone else up, but only after there were six other people in line).They usually always have sales and discounts on shoes, and not cheap names, great names like Nike, Sketcher, Adidas, etc.Overall, it is an awesome store, and I'm glad it went in there.

This is a very big Dunham's store with a very large selection of Sporting Goods. But unfortunately they didn't have the item we were looking for.

An impressive amount of clothing and sporting goods in stock. Huge store. Prices have gone up, but that is everywhere. Worth stopping to check out.

I really like diamonds they have a lot a great things the only thing I'd say is some of the area's her overstocks it's kind of hard to walk through specially if you were had a wheelchair. If you're looking at some of the clothing you have to leave your card in the aisle so that you can get back to it. Maybe very good ammo selection and guns. Though if you're looking at a particular handgun they will not take the lock off of it which doesn't allow you to test trigger pull.

I like the store but the management is questionable. I got an item off the shelf because it was on sale. Their was a stack of them. It didn't ring up right at the register. So a manager needed to be called. He argued with ME about price. Then he went back and looked and said that the sign was wrong and they were out of the product on the sign. Did i still want what i picked up. I said No. I went to the store by my house and got the same product for the sale price that the manager said wasn't on sale. Even that it wasn't the item on the sign. So i was lied to twice (2x) by a store manager. I think they need better managers. It will cost them my money.
