I'm always treated good, helping with self checkout especially! I go there for scripts, and get a lot of useful discounts and rewards for shopping there! People are great for us customers! I never had to wait for scripts, get it all from using the CVS app! I found going inside is much faster to! Some ppl go in the drive thru dealing with issues, they really should go inside to discuss issues! It would help!

0 stars if i could. Typical wait time is over 1/2 hour for an rx that they tell you is ready. I was told the drive through wasn't fast food, but was there for convenience. Inside wait is no better. More staff than you can imagine in the pharmacy and still the slowest customer service around.

Cvs is in an easy to reach location. The staff is friendly and the store is clean and well maintained. Today when shopping I got a 40% discount because of a special promotion they were running.The store has a large selection of items you can get compared to some of the other local drug stores.

I came in for a quick stop and stayed a little longer. Barbara was very nice and helpful with fixing my CVS rewards information as well as having a nice conversation. Will definitely return!

The gentleman that works in the Pharmacy is very rude! Not only him, other customer service clerks are also rude! My daughter was picking up a prescription. The line was long. She had her 2 year old son with her, who was not very good to say the least!! She was asking a few questions and the clerk was very rude. I am a past CVS employee and I get what it’s like to work with customers. I understand we all have bad days but please don’t take it out on the customers!

I tried to call the pharmacy at 9:30 am on a Saturday during regular business hours, to speak with a staff member about ordering COVID-19 at-home tests for my family using private insurance coverage. The automated messaging system was not at all helpful and would not connect me to a live person when I followed the “COVID” - “testing” - “questions” prompts. There was no “speak to a pharmacy team member” option for lay public. And the line for healthcare providers and clinics would only take voicemail - claimed the pharmacy was “closed.”

Being out of a prescription drug isnt a big deal. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes, their solution of telling us we have to find a CVS that has it in stock and then theyll transfer it over is a pain in the rear. Especially having to wait on hold 20-30 minutes per cvs. I ended up just driving around to all of the cvs pharmacies in a 15 mile range, its worth it for my 1 year old to get her medicine. Not that any of the lard higher ups involved with CVS that may read this will care.... Just think about using another pharmacy please. There are plenty in the area.

The pharmacy "manager" illegally refused to fill a valid prescription from a local physician based on our payment method, US currency! Not having insurance (due to my unemployment) was the reasoning given by them ... so CVS considered it acceptable to discriminate based on employment status & poverty! This is financial discrimination and not only absolutely unacceptable, its ILLEGAL! We haven't been back and will never use CVS again in our entire lives, corporate promised to follow-up & contact us in 10-14 days ... that was over 6 months ago. There's multiple religions that have federal & state exemptions from insurance so this reasoning is likely to intentionally cause religious discrimination as well.

I’ve never had this bad of an experience at a pharmacy. I chose to get a Covid test done by CVS because their website said results come back in 1-2 days. I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes for a test that I scheduled. When I checked online for my results it said that they come back in 2-5 days. I took my test 6 days ago, 5 of which were full business days. I had to get a Covid test to move into employee housing for my winter job and because I do not have my results, that has been delayed. This has negatively impacted my housing and income situation.

Was told today they couldn't mail my medication anymore. It wasn't a problem a few days ago. I was on the line when my insurance called the store and talked to the pharmacist. She wouldn't even listen to the woman on the line and kept saying They wanted me to use their mail in service. Kept repeating herself. I am now down to a few days of HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICATION AND DO NOT HAVE A CAR TO PICK IT UP.

Worst experience ever!!! Since this very rude so-called manager *ZAKK* came along. I was absolutely not allowed to use a checkout with a cashier - he said Absolutely No! I was told that doing that would be disruptive to the work in the store. What work? There was nobody there doing anything and the pharmacy wasn't even open yet. I was degraded and made to be beneath him the way he spoke to me. Definitely not professional at all with his green hair and very long dangly gold earring. I normally love this place but this *ZAKK* has put an end to that. And I'm obviously not the only one who feels this way as a few other people outside stopped me and said they will never shop in there again.

This is THE worst pharmacy I have ever been to! They don't know how to talk to costumers, you would think talking with the manager would help but she was horrible! I have never been talked to like that in my life, being belittled and yelled at with curse words in front of others. Discrimination against someone with a disability, why is there not a law suit against that place?!?! NEVER AGAIN!!

Truly an awful experience. I’m told (by my doctor) to call them to transfer prescriptions (because of the cost) to a different pharmacy and upon that they stated the “competitor” would have to call when the order was “placed” to get them to transfer the active prescription. What kind of nonsense is that. Truly hope capitalism drives this business away and these people that don’t care about their customers can finally realize what it’s like to suffer and not be able to afford basic medical care. Should be a crime. I shopped at cvs for basic goods and Health items. Now because of how the individual treated me I don’t plan on shopping there ever again.

Amazing and friendly staff. Very knowledgeable on the products they sell as well as the medications they dispense. This is my preferred drug store for convenience and choice. When Walmart is out of something this CVS always has it.

I go all the time. The pharmacy gang are always very nice and there to help. The pharmacist goes out of there way to help and answer any questions u have. The store is very clean and even the front end workers are nice.

Went in to pick up a script that was ready, they pulled up the account, I gave them a coupon, then they left for break and had me wait 30 minutes for 3 minutes of work. 0/10. Waste of precious highway space

I use this pharmacy very often as I have Type One Diabetes. I know I can count on them to have my prescriptions refilled on time. All of the staff both in the pharmacy and upfront are very friendly, and helpful.

What kind of Pharmacy closes at 2 pm on a Friday? This one apparently. No warning nothing. They can send you 500 emails and txt, but can't send one that says hey we are closing early today so is you need crucial medications come get it.
