This is a great store they recently made some upgrades. When I came in today the associate welcomed me and asked if I came in for something specific. Then when we left she informed of some great discounts. This was helpful and totally unexpected for a discount retail store. Way better than Walmart.

Pretty nice store, I found everything I needed. Decent prices, and a nice selection. I hadn't been in there for a while and they have definitely made some upgrades and improvements.

This BigLots was smaller than other stores, so the selection on certain items was more limited. I ran into a few nice employees.

I have really grown to like Big Lots since the three stores in my area cleaned up and remodeled.This time I stopped to see if BL still had this phone charging cable I bought on a previous trip that I really liked. May sound funny to get excited by a charging cable, but when you find one that connects securely, lasts longer than most and cost $6 for a 6' cable, it makes for a good trip and a better day.Now I have my sights on a Lane leather sofa.

"It looks...different to me!"I haven't been in Big Lots in Latrobe for some time, a couple of months maybe? But I will say this, it definitely is a better experience than the last time I was in there, none more evident than at the check out lane, which is now set up to be more like what you have at Dollar General/Burlington, which I think is great.The store is a lot cleaner, the shelves are well kept, and I could find things a lot better than I could before. It was a breeze to get through, and I liked it a lot better than...(sigh)...some other BIG name store. The girl who checked me out was very nice and polite as well, so that made the experience even better.I'll definitely be back at the store in the future.

Probably the cleanest, most organized Big Lots I've ever been to. And the girl behind the register was super friendly. 10 out of 10 will be back to buy more coffee and garden accessories.

I stopped at Big Lots to purchase a shepperds hook to hold a bug zapper, browsed the store and found a nice hummingbird feeder too.Clean store and a huge selection of products. The aisles are a bit narrow but I understand that retail space is very expensive.

I was buying snacks and easy grab food for my son's work place. Found plenty of things to make a really nice large basket at a reasonable price! I think the guys will be happy!

Love big lots for their discounts, clearance is AMAZING!!! Especially with your friends and family discount or your built up 20% off. They have some of the cutest things sometimes. Their furniture department is great too. They have a great program to get what you want or need. Purchased my bed and mattress there. Love them

I don't know how this happened, but this particular Big Lots has the nicest staff of any retail store I have ever been to. Kudos to the team there, from cashier to manager. Polite, helpful, and willing to engage in friendly banter. Prices are good, quality is a step up from the Walmart/Targets of the world, and the deals help too.

What a great day! Sale today only-- 20% off of ENTIRE PURCHASE!! They already had awesome markdowns and clearance prices that I received 20% off of at checkout too😊. I'm making another trip over after dinner to stock up on toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I saw many of them with $1-$3 clearance tags plus the 20% off makes it easier than couponing!!

BEWARE - I submitted an online order through Big Lots for multiple bed-related items for a "big girl bed" for my toddler. Most could be picked up at Greensburg Big Lots, except the mattress at the Latrobe location. I ordered the morning of July 2nd. My husband went to pick it up the afternoon of July 3rd. They told him there was no record of the order. They looked up the order number, etc. Nothing. They then claimed it had been picked up already. On July 2nd. It was not picked up by me or my husband. They check security footage and claimed a woman picked it up. It was not me. I video called my husband to show them my ID and they then accuse me of being the person on the video footage! My husband then called the police because they, essentially, believed we were lying and would not give us our purchase. I was furious and drove to the store. I waited outside for the police with my husband. About 10 minutes later, an employee brings the mattress out. No apology. No explanation. He was just told to do it. I went in and demanded an explanation. None was given. They didn't believe that it wasn't me. Why the hell would I go to the store if it was?? They claimed that even the police couldn't see the security footage without approval from corporate Asset Loss Prevention. I told them to call and get permission. They would not. The police never came after more than an hour and 3 hours of drama at this point. I told my husband to call them off. We were exhausted and had to take our children home. We received the mattress but only after being accused of lying and attempting to steal. Never in my life have I been treated this way. The Latrobe Big Lots either gave our order away and did NOT check the ID of the woman who took it OR there is something extremely shady happening behind the scenes. I never received an apology or explanation. I am taking this entire situation straight to corporate until something is done.

The prices are awesome and they have so much cool stuff but... We walked in and the cashier said good morning how are you and we said good how are you. He then said he was tired and began going on and on about how tired he was. The other workers where ignorant and gave me awkward looks. The workers and customer service is terrible but the items and prices are great.

Staff was all friendly and helpful and they were all good with working on Thanksgiving.I am not one to go anywhere near a store on any holiday, but there was one helluva one day only deal on the recliner I had been looking at.Couldn't pass it up.

Called and was on hold for 20 min waiting for the furniture person to get on the phone. Ask if they had a certain set. Was put on hold again for 10 min while he looked. Was told they only have part of it. We asked him to hold it. He said he can only hold till they close at 9. Can you get here by then? We said yes,. Drive the whole way from New Stanton to latrobe, with a friend in his car to help only to be told when we got there that their policy won't allow us to pick up any furniture after 7pm!!!! The guy we spoke to, found out he's the manager for the furniture section. Great to know you don't know what you're talking about and you didn't bother telling any one about your policies. I wasted gas in my truck and my friends gas and for nothing. Oh and the lady tells us at first that they don't even have the pieces he told us they had. We asked her to check again and apparently the pieces are spread out everywhere in the back and she couldn't find them. So ridiculous!!!

Since the stores have been remodeled they are nicer. Prices are Ok , not as inexpensive as before. More furniture and better quality. Much of the food and grocery items are now a little higher than other stores.

I absolutely love buying my holiday decor at this place. But furniture quantity has gone down and price has gone up( A large amount. Should be better quality for the price they're asking. If I wanted cheap furniture I'll go to Walmart or IKEA.) Displeased by that, but they do have a large selection of other items.

Good place to find things for the house. They have a pretty good selection here. And best of all!, there never over crowded with people. We started going here instead of walmart for our general household things. It's close to walmart in latrobe, but lots of parking, easy to get in and out and back home!

Very clean place. Nice knowledgeable people 👍 Took one star off bc they didn't have what I was looking for but that MIGHT be bc of this 'pandemic' so I can understand. Otherwise they usually have all the organizers im looking for.
