Went to this awesome little local gem for the first time today with my mom. We had sooo much fun browsing at their awesome wears and laughing at the nostalgic trip down memory lane. So much good stuff in this store!!! We will definitely be back and plan to check it out on a regular basis. And a cat lovers dream to boot!

Cool stuff but on the pricier side. They have knick knacks, art, records, books, and clothing. It’s kind of like an antique shop with a wide assortment of things, new and used.

Delightful curiosity shop with a cat fixation: don't miss the cheeky upstairs "cat church". This store has a bit of everything, and it's worth stopping in just to look. Uranium glass, old art, lovely framed art, vintage items... if you don't find something that brings joy, I question your decor choices. Steps from the municipal parking lot and the lansdowne train station.

No pricier than other antiques and oddities boutiques, and on par for Lansdowne. A wonderful addition to this little downtown strip. The owners are decent, hardworking people who love cats. Come by and check out their wares! Im a cheap person, but every time I go I leave with something.

I have been here a couple of times and it's a really great shop. They have a wide and eclectic selection of household items, knick knacks, art, clothing, etc., and the staff is really friendly and helpful. They have a cat shrine upstairs where they will let you hang out and read.

This place is so cute!! So much nostalgia and beautiful antiques, plus the owners took the time to let us know of some local places to grab some vegan food after our visit. I've already recommended Scrappy Cat to multiple people, and I will definitely be back.

We popped in 3 times over the last few weeks, and it’s a cool spot, with great stuff, priced reasonably! The kind of place where you can set an arbitrary budget to fit your finances - be it $10, $40, or $400 - and take home something unique/fun/nostalgic regardless.

I've been here a couple times for eclectic gifts and just to wander around and look at things for fun. I say "fun", but the truth is that every time I have been in here I have bought something... And that is saying a lot for me since I don't really like walking in and out of stores window shopping, I don't like crafts fairs, I don't like kitchy little "festivals" where people sell junk. This is not a junk store. The owners have really good taste and the quality totally outstrips the prices!Need a good idea for a first date...? :-)

I'll admit, I haven't visited in person, but I have virtually.I have been watching and wishing I could visit in person since they opened.Awesome products, everything is clean and cared for and of good quality. Do some of the items creep me out a little? Absolutely, but that's what a curiosity shop's inventory is supposed to do!The owners are community minded and are kind, friendly and genuinely committed providing an excellent experience.Go visit. Find a unique and unusual gift for yourself and for anyone else who is gift-worthy in your world.I can't wait to do it too.

I was so excited to follow the Scrappy Cat journey while they were in the process of opening, and the store has far exceeded expectations. It has made this little borough so much better. They've gone above and beyond for our community. They've asked for input from customers on convenient opening hours and made adjustments based on feedback. Their prices are reasonable and they are super easy to talk to. My dad is into trains and I always find a train related item for him when I go and too many fun vintage items for myself. 🚂🚃 They even served as a drop off for prescription cat food for me to pick up for a cat in need. They are all around great people with a great eye for finding and displaying unique items. It's such a great spot to just go and explore, you'll notice something new every time.

Such a quaint space with great finds. It was like walking into a Time Machine. For this to be a shoppe of hidden gems and great finds it did not smell or feel like one of this stores. Everything was clean and on mint condition. Even the shirt I purchased felt like it is just come from the dry cleaners.

Super cool shop run by cool folks. Even if you can't find anything to take home with you it's worth the time to walk through because every square inch of space has something interesting to look at. The cat shrine alone should warrant your visit. I ended up walking out with an armful of odds and ends for family members and will definitely be back soon!

It’s hard to find a well curated vintage shop that also has good prices! They get in new things all the time and have a lot of variety. Good spot for small furniture, home decor, presents for your weirdest friend. Wonderful addition to the neighborhood.

Robyn and Mike have been doing great things around the Philly area for decades. She used to run Black Orchid which would cater vegan food at a ton of hardcore and metal shows back in the day, which was amazing.The shop is just as amazing! Highly highly recommended!

Scrappy Cat is the cat's meow! As a dealer, I tend to be pretty critical of vintage shops. Robyn and Mike have done a fantastic job of curating an presenting a varied, funky, and fun collection of merchandise. Don't miss a chance to explore their ever-changing shop! Even their hours are special--afternoons and evenings Thursday Sunday, to accommodate anyone's work and social schedules. Oh, and there is a cat theme (and support of rescue) woven into the shop--gotta love it!

Scrappy Cat is one of my happy places and it's run by some pretty awesome people. Their eclectic collection of vintage/artsy oddities is always fun to peruse.Anyone complaining about their hours needs to stop cause this isn't a Walmart, its a small, private business - they can't be opened all day everyday. Use Google to find their hours and plan accordingly. Its really not that hard.
