Took my fur baby here and the hair cut came out really nice, the staff was nice from the first phone, second call and third. I was nervous for my baby so I kept calling but I would definitely come back. He smells nice, cut nicely, they did the best they could with his tear stains. Overall happy

They have always done wonderful with my Shih Tzu. But I definitely recommend dropping your pet off in the morning.

My dog’s normal groomer canceled at the very last minute. I left a message here and she called be right back. She squeezed him in in the day before a holiday and was very prompt. He was done even earlier than she promised. My dog seemed happy and I am too! She cut his hair perfectly as to my specifications (which are pretty specific). Great place and we will be back!

I took 8 month old cockapoo to this place and had a terrible experience. I explained to the old white lady in the front that my dog needed a haircut because when I took her to Petco months earlier she was too young to get cut. She shaved off my dogs long lashes, didn’t file her feet so it cut me up and my furniture, and didn’t manicure her. They also cut the nails too short which made my dog bite her feet in pain for a week. This place is low budget and tacky. The groomers are horrible and my dog woke up irritated in a daze; which indicates to me they might drug your dog before grooming. All in all I would never use this place again but to each is own..

They do an excellent job! They are very nice and the only ones besides my Vet who are able to cut my dog Sinbad's nails. Plus his coat looked smelled and felt wonderful after his bath. Highly recommend!

Took my Aussie to get a cut and wash. Dropped off at 11:30. I called at 2:30 and they told me he would be done by 4. There’s no way on gods green earth that it took them almost 5 hours when he was the second dog in the place. Nevertheless, when I got to him he wasn’t cut nor was his nails done. So they literally only washed him! Then charge 40$ for that! Unprofessional and rude. I’ll take my chances elsewhere.

Miss Jeannie, nicest woman you would ever bring your cat and dog to have a creation done. If your truly love your fur babies you have to bring the babies of fur to her it will be 1;time there and your fur baby 🐥 and you will never go to anyone else. Fur baby can't wait to return. Spread the word!!!!

Today was the 1st time our Olivia has been Professionally groomed since before the beginning of the Pandemic. All of the ladies were nice, Jennifer was our Dogs original groomer for the 1st two years of her life. Well now she has her back and Olivia feels so good. Proper Covid Measures were in place and I just couldn't be happier. Wish I could post a picture... Highly Recommended!!!!

The owners customer service was terrible. Her employee who was very professional and gave a price of $70 and later the owner charged $85.00 and when I bought it to her attention she literally screamed at me and told me I was lying. When her employee admitted telling me the price was $70 she asked her employee if she was sure that she told me $70. I was mortified to say the least and I'll never patronize her business. Beware of this business.
