Went for passport photo. I waited in line. Clerk took my photo. She prints it. Then asks me to get back in line instead of checking me out. Weird policy. I already waited in line. Also the manager is a nice lady. But do not come here for passport photos. The image is blurry and not sharp

I find that in recent years the quality of service has diminished drastically. The inventory is always low and I have to go to other CVS stores or Rite Aid to purchase the items I need.Furthermore, the manager sets a very poor example for the employees in his very negative, lackadaisical attitude toward customers and their concerns. When I complained about the filth on the lot, he simply said, we don’t do that.” Well how did it stay clean years ago.The parking lot looks like a garbage disposal lot. One wonders about the cleanliness of the pharmacy when the lot and door windows are so dirty and unkempt.The personnel definitely needs training in professional interaction with customers. At least teach them to smile and to be more welcoming in their manner and their verbal interaction.My family used to love going to that CVS. The pharmacist knew our names and greeted us enthusiastically along with the other employees.The manager also greeted many of us by name and always showed concern for our needs. I really hate seeing what is happening here. Please help us to improve these circumstances.Dr. Vivian Ford

The CVS in Lansdowne is the worst. Customer service does not exist. The associates are not helpful and always have an attitude. The store is a mess and always in disarray. The pharmacy staff are not any better. I will not return to this location ever again. Unfortunately, I have to get my prescription through CVS. I will find a location with courteous associates and pharmacy staff that are helpful and happy to assist you.

Pharmacy doesn't haves prescriptions ready when your system they're ready. I had to go 3 times to get my medication. This is unacceptable.

Not a great experience. Like the Giant nearby, it is severely understaffed compared to the one in Havertown. If you come at lunch or the end of the day, prepare to wait in a long line. In addition, prescription prices at CVS are inexplicably high compared to the Giant pharmacy (now only at the Havertown location), or even compared to RiteAid. Honestly not sure who is buying meds here when GoodRx makes it so easy to comparison shop.

They really need to get self check out like most if not all other CVS stores. The line tends to take a long time. The manager is nice though.
