I've never met a more untrained both professionally and ethically group of pharmacy personnel. As a senior who retired from the medical sector. I find it offensive that CVS has not addressed these people. I spoke with the store management who was very kind and agreed that the pharmacy staff was a problem. I asked her to have the pharmacy manager call me to address how lacking the staff are. I did receive a call from Benadicta? She was just as rude. I'm done.

My recent visit to the CVS on Baltimore Ave for passport photos was an incredibly disappointing experience. Despite a prominently displayed sign advertising passport photo services, the sales representative inside the store denied taking the photos, completely contradicting the displayed information. What was even more disheartening was the lack of apology or empathy for the inconvenience caused. The discrepancy between the advertised service and the actual service provided led to a frustrating and disappointing visit. I hope for better consistency and customer service in the future.

Recently changed from rite aid in Clifton to this CVS and it's going great!! No questions or whatever about Rx. Refill fast, and aren't prejudiced against people on mat or Suboxone. The rite aid sux. Cvs for POTUS!!!

This pharmacy is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to, and I have worked in Healthcare for over 40 years. The drive-thru is very seldom open, so prepare yourself to walk inside stand in a very, very long line. Staff say they don't have enough workers to open drive-thru regularly....Im not sure how hard they are even trying to hire extra help for their customers, but I have been patient for over 3 years; I had enough and will be moving all of my clients ASAP!

Called the pharmacy to refill my prescription. The young lady that answered the phone placed me on hold for 10 minutes. Came back and provided ineffective answers to my questions. Ask for a supervisor and was placed on hold again. Horrible service as always

I've lived in this area for 45 years. This CVS used to be great. in the last 5-10 years it has gone completely to garbage. Tried to pick up a prescription today for my wife that they've had for 2 weeks and was given the fourth different reason as to why it was not ready. 2 of the reasons came from the same person within minutes of each other. They mess things up and just make up reasons. Before that they shorted me on prescriptions and accused me of stealing them from the time I walked from the cashier to the consultation area. They made me go there and I had shown them there was one missing at the cashier. The two employees I had dealt with were standing ten feet apart but would not corroborate what I had said. After I gave the employee a hard time about it, she threw the prescription at me, didn't remove it from inventory, and didn't charge me. I went to the cashier myself to check it out and they had to tell her to remove it from inventory officially. Some of the people who work here are nice and I feel bad for them that they have to work in this dump. Other people there are terrible, especially one, who lies and no one there seems to want to work with that employee. Avoid at all costs.

I called to see if I could make a return here, was told yes so I walked over. The female manager told me they couldn't do the return because they don't carry the products. they were right on their website. RUDE for no reason I can't stand this trashy store, go anywhere else

This CVS is the worst in all of Delaware County. They are always out of stock of most things. The pharmacy continues to make mistakes on my prescriptions. I only go here because of its location.The staff in the pharmacy are the worst!!!! they don't care about you!!! I was hung up 3 times and no one knows what they are doing. one say my script is here and the next person says it's not. they asked me who did I talk to, but none of them tell who they are when you call. I have been put on hold without any warning, for 20 minutes. They finally came back on the line, to tell me my prescription will be ready by 1. I will be writing a complaint to the corporate office about the inept staff in the pharmacy.

Listen, this CVS is the 7th circle of hell. I don’t know what to tell you. There’s one young pharmacist who is good at her job so on a lucky day you’ll get her. Otherwise you’re in trouble my friend. Besides the pharmacy being a disaster, the rest of the store is some kind of sinister portal to 1998 — I can’t explain the feeling you’ll have to go yourself.

Wow! I thought it was just me, I've been coming here for 4 years it is the first pharmacy I ever been in that I experienced so much unprofessional attitude.I had complaints the whole 4 yearsI've been coming . I make a lot of mistakes with prescriptions I call corporate plenty of times.Reading some of these reviews and they are right on point with the rudeness in the store, and the people who seem like they don't want to work .I'm amazed that nobody's not doing anything about it .I've been a manager now, I'm disabled but I wish I could sign up to be a manager at the store. I wish I can balance here just to train some of them

They started by being out of stock on my prescription. They finished by not only pushing back the expected delivery date without notifying me - failing to leave a message is not notifying me - but repeatedly having their automated call set up put me "on hold" and then hanging up on me after 3 minutes of what might charitably be called calming music.

This store has had a closed drive-thru sign for 3 days and you cant get anyone to answer their phone, even after the store manager transferring. Our family limits exposure to indoor public places where people are known to not follow rules around COVID due to medical ussues. My mother couldn't even call to pay and get it delivered. I stayed on hold 15 minutes the first time and 8 the second after being disconnected on their end. The store manager said he was not aware the drive thru had been closed repeatedly.

Pharmacy really stinks. The pharmacist that Ive been dealing with has been very rude & disrespectful. And I requested the home delivery via Fed Ex. Was told it would arrive in 2-3 business days. It's now the 4th day & I called to find out what the hold up was. & was told the 2 prescriptions were stil thrre at the store's pharmacy !!!! now looking into Walgreen's & Rite Aid to deliver my meds after I transfer out of this RUDE & INCOMPETENT CVS Pharmacy located on N Union Ave in Lansdowne, Pa.,19050

Four stars because the Pharmacist Jennifer has helped me a ton! However, the technicians seem to lack Customer Service and that personal friendly touch I’ve come accustomed to with other a pharmacies. They would always forget to put in my phone number for discounts knowing they are suppose to ask for bonus card. Glad you don’t need that anymore!!Most recently, after the take-on of Giant customers, every time I call the gentleman says two to three hr wait! It use to be 15-20 minutes.When I need a script I need it - don’t have that time to wait so I now drive farther for that convenience!

The absolute worst pharmacy ever. Won’t even recommend this pharmacy to my worst enemy. They need to get a whole new set of pharmacists. They lose prescriptions, have no clue how to work their systems, if you are thinking about going here please save yourself & choose a different pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy ever. Took them 5 hrs to finally give me a portion of my prescription and was never called back for the remaining until today and it has been more than a week. On my first pick up, they told me to come back after an hr. Went home called them twice each time was another hr wait. Finally on the third call, they told me that it wasn't available but they have a portion of it disponib. Since i was in a lot of pain i decided to go with it. Drove there listen for this, their computer went down and i had to wit for another 15 mn. After 20 mn the pharmacist came back to assist me and guess what, her answer was "sorry, come back in an hr we don't have it". I parked my car went inside told the lady that i just spoke to one of them and was told to come and get whatever they had left. She went back look for it and it was right there waiting inside the basket. This experience was the worst ever for me in so many levels. Will never send my prescriptions there anymore.

I used to love the pharmacy. They went the extra mile and were truly fantastic. In the past three years, they've really gone downhill. They usually struggle to find my prescription and recently, they mixed it up with another. They claimed that it was all fine now because they fired the person that did it. What the .. How is that ok? Losing my medication? Not cool.Edit.. They've gotten so much worse. They deserve zero stars. You're seriously rolling your eyes at me and telling me to "HOLD ON" when I spell my last name too fast for your liking? No.

This CVS is okay, it is definitely being revamped and customer service can be better. Lately, everytime I go there there aren't that many cashiers, however, there is this one attendant who is very attentive and helpful. I can't guarantee she'll always be there, but she does make a difference, I don't know her name.

Im surprised at all the bad reviews because I’ve always gotten good customer service at this location. Lately, the drive thru has been closed when I go and the lines inside for the pharmacy have been lengthy and even the wait times which is the reason for my 4 stores but I can’t say that I ever had bad customer service here.

The pharmacy staff are very good. They take care of my parents with their medication. Very knowledgeable. Now this one guy that works there is very rude, but I really think something is wrong upstairs. Creepy African American guy. He has this thousand yard stare. I'm sure the management knows this and need to keep him in the back. I tried to withdraw some money from the ATM there by Santander Bank. Money never dispensed. Anyway, fast forward, I asked him to put an "Out of Order" sign up so nobody else loses their money because it just might be their last. He looked straight through me and pretty much ignored me. I got pissed on top of my pissed offness and left. It's a shame he's causing this store bad reviews.

The cashier name Nathaniel is so RUDE. He does not greet you, he doesn't help you with anything. He stands at the register emotionless and doesn't say a word not even a simple HELLO or Hi. He must get paid to be a mute. He doesn't even tell your total when he done ringing you up. Oh and don't ask him to double your bags or to get something for you, he moves slow and act like he doesn't want to do his job. I don't see how they hired him to work in customer service because he needs some serious training or another job. Also this location has expired frozen food. I picked up a frozen pizza and something told me to check the date. Come to find out that pizza was several months old. I asked Nathaniel were there anymore pizza's in back possibly, and of course he stood there like a mute. I wont be coming to this location ever again. The service is TERRIBLE, and products are not up to par or in stock.

Cashier Gabrielle who identified herself as a manager, hada funky attitude until I informed her I was sent to investigate a complaint and so far the complaint was valid. At that point she became very humble. CVS in Lansdowne needs trained employees. Customer service ettiquette does not exist here

This is where I got my accutabe prescpriton for the 6 months I was on it. They usually had to order it, they didn't have it in stock. They did great. With this presecription, I had only a 2 day window when I could pick it up. Never missed it thanks to the awesome team! For those complaining, please exercise your empathy. Retail pharmacies are understaffed. Their workers are overworked and underpaid. And it's healthcare, not fast food

HORRIBLE customer service. The "cashier" was very RUDE, and DISRESPECTFUL. I really god SCARED/THREATEN by the way he looked at me.The price I was being charged didn't match the price on the shelf. The shelving is a mess.I am a CVS loyal customer, but I will NEVER go back to this specific location. I do not want to deal with this kind of customer service.
