Don't bother getting any scripts from their pharmacy delivered. The few times I have tried they either never received a notification or ignored it. Had to have someone else pick them up.Also, spent a lot of time on hold.

I always find what I'm looking for and today was no exception. I went in to print photos. Took me about an hour tops and that included time to print the photos. I was very impressed with how quickly it all went. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Consistent worst customer service. Now I’d rather drive an extra 20/30 min elsewhere instead of go here. The cashier usually at the register is always rude, rushing, and responds to questions with attitude EVERY TIME. Some employees are helpful & professional but this employee who is often at the register gives a problem every time & everyone I’ve spoken to who has been to this Walgreens have had the same experience. He rushes through questions we have, and never acknowledges sales or valid coupons, he has a new reason every time one is presented as to why it’s not valid. Not sure how the customer service here has been tolerated.

I've always preferred Walgreens to the rest of the chain pharmacies and have been a loyal customer for more than 20 years. I appreciate the fellow that used to work at the register, gave me a heads up when the readers were BOGO. But that was before Covid. Walgreens never got their act together, and especially this place, their customer service in the pharmacy has suffered. And I'm close to ending my relationship with them. Their Pharmacy needs to do better.

I am on my final straw with this place, and have begun researching other pharmacies to shop at and get prescriptions filled. This store is always understaffed, and the pharmacy is a nightmare. They have now unfilled my prescription two months in a row before the window they gave me originally to pick it up is over. The lady once tried to argue with me about where my prescription is stored after I told her it will be in the refrigerator. I've been refilling my same prescription for years, I think I would know where it is stored. The pharmacy staff is impatient, and don't even attempt to call them over the phone unless you want to be talked down to like you're stupid for asking simple questions. The wait in line takes forever. The pharmacy staff will purposely ignore you for a minimum of 5 minutes, rather than help you get your prescription. Please, if you're looking to switch pharmacies or looking for a new one, don't choose here.

I’m not sure if the volume or staffing but it’s usually and issue to try and call and get information regarding your refill; one RX has automatic refill and it never refills automatically. Then I have to fight in the phone to get it addressed. It’s draining and probably time to move pharmacies. Please staff them according so they can help the customers.

Pharmacists are exceptionally rude. It takes days to get a script filled. One medication was unable to be found and they said it was out of stock. It was almost a week before they admitted that they were unable to get the meds and to call around to other pharmacies. Take your scripts elsewhere.

They didn't have what I was looking for on my last visit, but they have a nice selection of products. Lot's of toys that the other big name pharmacies don't carry. I've never used this pharmacy for prescriptions, so I can't comment on that part of the store. Parking was an easy in and out. Wasn't crowded when I visited.

The rude pharmacist refused to fill my dads script because they were closing in 15 minutes. They told us to go back to the urgent care we just came from to get a new written script and take my business elsewhere. This is the worst customer service we have ever encountered. A big thank you to the ladies at the urgent care across the street for writing us a new script and finding a new pharmacy in a swift matter of time.

I went here not to long ago to use the restroom no toilet paper nether the paper roll! I was very disappointed and ask nicely to a young man for paper restocks and reply whatever we have is there. so I just get out of the store and went to a different place to use a restroom!

Outstanding Pharmacist who recognized a substitution for the original script. He called the Doctor and was able to get me a $150 savings. Can't say enough about his diligence in helping me save money!

I'm new to the area and I went to CVS to get my covid shot...The pharmacist was rude and told me and in a nasty tone told me he had no time to give me a shot....I went to Walgrens and had a wonderful experience..the tech knew I was nervous and she made my experience painfree and comfortable....I just had my second shot and had a different person which made me a little nervous but not to worry, he was great also...Everyone went out of their way to make me comfortable and both experiences were pleasant....

This location recently updated their credit card unit and it DOES NOT ACCEPT EBT/SNAP CARDS. There isn't a sign noting this and the cashier didn't tell me until after I tried paying with it.

lets be honest walgreens is like a wawa but its full of white coats. When you go to walgreens you shop like you do at wawa except they got that shiny light up sign. Oo shiny sign.
