I’m new to the area and have used this pharmacy twice now. Both times were great experiences. The man that took care of pick up (I didn’t get his name) was very kind and patient switching my information to my new insurance. Thank you!

If I could post ZERO stars, I most definitely would!! This was my very first time dealing with this Walgreens location. Due to the backorder/shortage of medications the Walgreens location that I normally go to did not have my monthly medications available, which caused me to search for my medications @other locations. Unfortunately, my medications were in stock @ this location.Ive been a patient of Walgreens for over 20yrs & I've never experienced the worst treatment, over boundary stepping & dishonesty from a pharmacist (THERESA) who is a healthcare professional who should be trusted not to cause any harm to any patients!! She informed me that she had to contact my physician to clarify my medication on a good faith fill bc I was a new patient @ that particular location, & it was apart of Walgreens policy, which Ive never heard of before. Even though everything was listed in my profile for the last 20yrs & my physicians & medications hasn't changed for the last 10yrs. Further more I researched Walgreens policies & procedures....the policy of "good faith fill" was non existent. She had my prescription for two days, and after confirming things with my physician she decides she wasn't going to fill my medication & she also put notes in my account on my scripts... causing other locations to question & prohibiting my medications to be filled... putting my health @ risk...I have made a complaint to the corporate office... please do not go to this store...go elsewhere fast!! THERESA, Your in the wrong profession!! Mortician suits you best!!

Power tripping employees won’t let me park my bike inside for 5 seconds while i buy a lighter. Would i rather have the lighter and get my bike stolen or take my business elsewhere? You can guess. Ive been coming here for nearly 20 years, dumb policy and 95% of people in the past dont care. Unfortunately some people just love to tell people they cant do something.

The pharmacist obviously had it out for me so i have to call up evertime i get a prescription or it doesn't get filled. All stemming from a phone call that with her that didn't go well the first time i got my prescription here. If only cvs wasnt having a stock issue i would never come here. Not suprised to see Theresa has quite the reputation in these Google reviews.

The Pharmacist on duty tonight is an absolute disgrace.To call her an idiot is being too nice. Our patient has been waiting over 5 days for his medication-that he never has any problem obtaining. She does not know how to submit claims properly causing a delay in patient treatment.Will no longer recommend this Pharmacy to our patients.

Loved this pharmacy when I was solely dealing with the older male..he is always so kind during any phone calls, drop off or pick up. THERESA on the other hand lol is a bit of a power trip. U can tell she is miserable in her own life so feels the need to try to make people ( even customers) around her feel just as badly as she does. ... Months ago there was an issue with two medications I'm on and their interactions...she tells me then they she needs to speak directly to the doctor regarding the matter. Okay fine. My doctor calls but she wasn't there and it was taken up with whomever was...the next few months went smoothly. Then...out of nowhere..I guess she got a stick up her a...but she tells me the exact same thing when I call to check on my refills. I explained this was already an issue before and asked her if she remembered. She did. She said it was never resolved. It sure was bc my doctor told me she called..but also... Theresa...if it was never resolved how was I just going about filling my meds directly thru you the last few months with no issue at all?...save yourself the headache and find either another location where the pharmacist doesn't feel a need to inflict negativity or take her stuff out on you. She acted as if the male tech there was beneath her the way she spoke about him. She's sooooo rude and I feel bad for whoever is trapped in a small area with her for 40hrs a week. Grow up love...it's not a good look.

They do not accept all fedex packages when it is clearly states they should. They claimed my item was not packaged properly yet it's on the original shipping and packaging. Please remove FedEx from the location if you do not accept ALL packages that FedEx allows to be shipped.

I have only one reason for this review and her name is Theresa. She is the pharmacist. Probably one of the nicest people I have met. Always answered my questions. Always friendly. Seriously, I would smile when I walked in and saw that she was working. Just a really special person and what being a pharmacist is all about. That particular Walgreens can be very frustrating with some of the other staff but Theresa is by far the exception. A true asset to Walgreens and her customers.

Worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of using. Obnoxious pharmacists, can't fill scripts within the time THEY promise then when you show up even later than they offered they are annoyed you're there and won't leave. They have told me 20-60 minutes and I've given them +3 hours and still when I arrive it takes another hour to fill! They absolutely will ignore prescription pickup and drop off for COVID shots. They have misbilled my insurance almost every time costing me thousands in out of pocket costs making me go back and get reimbursed by my insurance. They refused to give me a managers contact info, they will push you aside when they make mistakes, they won't apologize for their mistakes, they have lost my prescriptions in their system ITS BEEN JUST 3 VISITS AND EVERY SINGLE TIME it's a disaster! Stay far far far away!

I usually have no problems here but today I wanted a refill of my medication and caught hell. Their staff member did not give me the right amount of medication and I ran out early. The Indian man spoke rude and condescending to me as though I was a drug seeker and I did not appreciate it one bit. They went to their cameras to review what I was telling them and low and behold, I was right and exactly what I told them happened, happened. They fixed their error but I did not even get an apology for the stress I was caused or way I was spoken to. An employee made the mistake. They either didn't count the pills or took a portion for their self thinking no one would notice. I hope they made a report on this incident. I was treated poorly due to THEIR error.

Walgreens is very accessible. They are frequently out of prescription medicine 💊 that I need. This is after they call 📞 and say my medications are ready. Other than being out of stock, and disorganized they are just ok, at best! I would not reccomend this store!

I went into Walgreens in Lansdale to mail a FedEx package the envelope had a small tear over the plastic covering of the address label. I asked the girl working behind the counter for a small piece of tape to tape the small tear in the plastic she said to me" we have no tape "I looked around and I said between the registers the photo the FedEx counter and the pharmacy you don't have one little piece of tape for me she stated" no we have no tape "in a Stern voice I asked again can you please look and she stated again "we have no tape stationary is an aisle five". I had to go buy a $3 roll of tape to tape that small tear in my package. I know I should have asked for a manager or somebody else but at the time you get so worked up and angry you just want to get out of there and that's what I did but they will not get my business again they should not hire people that have that kind of attitude

They never have enough medication to fill my whole prescription, and when I go back for the remainder I'm always met with confusion and usually sent away with the wrong amount again. I switched to this pharmacy because it's closer to home but it was definitely a mistake. I don't reccomend it. However, the people who work in the store and at cash registers are pleasant and helpful.

First visit since I got new health ins card after getting married. I didnt have my new script card and i must say DAN back in pharmacy was a great help. He really went above an beyond for locating my coverage within their systems. The others on staff at the time really to offer help on how to rectify the gathering of my scripts..

I took my older aged uncle in to use the restroom and I immediately turned around and left. I have never seen such filthy filthy conditions in any bathroom. You should be ashamed of yourself

The pharmacy is run by an excellent pharmacist who is knowledgeable and courteous. The staff who have been there for a while always recognize us. They are respectful and friendly.

They are understaffed. There is never ever anyone at the photo lab and it takes at least 10 minutes to get someone over the counter. The people that work the pharmacy are never prepared either. Their broken English does not help things.

I went in to get a vibrator for my girlfriend. And they told me to get on the ground and tackled me to the floor. I said what did i do. They said i had to be 21 to buy liquor, i said what are you talking about there is no liquor. I left mad as hell. Never going back. Piece of crap store

This store is great.. The manager pat Smith makes sure my items are always on the shelf.she is a great worker and person. I go out of my way to shop at this store and its worth it.

Now that they are giving Covid Vaccines...they push your medications orders to the side. You have to wait because they are too busy giving shots to refill your prescriptions.

Meh. Way under staffed, layout is not the best either. It's a shame because it's at a location. The worst thing of all is that they charge Arm and a leg for all this stuff. Better off shopping any where else👎

Doesn't open on time. Then when they do open make the customers wait outside in 25 degrees for 10 minutes. Awesome.
