We went to get new blinds last week. We told the employee who helped us the exact size we needed the blinds cut to. The woman told us we were wrong and we didn't need them cut that short. We said "no we measured, we need them cut to this size". Today when we went to install them we found out that she did not cut the blinds to the size we asked for, she cut them to the size she thought was best and they were too big to fit our windows. Extremely annoying.

Really like this location, always well kept. Staff is really nice and welcoming, went in for paint and the employee was so kind and explained the different seals and what to expect. Only having self checkout is a bit annoying however they ha e someone that will work a register if you have too many items that will make self checkout too complicated.

Kyle was accommodating with me (2/21/24) he led me all away around the store to what I needed, he was a fine young man, definitely deserving of a raise; paint department though could use some work was greeted with an unfriendly attitude my wife left the store feeling uneasy after that. Overall good location

Unprofessional attitude! Stuff cannot be found and they know nothing about the products in their area of ​​​​responsibility. Regarding children's workshops: came in the morning at 9 am without a subscription. Children were turned away by the staff due to the fact that they are admitted only by subscription as there is a limited amount of material. We came by subscription next time, and the children were again turned away by the staff because fist came first serve. There is no consistency or clear rules. The manager is not sensitive to customer feedback. We have been using this store for a long time, but the attitude towards customers in this store location forced us to switch to other construction stores. This is how they lose regular customers.

I made a large curbside order that included 3 bulk bags of detergent. The condition of these bags was horrible. Something had leaked all over the bags and all the ink was coming off the printing on bag and making a mess everywhere. Why would any retailer think these were sellable and not send them back to the distributor as defective / damaged? Perhaps the Home Depot practice is to push all the damaged merchandise onto the curbside customers? Prices are high enough thanks to inflation without big box stores taking advantage of their customers.

My husband is a contractor. He frequently shops this Home Depot for supplies. I wish I could give this store higher marks. Generally he has no complaints.HOWEVERthe wood is JUNK.It's not "the stores" fault. It's lack of quality control.Sometimes it's full of black mold, probably because the pressure treated boards come in soaking wet. In any case it's neatly piled on a skid to be sold (at full price!)His biggest complaint is the skids full of ripped, knotty, warped wood that he has to painstakingly look through to find a few good pieces.In his business-time is money! He can't factor in the hours spent looking through the wood into an estimate.And I'm not exaggerating: I literally mean hours.For Example:In the first picture, the stack in the foreground and to right side were rejects. He ended up settling for "the so-called best of the worst"

This is a update to the post I wrote below after my card was hacked. Home Depot and their credit card vendor, Citi Bank, had no interest in helping me resolve this issue. I had to report the matter to my local police department, and together we managed to force the Home Depot where crime took place, to release information and a surveillance video. I had to take all this info to Citi Bank, who just sent me a letter saying I was not liable for the charges. This is after they had handed me over to the various collection agencies. Be advised, do not utilize the Home Depot credit card. If anything goes wrong, you have no protection and it will take you time, money and effort to prove your innocence. Rather use a major credit card as the discount you may get using the Home Depot is not worth it if things go wrong.My Home Depot account was recently hacked, and I was sent an email to thank me for my purchase, which alerted me to this fact. I reported the fraudulent purchase to Citi Bank, and then called the store, as I saw this was not an online purchase, but had been picked up at the Lansdale store. Given that this was a $1000 item, I foolishly thought that the store manager, may have wanted to get all the information, such as date of purchase, item in question etc so that they could check cameras and also find out which employee gave away the item without checking id.The manager could not have cared less, and was not only uninterested, but also condescending and rude. It is no wonder that the employees at the store are so lax and unmotivated, given the hopeless leadership that exists at this store.

Not as good as lowes but usually has what I need. I just have to find it myself, and it seems they don't have enough employees to help customers. In fact, I didnt even see a cashier. They made you do it yourself.Well, if you want me to be a tour and a cashier I'm thinking either put me on your payroll or invite me to your Christmas party.I remember when home depot came to our area they put all the little mom and pops out of business saying we will hire tons of people ...Not sure that is do true anymore.

The shopping process was very smooth.The store is always very well stocked.The employees are normally on the friendly side.Unfortunately had an experience with an employee who did not have the best customer service skills.Actually, very rude to be exact.I also loved how the box I picked up was in bad condition..This is an electrical device so I hope there isn't any damage.

Went in at about 4PM on September 5th 2023 for one item. I was tired, it had been a long day of work and I just needed to quickly grab something and go. I used the self checkout because I didn't want to interact or talk with anyone, and that's when it all went wrong.The self check out cashier was behind me and said "Hi", I just ignored her cause I didn't want to talk to her. Another cashier, a heavyset women, decides to come over and stand a foot away from me to talk to the self check out cashier about how she just has to keep talking to the customers and they will HAVE to respond, etc etc, clearly talking about me when I just want to be left alone.My payment goes through, and I just leave because now I really don't want to deal with this crazy woman. I get most of the way into the parking lot and this crazy woman comes running out screaming that I had "Forgotten my receipt". I shop at Home Depot, and I know that I don't need my receipt when I've used my card, they can just look up the purchase on my card. She just HAD to get a rise out of me before I left since I had ignored her.I use self checkout so I don't have to interact with maniacs like this, and will just go to another Home Depot in which the cashiers just let you check out in peace and don't run halfway across the parking lot screaming at you for something pointless.

The employees at this location are always nice and helpful. We've done online returns and picks up here many times and the process is always simple. We appreciate the team at this location, they are always ready to help answer the questions we may have about products we are looking for as well. I also love coming in around Halloween and Christmas because the displays are a lot of fun to look at! Also, they have THE BEST THEME SONG, ever. 🤪🤣

The return policies are so bad that you are better off buying stuff on Amazon or better yet temu as it's 75 percent off pricing compared to home depot. And do not have to deal with attitude of home depots associates.

I drove to one of my local Home Depot’s tonight to try and find one of the plastic ultra possible skeletons. Once I got to the store I realized they had non in stock so I checked the website to see what locations still had him. The closest one was Montgomeryville. It was around 7:20 when I left the initial Home Depot after having no luck with the plastic skeleton. I rushed myself over to the Mongomeryville store in the poring rain. I finally got to the store at 7:56. I ran to one of the doors and tried entering. A lady scolded at me how they were closed and I tried to explain I only wanted to buy a simple skeleton from the Halloween section and I would be very fast but she said no and told me to come back tomorrow. Keep in mind it’s still only 7:56 and they close at 8pm. Yes I was there with only a few minutes till close but there was people already in the store in lines and checkouts… I didn’t argue with the lady and accepted my fate. I was pretty unhappy with how the lady approached this situation and that’s why I’m leaving this review. There was no “sorry” in her talking and her tone was anything but nice. I understand not letting someone come in if they have no clue what they want but I made it clear how I only wanted to buy a simple plastic skeleton and she knew that. When the store says it closes at 8 they should stop letting people come in at 8! Not 7:56 or 7:58. Boo hoo you have to leave work 5 minutes later. Anyways I was very upset that I drove all that was to this HomeDepot and was denied entry at the door while they were “open”.

The kitchen support team are extremely rude. I've never had a bad experience at this location before today. Honestly it the worst customer experience I've ever seen, the lady working weekends needs to be fired. She may be the most unprofessional worker I've ever heard of and I worked in the service industry for 20 years. I wished I could give this store a zero.

On a very busy day, sales associate Thomas Maas was juggling multiple customers buying appliances including us. He did a great job with us and another couple buying at the same time, plus a few more to boot. Got the washer, dryer and dishwasher we wanted and before we were done bought a new fridge/freezer too. Nice man, knows his stuff and did a great job multitasking multiple customers at the same time. Thank you Tom. We appreciated your help today.

I was on the phone with him as the below unfolded. Awkward to say the least.Today he encountered a very rude and unprofessional cashier. She negatively processed a return, and told my husband that what he was returning was not found in the store (basically accusing him of trying to return another store merchandise to Home Depot.) he had to correct her and identify the item was sold in the store isle 31 and they had 13 of the exact some item in stock. Of course a person knows where they purchased an item from. She then proceeded to rescan and process the return. She said Oh’ and proceeded to process the return. This was today at around 8:45am. Great customer service should be the minimum you expect. Hoping no one else has the same negative experience he had.

Kids Workshop 07/01/23 FABULOUS WONDERFUL HIGHLY RECOMMEND. There were 2 employees working the workshop - John, Tim, and a kind young woman with beautiful hair whose name I didn't catch. They were pleasant and welcoming and helpful. It was easy to tell they really enjoyed this part of their job. The event was so much fun! The price was great too (free, lol). My 6 y.o. son had such a a fun time hammering and screwdriver-ing, and painting. Will absolutely attend again. Thank you!

I went in the other day to look at the garden center and buy some new flowers and pots. I was looking for a plant stand, something that would hold 2 pots of flowers and they had absolutely nothing like that! Very disappointing. They how did one stand that had three legs it was very cheap and they wanted $25 for it. I went somewhere else.

Bought several items. The delivery man make my dryer a big scratch. And my Fridge is loud noise every half hour. The wheel was broken when they delivered so technician has to come and fix it but he couldn’t fix loud noise. In 48 hours I made complaint for exchange now they are playing. Best return and exchange I will suggest best buy or Costco. If you buy something with this guys if it is not good you have to keep it. And this is my last time purchasing from home depot. One time business be happy
