This place is definitely in our favorites now if we are in the area. The staff was super sweet. And they just have some crazy amount of interesting stuff. It is definitely a dig and find mission when going there. It's really fun and something different. Looking in file cabinets, boxes, and displays. I felt like I just wouldn't be able to get through everything in hour. We didn't even get to second floor this time.

We try to make a few trips out a year. If you love rummaging and hunting for all books and ephemera, this place is for you. Huuuuuuuge with lots of rooms. The upstairs is also packed, usually everything $1 each. Sometimes you can fill a bag for a few dollars. Owner and help are easy going and fun to talk to. It's obviously what they love to do.

Beautiful old books with stories to tell. First time here today and I was blown away with the selection and range. Thought I only spent 20 minutes in here - it ended up being an hour and a half. Will definitely be back. Everyone in there super friendly and helpful! Thank you guys again. Loved everything I got - I hugged them all lol

Like many used bookstores, this place is a bit of a treasure hunt. Sometimes you find some great stuff. Today, I didn't find anything I was looking for, but my husband did. Great prices.

Very disappointed. I spent several hours going through CDs that have signs over them for one dollar each. I took them to the cash register to be told that they were out of place and they wanted to charge me much more.

It's been years since I've come across such an expansive used bookstore, to browse through. This is an actual warehouse, with a ton of books, magazines, some DVDs, collectibles, and whatnot to look through. The curb-side parking was very limited, compared to the sizable interior to browse. And the unassuming front door seemed so unlike that of a legitimate store, that I hesitated to enter, at all (it looked more like a back door in some alley, to me.)However, it did turn out to be a legit bookstore, and I found a book I haven't seen since childhood, which is a great feeling (at a reasonable price, too.) Some of the aisles are so cramped that you can't really browse alongside other customers, and the second floor was very warm and stuffy (and sounded like it was host to some hungry nestlings.)Still, there were some strategically placed chairs (worn, but comfy-looking,) and overall, it was fun to poke through the offerings. I'm glad I checked this place out!

This place is a true gold mine of vintage goods, ephemera, nik-naks and forgotten treasures. Easily lives up to its name. The staff is pleasant and helpful. You could spend days if not weeks here, and still not have enough time to truly scour the whole place. If you're a fan of old magazines, books, ads, posters, prints, war-time memorabilia, vintage family photos, or just want a place to dig through cheap CD's, tapes, vinyl, VHS's and DVDs, you will love this place. Just make sure your afternoon is clear and beware it smells like a dusty attic.

I’ve been going to The Archives for over twenty years and it holds a special place in my heart. It’s one of my very favorite places to visit and stay for hours. Dale is a dear and has always been kind to me even as I came out as trans eight years ago. He’s never once misgendered me and I feel completely safe there. Please go check out this local treasure. There’s no place like it anywhere. Love it. If I could give more than five stars I would. ❤️

I personally would never participate in an auction here again. Upon picking up my belongings a few comics I bid on were missing when I got the boxes home. Sorry I could not sort through 250 comics while at the building, and Im not going to contact the owner and be told I should of did so. That leads me here.Also while I was pick my items up I over heard the owner telling someone he was doing a consignment with that he sorts through everything and takes the real high value items out of the regular auctions. Great to know after I already paid you, for several lots.

If you enjoy books of any kind, you will not be disappointed.If you are interested in local history, you are sure to see something you to peak that interest.Comics ✔️ Records ✔️ Antiques ✔️ Incense ✔️ Options ✔️And, the second floor has MORE BOOKS all for between $1-$5. Remember to get up there should you visit.The only problem is time, keeping track of it after entering this shop. So please give yourself some leadway should you visit and maybe set an alarm if you have other obligations.I love this place. Thank you!

Overpriced. Lots of cool stuff but basically a museum. Don’t believe me? Go there and look at prices. Maybe worth it if you have a certain book you want, and don’t mind paying double eBay to support local business… but good luck finding it anyway in the piles of books and junk even if you do want to overpay

Contacted the auction side of the business to sell a variety of pokemon cards. I had no idea how to sort/categorize the hundreds of cards my kids had accumulated over the years and I was looking for a way to get the most out of what I had. The Archive was able to put the cards together in lots that yielded the best results. They were great to work with and I can't imagine that I would have gotten more if I tried to sell on my own. Highly recommend.

I saw the post on Facebook and head it there to get books . The gentlemen on cashier guide where I can get $1 book . He took me upstairs and told me to can any book . I spent 3 hours and finally I found around 20 books to purchase when I take them down to cashier . He said that he will need to ask his boss. He called him and refuse to sell me . I asked for the reason he started arguing with me . Kindly I asked him to explain why I am not able purchase he did not explain and another person appeared and told me if I don’t leave he will drag me out . Then he started threatening that I am at private property. He started call the cop and make the issue bigger . I was so disappointed with their attitude . I spent three hours and at the end I was scared that he could kill me . Please be aware of this place . Definetely not recommended.

Hands down the best online auction I have dealt with. Besides having cool stuff, they really try to keep shipping costs low. I recently won an item from them that WAS as pictured but wrote to Scott to ask him to look for a missing part that I did not catch was not in the picture. He went above and beyond to make me happy - even though it was not the fault of the auction. Highly recommend them!!!

I only recently went to the Archive. I won two guitars in an online auction. The place is overflowing with all kinds of literature and old comics. There is way too much stuff to try and describe it all, but if you enjoy reading and want to find an old magazine or periodical, this place is the place!

Lots of books at reasonable prices. If you spend a few hours here, you are bound to find something good. Be careful though, as it is pretty dusty from the age of the books. Might be a good idea to bring a dust mask and vinyl gloves. The people who run the store are very nice and friendly!

The staff knows everything they have and believe it or not, they know where it is. Very interesting place, if they don't have the book your looking for it doesn't exist.Keep an eye out for Dolly, she is awesome
