Love this store! They adopt out animals that have been rescued and genuinely need a home… not a puppy mill like most pet stores. Staff is always friendly and helpful too. I love taking my pets here with me to shop and to let them pick out their own toys and chews. Highly recommend.

I seriously cannot thank Erica (the manager) and Pets Plus enough! I was having trouble with my newly adopted aggressive reactive Pit Bull mix. I had run out of hope and literally did not know where to turn. I had gone in for a muzzle and came out with that and so much more. I left with new found hope and reassurance that my dog will be okay once he receives the proper training and time. Thank you so much Erica! Please ignore all the bad reviews about this amazing pet store! They have the best manager (and employees) and a wide variety of products! They had EXACTLY what I needed! Honestly they have a better selection than Petsmart. I will definitely be back again! Erica is so passionate about animals and it shows! Make Pets Plus your stop for all your pet needs!

The groomers are the best, Nikki has groomed all our dogs for the past at least 10 years, always pleasant and professional. They have the doggies in and out within an hour, which is better for them, especially older dogs who have trouble standing long. But always looking cute with great cuts, nails and shiny coat. We miss them since we moved.

Wasn't really a fan. I just don't like places that sell animals. But, we needed wet food for our lab & this place carries specialized foods. We decided to pick up a few extra things as well. At checkout, they failed to mention the card reader was broken. Ok. But then proceeded to say they need to manually enter my cc #. Um, I don't think so. Would have been nice to have been notified of technical difficulties & could have saved me 30+ minutes of time that could have been used better.

Erica really takes pride in what she does and it shows. She is very knowledgeable of all the animals. Unlike most pet stores, she makes the animals comfortable, by not over crowding tanks and enclosures. I was skeptical, but I was proven wrong, and had a wonderful experience.

They are an okay place to get supplies for your pets. I am docking stars for how poorly they treat their fish. I saw some of the fish eating dead ones of their own kind like they haven't eaten in days. And they keep betta fish each in tiny containers. This isn't unique to this pet store, but it is upsetting to see regardless.

This is the most friendly environment and the best well behaved pets. Every time I am there my pups and myself are always welcomed and there is always someone there to help me and have answers if I have questions. The pet store is cleaned always and the animals are taking care of so well! I would suggest everyone to come support this pet store and adopt the animals here! Erica, you have been the most caring, personable, and relatable individual I have ever encountered within any retail store .She is very knowledgeable in the fish, small animal, Feline, and Canine departments.Their cashiers are so passionate and educated as well.I will miss them tremendously as I have moved out of state to be with family after 5 years of being independent, trying to get life back on track for myself.These are the only reasons I would give this location a 5-star review.The new store manager is definitely not personable, is the type of person to get you in and out of the store as quickly as possible. He seems a bit ignorant, considering he passes you to another colleague to finish the customers' experience.I also know from one of the managers at the front end that he was given the Store Manager title because he is the Son of the previous Store Manager .... of course, it follows the "who you know" and not the "qualifications" for this position, and that killed the experience for me.Erica, Shift Supervisors and Cashiers saved this stores review on my part. And a big shout out to them!!

I adopted my kitten Pepper!!😊😊This is the best pet store I have ever been to. After losing my 1st cat 6 years ago, I never thought I would get another one. My favorite worker is Maddie!! She was soo helpful and really really sweet. She walked with me through each isle to help get everything I needed for Pepper. She knows and care for the animals.

*DISTURBING IMAGES*Rarely do I ever leave reviews, let alone one star reviews, but I had to… this place is absolutely despicable. Tell me why I went to pick up a cat brush and found an actual DEAD KITTEN lying in the cage amongst other sickly looking kittens (diarrhea, upper respiratory symptoms: eye/nose drainage, etc.,). And then to see multiple young children pointing to this poor dead animal and crying?? Horrible. What’s up with you guys? You should be shut down.

This was the best pet store I have ever been to! The staff is amazing and gave me useful information for the bunny I was taking home. They walked with my mom and I around the store until we found everything we needed, and with good prices. I would recommend this store to anyone that is trying to find a pet for them and for people who need assistance of any kind with animal supplies and advice.

My boyfriend and I are so glad we found this place. He called looking for kittens and they had just gotten in about 8 of them, we went over to check out the options and they were so helpful! We ended up adopting two of them and couldn’t be happier, they are already bonded and love to snuggle. One of my kitties had a little upper respiratory cold and cough and they gave us meds to treat him. The staff is so knowledgeable and very personable, I would highly recommend them. Plus they get in many new doggies and kittens each week!

I love taking my daughter here to see the cats, dogs, hamsters, gerbils which they have large selection off. Me personally I'm a fish guy and unfortunately their fish selection is lacking on the bright side the selection of fish food, medicine and tank accessories are plentiful.

The messes created by the animals for adoption are cleaned up right away. The animals for adoption seem to be well kept. I love the availability of the different cat toys they have. The staff are very helpful with questions and are very friendly.

the area where the puppies are smelled so bad… I know puppies, animals & pet stores have smells but this was so bad.. it looked like the cages weren’t cleaned recently or nearly well enough I felt bad for the dogs :(

Great selection of items and pricing competitive with the larger chain stores.The are pretty strick in their policy of not offering products potentially harmful or reported harmful to pets frees up owners to shop without having to worry about the safety aspect of their beloved fuzzy kids.

My husband adopted a kitten from this store back in July. The first red flag to me is that the kitten wasn’t spayed and they told him he should wait until the cat came into heat at least once (I have NEVER heard this in my entire life of owning cats and dogs.) I immediately called a vet and scheduled her to be spayed and got that handled. We also have another cat who is 1 year old and she has come down with a respiratory infection that I’ve been treating and our vet said she most likely contracted it from the kitten- which means the kitten was most likely sick while in the pet stores care and they did not mention or warn us of this. So now I have a cat who has been healthy and had no issues who may have to struggle with chronic respiratory issues from now on… not to mention their adoption fees were twice what we paid from where we adopted our first cat who was actually healthy and spayed before adoption. So frustrating!!

They were very nice with helping me to get my kitten Munchkin, but it seemed like they rushed me. I had just gotten her out when my step daughter and sister wanted to see her and the employee immediately said he will come back with adoption papers. It seemed like they were more so in it for the money, compared to finding the animals a loving home. When I asked what the kitten ate, the employee looked like she was just guessing. But other than that the animals looked healthy. Very organized store and looked clean.

Pet store which sells dogs, cats, reptiles, birds, fish, food and supplies. Dogs come from the streets supposedly. All are mixed breed and too pricey at $550 for a +6 month dog. Place is unclean, smelly and have witnessed older staff member banging crates and yelling at pets in back. This place has been sliding down for a while.

I'm giving one star ONLY TO THE ADOPTION CENTER AND IT'S COORDINATOR. The actual store and staff are nice, and I would give them 5 stars.We adopted a puppy in December 2022 and he tested positive for heartworm at our vet. He was tested a month before we adopted him, which was too early for him to test positive after being infected, so they agreed to pay for his treatment. (side note for those adopting: it takes about 4-5 months for dogs to test positive.) I got an estimate for the treatment and provided it to the adoption coordinator, Dawn. It took a few tries to get a hold of her initially which told me I was in for a long road. I submitted the invoice for the first round of treatment and haven't heard a word since, and it's been weeks. I'm obviously not going to let the dog go untreated, but say I didn't have the funds available to spend for the treatment? My dog could potentially die due to a lack of communication and a sense of urgency.

Watched a dog eat his own diarrhea since none of the animals have any food or proper care. Employees & customers were arguing as this happened. There was (every type) mess everywhere. The animals are very poorly cared for and, there was even a review stating that there was a deceased kitten amongst its litter. I have no idea why this place is still here, those poor animals. Petsmart & petco will always be the much better option.

Amazing pet store!! We drive over 45 minutes just to come to this particular store. Every time we come here we have amazing experiences with employees and the animals. The pets are incredibly friendly even the small hamsters like to be handled. Ask for Maddy if you have any questions because she is very knowledgeable and friendly!! We have dealt with her several times in the past and she is always awesome to deal with. Honestly best pet store around!!! Highly recommend this place!!!
