A literal life saver. I was using another service while I was away, and quickly became uncomfortable with the care I felt my puppy was getting. I called Marissa in literal tears, left a message and she got back to me in less than 5 minutes. I was so worried it was too late to use her services in this emergent last minute situation. She calmed my nerves, got me on the books immediately for the next day, and made me feel comfortable and assured my baby would be cared for. I can definitely be an overbearing nervous dog mom, and she didn’t make me feel bad or overbearing at all. Marissa actually validated my feelings and took the extra steps to text and keep me in the loop the next day. I cannot recommend her services enough! her responsiveness, understanding, the updated, the photos, all of it. 10/10 highly recommend.

We've been taking our dogs for years to a wonderful kennel. They are older and we didn't have the heart to not leave them at home where they are happiest.Our first experience with Marissa and her team was outstanding. Morgan took such good care of our dogs..pics and reports several times per day. We felt so comfortable and reassured. They had 3 visits per day and I know they were happy to be in their own home.We cannot express our gratitude enough. Highly recommended!!!

Pampered Pups and Marissa exceeded our expectations!! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our dogs to be able to stay in their comfy home and have someone to come in to take care of them while we were gone. We received daily updates and plenty of great pics of our dogs (fish and frogs too!) that made us feel so comfortable that they were in good hands. Excellent app to use for pet info and communication and very fair rates. Loved our whole experience with Marissa and will be booking again soon!

The team of dog walkers at Pampered Pups by Marissa are taking great care of my puppy. This is my first time using a dog walker, and Marissa’s team put my mind at ease from the moment we met and they met my puppy. And my puppy loves them!!! Communication is excellent. I receive a report, write up about the visit, and pictures each time the team visits my puppy. They treat my puppy as if she is their own. It’s such a relief to be able to go to work and know your puppy is in loving hands!

We have relied upon Marissa and her team to care for our 10 yo dog and our bird while we've been away. We meet the handler in advance, see how our dog reacts, and get a sense for the handler. They both have been very experienced and our dog is excited to see them! And it is a relief to know they also get the mail and can feed/water our bird while we're away. Love the updates we get while we are gone too. So pleased that we were referred to Pampered Pups.

I have been using Pampered Pups for about 8 months now, since I went back to work. They have always been very professional and on time. They have been very open when I needed to modify my dog’s schedule and accommodated my requests. Izzy has been very happy with the attention and care she receives.Recently I went on vacation and one of their dog sitters, Gabriela, stayed at our house to take care of Izzy. I cannot say enough good things about Marissa! She has taken outstanding care of our special needs rescue for the past 2.5 years. She has truly gone above and beyond in her care. Until we started using Marissa, my dog would freak out every time she saw suitcases. Now she is totally fine! On Marissa's first visit, she took the time to learn singing what song will soothe my dog's anxiety. She also brought special treats that we only use when Marissa comes, so that my dog has a great association with her coming. I also cannot express how much it means to me the outstanding care she took of our dog after an eye procedure. Marissa's photos, messages, and competency with her medicines and eye care were phenomenal. She uses an app that makes scheduling, payments, and messaging a breeze, and the regular photos are the best!! By far, Marissa provides the best pet care we have experienced, I would highly, highly recommend her!!! Not worrying about our dog while traveling is priceless!!

I have used Pampered Pups by Marissa many times over the past few years for both day walks and overnight stays. I have had the pleasure of meeting and using many different sitters. Every experience has been wonderful!! Last week Michelle stayed over and watched my three pups for four nights and days. She is amazing and gave 200%. She is very professional and genuinely loves her job and my dogs. My pups were spoiled and given tons of love and attention. The house was immaculate and the pups happy and healthy. I have been using Pampered Pups for a number of years. I have a pack of 4 dogs. They're my children and I want them to have the best care. Marissa & her crew treat my pets like their own. They've been dependable even in bad weather. They have handled the occasional mess without complaint. Marissa even recommended a better crate for my dog who suffers separation anxiety, and it's made a huge difference. Last, I have had medical emergencies or last minute business trips which required rapid communication and response, and Marissa has always come through in the pinch. I highly recommend!

We had several things come up that might have thrown another company. They took it in stride and made us comfortable so we could enjoy our time away. We just returned from vacation and this is the 2nd time we’ve used Pampered Pets for overnights while we were away. Such a great experience! Our Cali was so well taken care of, even some extra TLC due to fireworks and storms. Our dog sitter went above and beyond because our dog is afraid of all the noise. So grateful for such care! I've been using both the pet sitting and dog walking services for my girl Stella, and have had a great experience every time. I was a bit nervous using a service at first, as Stella is a rescue dog and anxious at that. Marissa's staff are friendly, polite and patient with Stella every time. They make sure to send pictures and written updates during their time together, and wherever I come home after Stella's been in their care, my girl wags with delight; and that's ALL the proof that I need to know that she's in good hands! We recently went away and had one of her staff stay at our home to take care of our puppies and what an amazing experience. We received multiple updates during the day, along with pictures! Marissa and her team are truly the best. We have a 7 year old rescue and she and Michelle have provided the best care for him. He has some individualized needs and they took the time to meet him and listen to us prior to their first stay with him. Each time they visit with them, they respond to those needs with careful care, upmost understanding, and clear communication. It’s very hard for us to leave him due to his needs, but we trust this team without a doubt.They cared for him during our out of state wedding and out of country honeymoon and continue to give him the best love and care each time we go away. We recently went away and needed someone to care for our 3 cats, one of whom was 18 years old. We were really anxious to leave them, especially our elderly girl. Right from the beginning, Holly showed that she was going to treat our kitties like they were hers and give Sadie all of the attention she deserved.We received daily updates with multiple photos and videos. Sadly, our 18 year old kitty, Sadie, decided that it was her time shortly after we left (we knew this was a possibility when we left, she was very old and had been deteriorating for some time, and had discussed this with Holly prior to us leaving). Holly and Marissa both reached out to us to give us frequent updates. Holly took her to the vet and FaceTime us with the doctor's findings. Once we made the decision to help Sadie cross the rainbow bridge, Holly stayed with us on FaceTime with Sadie through the whole thing. She showed Sadie love like she was her own. We were able to say goodbye and be there when she passed. Holly held her and cried with us like Sadie was her own.After Sadie's passing, Holly checked in with us and lavished attention on our other 2 cats. We got daily updates with lots of photos and videos. We arrived home to 2 very happy, healthy, cats and beautiful flowers and a thoughtful card.We are so grateful to Holly and the team at Pampered Pups by Marissa for taking care of our kitties like they were their own and helping us through a hard time. Their kindness, dedication, and love for your pets is clear. We will definitely use them in the future.
