I've been a customer for over 25 years. The General manager, Anne Bickel, was very rude both at drop off and pick up for grooming on 3/9/24. It was as if I was a bother when asking questions. I showed up 3 minutes before 4 o'clock to pick up and she was annoyed that I was early. When I emailed to call it to their attention, the Assistant Manager, John Bickel, responded telling me to find another groomer, based on video footage. What a joke!! Husband and wife team from hell!! I will never go back. I wouldn't have a job if I treated people this way.My dog got a skin yeast infection from being groomed here in October, 2023.

Is absolutely outrageous. My daughters and I put our 4 dogs here for overnight..Drop them off at four , pick them up at eight am.fifty a m , and they charged us two nights for that. 54 per night. Ok that's the rate. But they charged 108. How is this 2 nites? $487 for 4 dogs.Called and was told this is how we do it. So it's $108/nite.no. 54. Expressed my disdain and was told OK about a dozen times. Not OK.Daughter also told me she was not allowed to see inside facilities at drop off. Nit permitted.Find some other place.ANY OTHER PLACE.Oh. Forgot drop off times are 8-11 OR 4-6.What's up with that? One guy said be glad they don't work a full day. It'd be even more.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Took excellent care of our service dog who was in a kennel for the first time in her 7 years. Gave her a bath and she looked and smelled unbelievable for 2 weeks. Her coat was shiny and the blew out a ton of under hair. Thank you for an awesome experience. We will be back!!!

We've been going to Molly's for almost 3 years now... We did group training classes and private lessons (totally worth it!). John, the trainer is AMAZING!!! We bring our pup to day school and she gets so excited when we ask her if she wants to go to school! They also have a inground pool for swimming in the summer and they offer different activities each day for school. We also board her while on vacation. We feel confident that she is in good hands when we leave her at Molly's.

Marcus is our 9 year old "child"and my wife & I never boarded him. We have reservations to be away for almost 2 weeks and we thought we'd give Molly's a try. We gave him a trial day yesterday and he absolutely loved it!!! In two weeks we will leave our 95 pound golden doodle there and we're not as hesitant as we were because we know the people there love our dog as much as we do.

Molly’s has been a godsend!!! We’ve used them for training and boarding for years but most recently got a Doberman puppy right before COVID and suddenly couldn’t socialize her with people or other dogs. This is our first Doberman and we were struggling a bit with behaviors. Between training and Day School, she is a wonderful dog and I have gained confidence in handling her. I can’t thank them enough and recommend them to anyone who needs training, boarding, and/or day school.

Molly’s is far more than a doggy daycare or boarding facility. It is a second family for your dog where they are trained, loved, socialized and just get to have fun. They have parties for every season/occasion. It has made my dog one of the happiest and well-trained dogs I’ve ever had! Their groomer is also wonderful. They really do treat your pet like family! I HIGHLY recommend Molly’s Country Kennels! 5+ stars!

We’ve been taking our babies to Mollys Country Kennels for almost 9 years. I cannot say enough good things about them. They are the only ones that we would trust with our 2 precious handfuls. We have boarded with them and trained with them too. We have never had a single negative experience.

We love Molly’s!! We take our dog here 3 days a week for the doggy day care and he absolutely loves it. They offer training during school or after and have trail hikes, pool days, and cookouts all for your dogs! They’re amazing. John and Anne are wonderful!

I have been taking my dog here since he was a puppy (he’s almost 13). He loves all the staff here and they love him. I know he is always well cared for. I now live farther away from Molly’s but it’s worth the drive for me to have the peace of mind that he is happy here.

Molly’s is a well-organized, clean, and fun place for our dog. We use Molly’s for boarding, grooming and day school a couple days each week. John, Anne and staff take their responsibility to your pet seriously and will work with you to optimize your pet’s experience. Plus, they clearly like to have fun with their furry friends, throwing numerous parties, complete with food and photos. We rescued our dog from her third shelter and Molly’s worked with us right out of the gate to customize care for this anxious 7-month-old pupper. I highly recommend Molly’s!

My family and our dog Nala love Molly's!! Great staff who treats you like family! Their services are amazing and thanks to John and Molly's training services our dog is calmer, listens and our son is no longer afraid of her because she is no longer hyper when she is around him and he was able to learn the commands John taught her and us so he now has some control over how she behaves in his presence! We highly recommend Molly's to our friends, family, and anyone looking for a place where they treat pets and their owners like family!

I really wanted to like Molly's because of how convenient the location is to my home. I just don't. It just isn't worth the price. First they charge you per calendar day. So if you board your dog overnight you pay for two days. (Starts at $38 per day which includes nothing, so $76 for an overnight stay). On top of that their hours suck, with limited windows to pick up and drop off. I got the Me Time package so my dog was walked so that is $104 for an overnight. So a Saturday late afternoon drop off to Tuesday morning pick up is $214. The people who work there are not friendly-no smiles or warmth towards me the customer or my people-loving dog. No progress report about the dog’s stay. After trying them again in a pinch, I know I will never go back. There are other kennels out there that are significantly less expensive and have similar accommodations and much better hours I will just have to drive farther.

We’ve use Mollys for both dayschool and training. We have been so happy with both. John (the trainer) has been wonderful with giving us the tools to help us feel confident with our dogs. We also love sending them to dayschool and being able to watch them on their doggy daycare cameras having a blast! I can’t recommend Mollys and John enough!

I am grateful to Molly's for taking care of my cat during vacation. I love that they provide everything he needs while there (food, litter, etc.). I think one improvement would be to provide a little more detail upon pick-up about how the stay was, but they will communicate if any issues arise. Lastly, I would add that they are extremely flexible and considerate when it comes to the dates of the stay which make vacation-planning easier and less-stressful. Thanks for all you do!

Molly's Country Kennels is a great place to take your dog for a variety of activities. From Dayschool to training to overnight stays, the crew at Molly's take wonderful care of your pet. I've been taking my dog to Molly's for close to 3 years now and he loves it. When I pick him up to take him home at the end of the day, on the way to my car, he tries to run back to the staff so he can stay! I absolutely love dropping him off at Molly's as I know he is going to have a great day and be a happy tired dog who's loved and cared for like he is family. Thank you Molly's!

For the past 10 years or so we used Molly's Kennel to board our dog while we were vacationing and had an excellent experience. Our dog came home healthy and happy. We recently adopted a 6 month old rescue puppy. As an older "parent" to an energetic pup, we enrolled in Molly's Day School three days a week, firmly believing a happy pup is a tired pup! Now at 9 months old, she is a well adjusted, fun loving member of our family. The staff at Molly's is consistent and engaging with the dogs. Our pup has learned socialization skills and just overall good doggie behavior as well as gaining new "friends". Molly's also has web cams set up so you can see in real time the fun the dogs are having. Highly recommend Molly's. THANK YOU!

We boarded our puppy in August and had a great experience. He was only 5 months old so I was extremely worried about leaving him for a whole week. I originally had him schenduled and another kennel but was getting a bad feeling so at the last minute I called Molly’s. Anne at the desk must have thought I was a nut case when I called because my anxiety was through the roof and I was asking 300 questions but she was nice and patient. The next day after booking his stay we dropped him off and I felt good about it. The place was clean, and well organized. I payed extra for walks which I was fine with. Much to my surprised I received a text on Tuesday with photos of my boy!!! Absolutely loved that!! He seemed well taken care of and I will use them again!Paula R.

My dog loves Molly's! She gets the best care at dayschool and boarding. The training classes-both private and group -have been invaluable! The staff really do treat the pets like family.

They have a very good pet daycare, and training programs. Our dog loves to go there, and have a great time with all his friends. It's made a big difference in how well maintained he is with how he listens, and acts with other people, and dogs. If you're looking for a place like this I would highly recommend them.

I've been bringing my dog here since she was a puppy for occasional daycare and boarding (she's now almost 9 years old). She's always excited to go. The staff at Molly's go above and beyond to make everyone's pet feel welcome and cared for. And there's fun / unique activities every month (costume contests, pool parties, a visit from santa). They even helped me out with an early morning de-skunking bath when my dog got sprayed the night before!

I'm sure this kennel is adequate enough for your average happy-go-lucky dog but avoid like the plague if your dog has any special needs or anxieties. Considering the multiple accreditations and awards displayed on their website, I was sorely disappointed with my experience. I am very understanding, and I have worked in several shelters/kennels and veterinary hospitals over the last 10 years. However if you're too busy or short-staffed to handle the extra business, I would have appreciated being turned away as opposed to how I was treated as a new client. The website says the facility is full of soundproofing both inside and outside but I found the barking to be very loud and apparent from the parking lot. I knew this would make my dog very anxious. The general manager checked me in. She was very short and rude and unwilling to explain how things worked. She shoved a pamphlet at me and said to pick from the menu. I told her I wanted him to have as much attention or extra activity he could handle but if he was too nervous or scared to just wean him in and see how he did. I didn't care about the cost, I just wanted him to be comfortable. Her response was, "Well be doesn't have to sign up for anything then." She did not ask me if my dog had any allergies, and just assumed that they could hide his medications in whatever people food they had on hand. There were 2 children, around 10 years old, running in and out of the back rooms and even behind the counter answering the phone. My dog is almost 70 lbs and I was very uncomfortable with the fact that a small kid could just run through the door and get knocked down, an incident which I would be held liable for according to the forms I signed. I was not reassured that his safety was in their best interest at all. When I asked if the facility had indoor/outdoor access or if my dog would be leash walked, she repeated like a script "it is an indoor-only air conditioned environment." Failing to mention that without specifically asking and paying extra, my dog would not be let outside AT ALL during his 48-hour stay. I found this out only by reading other reviews after already leaving for my trip. Their website says "At Molly’s, 100 percent of our staff treat our canine guests like family 100 percent of the time." Well apparently my pitbull is the black sheep of this family. When I told her the kids and other dogs running around made me very uncomfortable, I was asked if I wanted to take my dog back. Pressed for time and against my better judgement I left him. I was told if I was concerned I could call any time and check in on him. Well I called to upgrade his stay to include potty breaks. I was placed on hold and waited over 20 minutes before the line disconnected. I called back. Same thing. I called again and got voicemail. I left a message and never got a return call. I called when they opened again at 3pm and got left on hold again. I called 7 minutes before they closed for the night feeling absolute panic at the thought of my dog being forced to hold his bladder for 48 hours and possibly getting a UTI. Finally the very condescending woman told me I "declined any me-time activities at check-in." I told her there was miscommunication and I wanted to please pay for my dog to be taken outside. She responded, "What do you want then, two times a day, three times, what?" As if I, as a new client knew what they offered off the top of my head. When my fiance picked him up he looked absolutely panicked, was covered in pee and poop and had his elbows scraped raw. He asked why we weren't called and notified that he wasn't adjusting well. The trainer came out and said the wounds looked fresh so they obviously occured overnight while he wasn't being watched. I also mistakenly assumed that for $76 a night someone would be in the building overnight. My dog obviously panicked being left alone and harmed himself. This is certainly not the kennel's fault, but if I wanted my dog left in a small room alone all day and night to soil himself, I would have left him locked in my home for free.

Molly's is the ONLY kennel I will take our dogs to, any more. As these other writers their opinions, and it sounds like some have encountered some difficult instances/situations. BUT, I say with confidence this is a WONDERFUL facility. I have been bringing my dogs here for 18 years, and would trust them to NO ONE else. All of my dogs are rescues, and all seem to need to need a little "extra" care - more than your average dog. One had aggression issues with other dogs, one has separation anxiety, one doesn't take quickly to men... etc. They have been big dogs and little dogs. Each one was welcomed - with all their idiosyncrasies, their needs, their habits. The Molly's team welcomed them, helped me navigate their individual needs and assured me a confidence that allowed my family to enjoy a guilt-free vacation.I am not saying that they are the cheapest facility. Nor am I saying that they don't get busy at holiday times or prime-travel times. What I am saying is that if your pet is member of your family, and his/her care is really important to you, AND you want to be able to customize your furry-friend's experience, THIS is your place! Our dogs are NEVER in a crate all day. They are boarded together in a run (At OUR request... remember the separation anxiety) as they are a bonded pair. They play with the doggie day care dogs twice a day for fun, activity and exercise, they are given time where they are brushed and rubbed, and given a treat when they go to bed. They are are allowed to swim on hot days and allowed to partake in pizza parties and holiday BBQs. They are not squirreled away for 23+ hours per day.AND I can say this with confidence because I watch their facebook page and I see my dogs happy in the yard and in their activities, and if I have a hesitation, I call and get a prompt email/call back with answers to my questions.Again, this is the ONLY place we take our dogs. I recommend it highly!

My boy Rocky LOOOVES going to Molly's! They treat him so well and he comes home dog tired, just like he should after a day of doggy day care. Also the only place we will take him for vacation. He loves it and there are so many options for interaction.
