I put in an online order and literally not even 5 minutes later it was ready for pickup! Fastest online order I've ever done! They have a fantastic team that does the online orders!

Good shopping experience with online order for pickup. Fast and easy. Placed an online pickup order. I was impressed how quickly they completed my order. Received the text notification that it was ready within one hour.Items were put in the pickup locker located at the entrance. Scanned the barcode from my phone. Easy process.

I went to Lowe's for a lawnmower and found a bunch of selections. I was heading to check out when a gentleman at customer service stopped me about signing up for a Lowe's credit card for a 20% discount. I said no I do not need another credit card and he said that it is not a credit card but a Lowe's only store card. Told me the interest rate was extremely low on the store card. I could also finance any expensive purchases. So I applied.....When I got home and I noticed in my email from Experian that I had a credit score inquiry and of course it was from Lowe's. 2 weeks later I open up an envelope to see I apparently applied for an American Express card.Came back to purchase an appliance and wanted to finance a refrigerator to be told this card does not support finance options.The gentleman at customer service needs to be educated on credit cards. Luckily I have a decent credit score for this inquiry but I can not imagine what he is doing to other people's credit.BUYER BEWARE, by the way 31.33% interest rate is pretty high...

The store is not easy to navigate. Particularly, the plumbing section is not immediately discerning from the front or middle of the store as there is no signage indicating it's 3 aisles (closer to the contractor entrance). In the caulk area there are on G.E. products to select from. Damage lumber is clearly displayed.

Generally speaking a nice, large Lowe with lots of selection. Ample parking. Plenty of staff to help. Check out always seems to back up, but my biggest complaint is Apple pay rarely seems to work. Check out staff even joke about it. Not the biggest issue in world, but why have it if it rarely works and it is kind of irritating to seemingly place little emphasis on fixing something that protects consumer security.

I used lowes’ installation service to install my deck, installation work was good however they did not clean afterwards and this is how they left the underneath of the deck looking. I have not seen any installation work from any installer which was left like that.

Was at the paint department this afternoon. Salesperson Glenn helped me . He custom mixed a quart of paint for me. Glenn was easy to deal with and very professional. It was a good experience.

Worst place ever to buying appliancesI went more than 5 times trying to get my appliances delivered, we buy the appliances like 2 months ago, the company refused to deliver because they are unprofessional and inexperienced, Lowe s don’t want to take responsibility of anything, both of the managers don’t do anything to help us , now we need to move and we don’t have the appliances. We are very disappointed of the manager, they don’t know how to work with this problem, the only way now is return the appliances the manager says , the are the worst of the worst . They left the refrigerator in the first floor for us to the work after we pay for everything including the installation and delivery.

I liked Lowe’s in terms of the choices they have for all household needs. We just moved to a different house so, we needed many things like refrigerators, bathroom accessories, rugs, blinds for the windows, kitchen accessories etc etc. Everything is available. And Alisha the manager is very helpful. Thanks Alisha.

Fine for what they have in stock, but AVOID for appliances. Installation was shoddy, haul-away was 2 days late and I had to call to get it acknowledged, and when I had problems with both units in a $2000 order within the first week, I was first told to call their warehouse in Hamilton, NJ, who then told me that they can do nothing for me after 48 hours, and in a dismissive manner at that. As helpful as the salesman was, I strongly recommend AGAINST using Lowe's for appliances. Price might be a little lower, but customer service is poor.

Much like Lowe's across the country - clean, well-lit and spacious aisles. You pay a bit more than at a Home Depot, but service is better. I keep going to this store and that should speak for itself.

Grabbed a couple nice deals at this location. The store was well stocked and had a lot of items to choose from. Very good selection of tools, tool boxes and accessories. Plenty of lumber on hand to choose from for almost any project you have in mind. Lots of plants and other garden accessories to get your garden off to a good start.

Please give Steve extra kudos. Yesterday I purchased some mulch, I asked before purchasing if someone could load my car they said yes someone is back there. I waited 10 min, I called customer service and was put on hold. Steve was collecting carts and saw my need and went the extra mile to not only find the mulch I purchased but he had to open a new pallet and then load my car. He was very accommodating and I greatly appreciated it.

Lowes suck. Purchased windows and a patio door there in 2016. The door been leaking called lowes a number of times. Now the floor is rotting and black mold all along the back basement wall.

Nothing new or exciting at this location. The normal day to day business.This feedback will be strictly my interaction and attentiveness from staff.I browsed around while my husband was getting lighting wires.The appliance staff assisted me with my inquiries. That’s a great start so far.So far this store has one staff that is doing his job well.Checkout staff was very friendly. Great job there.As for everything else it’s a help yourself store.Location is a pain since it’s close by five points and the traffic light entering there is hectic.Selection is the same.One staff was helpful, all others were busy talking to one another.Cleanliness is good.Overall it’s the same and unfortunately there’s no alternatives besides Home Depot and they’re the same.

New policy sucks: appliance has to be returned within 48 hours. Otherwise required manager approval. The policy was not on the receipt, and I was not told either. Tried to return after 3 days But manager went out. No one else could approve. I had to wait for 40 minutes.

I have never received better customer service in my life. The Pro shop helped me with everything I needed to fix an entire porch on the brink of collapse. They showed me the supplies needed to get the work done safely and efficiently and offered economical solutions for everything. They were patient, informative, and knowledgeable. I was able to complete my project in less than a week. The shipping of the heavier materials was incredibly quick; everything arrived the same week. Cannot recommend them enough.
