The only good thing about this location is if they do tend to get good products. However, the one lady who works there is always nasty and miserable. Never ask her for anything. The one gentleman who works there is a very nice guy. I always see him there. He was ringing people up and he asked Maria for some help she snapped at him “not now!” When she came back to help the other customer with his balloons, she looked at what I had purchased, and proceeded to yell at me instigating that I had opened the boxes and taken stuff out, which I did not do. a customer service is not easy. I have worked numerous customer service. I was not causing a scene or saying anything and she snapped at me like I was a child.I would rate this higher because the one gentleman with the light blonde hair who always works. There is so nice there used to be another assistant manager there who was another middle-age gentleman, and he was nice as well.

This store is now on my list of places never to go to again. Long line at check out and cashier appeared rather in over his head. When one customer couldn't get his pin to work and left he didn't clear his mechandise before ringing the next customer. Then the next lady said no bag please and he bagged her items anyway then accused her of not telling him "no bag". Then when I said I didn't want a bag either he accused me of holding up the line by refusing a bag. He was really rude. Time to ban plastic bags anyway and then it won't be an issue.

The manager just yelled at myself and a bunch of people in line. Our crime was being there ten minutes before close. The cashier was super nice and called for help when the line was long, the manager came storming around the corner and barked at all of us that we "should not come shop ten minutes before close, you're going to have to wait in line, I don't have a damn drawer now". Everyone was appalled. I left without making a purchase. Horrible.

This store used to be great, the shelves were stocked and isles were cleaned. This has not been the case for months now and there is an employee ( Dave) that just walks around giving other employees a hard time.

The cashier was so nice and pleasant. More registers really should be open. Her line was all the way to the end of the store. People shouldn't have to wait in long lines like this. She shouldn't be the only one working while others are just having in the office or interrupting her work.

Went to run a few last minute errands before my wedding so went to this dollar store. Although Heather was the only cashier, she had the most positive and friendly attitude to all the customers in line. Just wanted to say thank you to her for such good customer service despite the holidays and short staffing!

Nice, clean and organized.But the white girl in the register was an absolute b just because I didn't see her register light was off and I was on the line. I offered to move to the next register but she said she can take me. I apologized that I didn't see her register light was off. Still she told me that 'this is the one human thing people don't do, is look up'.

Only giving a bad review because there is one tall bald cashier who is exceedingly creepy and bad at his job. He used to let the lines get long and never rush while having far too long conversations with customers. He must have gotten in trouble at some point recently, cause now he just grunts and you and is EXTREMELY passive aggressive the whole time. I hated coming here when he was working, but it's somehow even worse now. Since he's seemingly here all the time, I'm just going to shop at other local dollar stores.Basically if you see a tall bald guy at the register, leave, because it's going to either be uncomfortable or a line.

Very much short stuff. Very slow. Not the great way to organize. If you have too much time to expend you can stand in the line for 15 minutes and specifically on the weekend.

This place is a joke! The Indian manager is rude and ignorant always with an attitude to everyone. The place is always with a big line and she's just standing there like a statue. It's always a mess. There's no cash registers because nobody lasts there. I wonder why!! Get it together and do your job.

Grand opening was 3 weeks ago. Went about a week ago & was BRUTAL. 17 customers in line, ONE register open. Asked one of the workers on the floor if they could get someone to assist, she said they were coming.The cashier was very nice but sloth-like SLOW in wringing up merchandise. At least 10 customers walked out & another 8 or more came into the store, saw the checkout line & immediately left. After 15 minutes, the managers office door FINALLY opened and someone opened a 2nd register.Absolutely this is on corporate for not staffing the store properly. If you cannot staff the store, do NOT open it until you can.

Great store! Customer service is really good and the store is clean and well organized. They offer a frozen section. They have a very complete merchandise for crafts.

Usually have no problems with this store but today was ridiculous. There were at least 10 people in line before they called for a second cashier. When she finally arrived, I was next in line as the woman ahead of me already had her still on the line, she said I’ll take the next person in line. I went to go to her register only to be blocked by the last 5 people in the original line.

Waited in a very long line of like 10 people that went halfway back to their freezers, then after the cashier helped everyone infront of me she looked at me and said she was closed. And i was told to wait in the next line. I was the last person in her line. Pretty rude in my opinion since id already been in her line for 10 minutes.

The manager and assist manager need to learn customer service. I called to check on a bag I left behind and was treated so ghetto. They both spoke to me with hostility and all I wanted her to do was speak with the cashier when he comes in for work and see if he remembers but they both made it so difficult to get to that part of the conversation. The manager needs to be retrained in customer service!

Now confusing . Walking through the $1.00 store now things are are $1.25 $3.00 $5.00 it's not a five below store it says $1.oo tree you have to double check the price of things.

Good prices. Reasonable quality. Post-it style notes/flags work very well. Permanent markers aren't permanent. Food is variable. Bags and cleaning products work well including scrub pads. Superglue works well. Helpful staff.

I love the dollar tree, who doesn't? Right now having big sale on all left over Christmas stuff. Shelves were alittle bare in some places, like candles. Rest of store brimming over with stock! Check it out!!!

This is a great dollar tree. It's not the biggest one I have ever seen but they really pack a lot into every square foot. The checkout lines are fast and the cashiers are funny. All around great experience.

Okay but on 2 items I was charged twice in the haste to lessen the line at checkout. The store is neat and well stocked. I shall shop there again but will not buy too many items at once

Bad experience this morning. Not with me but with an old lady. She bought some stuffs and bill came around $13.78. The lady at the counter charged her $18.78. There was another lady next in line observed the same and when the old lady came out, she was conveyed about the forgery. I was shocked, first I thought this was a problem with my eyesight, but when the lady confirmed this, I second her and asked the old lady to get in to the store and ask why she was over charged.

Plenty of household items full of entire store like every square foot they use appropriately. Balloon sections need specific person so that no one can waiting for those. Great shopping experience

By far the worst experience I've had. I couldn't shop at all without the staffs looking at me from left to right, & when I went to look thru the phone cases, one of the ladies asked me you need help findin somethin? In full attitude & the Most ignorant tone ever. As I left the store, she went outside to smoke a cigarette & eye balled our car in full disrespect. Smh

Now dollar tree have increased the prices of most of the items from one dollar to 1.25 dollar. But still have a good collection of birthday or party decoration stuff.

The worst part about this place is that I wind up buying a bunch of stuff I didn't really need because it was only a dollar. I don't know how they're still in business with inflation like this, but I certainly appreciate it.
