Subject: Disappointing Experience with CVS Pharmacy Manager "Anna"I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by the former CVS pharmacy manager, Anna O. As a former pharmacy technician who worked closely with Anna for approximately six months, I witnessed firsthand her terrible attitude, negativity, and outright mean behavior towards both customers and staff members. It is imperative that CVS management is made aware of these issues to prevent other customers and employees from enduring similar experiences.During my time at CVS, I was consistently undervalued as a staff member, and my concerns regarding Anna's behavior were routinely dismissed. Despite my efforts to address these issues internally, no meaningful action was taken to address Anna's unprofessional conduct. Instead, I was left feeling marginalized and unsupported by CVS management, exacerbating an already hostile work environment.My interactions with Anna were marked by her disdainful attitude and dismissive demeanor. She appeared disinterested in assisting customers and colleagues alike, demonstrating a blatant disregard for their needs and concerns. Anna's communication skills were severely lacking, and her responses to inquiries were often unhelpful and curt, further exacerbating the frustration experienced by those seeking assistance at the pharmacy.Furthermore, Anna's mean-spirited behavior towards both customers and staff members was deeply troubling. I witnessed her speaking condescendingly to customers and belittling her colleagues, creating a toxic work environment that was detrimental to morale and productivity. Despite numerous complaints from both employees and customers, Anna's behavior remained unchecked, contributing to a culture of fear and intimidation within the workplace.In light of these experiences, I would never recommend going to this CVS for anything, and I strongly believe that immediate action must be taken to address Anna's conduct. It is essential for CVS to uphold its reputation as a reputable establishment by ensuring that all employees adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. I would do anything within my power to see that Anna is held accountable for her actions and ultimately removed from her position as pharmacy manager.

I have been waiting a week for the same script that keeps saying back ordered. They get it in and then don’t fill mine and it goes on back order again. I’m told they don’t order enough. I have been waiting on a steroid inhaler for a WEEK to BREATHE, and it’s just “oh we didn’t order enough” and keep pushing back when my script will be filled. This is ridiculous. Never getting scripts here again. I’ve been a loyal customer for YEARS, now it’s time to switch. This is ridiculous.

We called first and were on hold for 10 mins. I hung up & my husband drove to the store to pick up my Atenolol. Then the CVS pharmacist called me from the Harleysville store on Allentown Rd & 113. That pharmacist was very caring. So I'm giving a mixed review bec of how long I was on hold & bec the other store reached out to me.

Extremely rude pharmacy staff. The guy named frank with the facial peircings is a complete arogant prick, with a lousy attitude. He talks to customers like they are stupid.

I dropped off my prescription and was told I can have it in 10 minutes that was great I was back home and taking my medicine in no time. Thank You

The clinic is no longer walk in. You can only make an appointment to be seen.The people working at the pharmacy are great but the customers always have issues that hold up the line. Plan to spend at least an hour waiting in line no matter when you go to the pharmacy. I am sure you do not get paid enough to deal with some of the customers you do.

The worse store, and customer service, I cringe to even have to deal with the pharmacy. They have lied to me in the past, and I was even harassed by the kid that answered the phone, which necessitated me to have to go there and confront him and the pharmacist with written confirmation, the line at the window is rarely less than 3 cars waiting, and going inside I have already seen the line as long as 10 customers. I have been in retail for over 25 years, and the only way CVS can stay in business is because of a lack of competition.

Do not get your photos printed here! I have had issues in the past at this location. Today they had to reprint photos while I waited because they misplaced the ones they emailed me saying were ready. The large print I have to cut excess white paper off. And they missed one of my photos and I read gave me 4 of someone else's. The employee who helped me was very kind but they do not have systems in place to take care of your photos.

Employee at the register (rare to see one upon entering or exiting or while having issues at self checkout) was great. Had a line pretty much the entire visit, though computer seemed to be less than cooperative, handled the frustration well.There were two employees on their phones hanging out in an aisle that completely disregarded my smile, eye contact, and head node while I passed. The aisle I entered had a box with merchandise on the floor unstocked (mentioned assuming that was probably what their duties were). Walking by again one of duo had left the chat party.However, had NOT yet made her way to the cash register area to help reduce the growing line or her coworker at all, whose demeanor never faltered. Upon the arrival to assist, she was not AT ALL friendly to fellow employee or customers. Generally seemed annoyed by the situation, as once again I was not offered even so much as a hello or eye contact as I was the "next customer at this register" to be 'helped'.She is kinda lucky my mother was with me so I refrained from expressing myself at the complete lack of manners towards coworker and customers alike. Unacceptable. Do better "nametagless".Mena, GREAT JOB!! Handled it all with impeccably. Thank you for your hard work, patience, and manners. And, your makeup looked fantastic! (*sarcastically*) show-off 😉
