I had brought my boyfriend here at 11:25pm for a semi-emergency. We drove to this cvs because it was the only store in the area that was still “open”. Because their website and sign on the building says “open until midnight”. When we got there the door was locked and the cashiers were emptying their registers and ignored him at the door. I get closing 5 minutes early, but not 35 minutes early.

The longest drive-through pharmacy I've ever experienced. Easily a 20 minute wait every time you're picking up a prescription. Recommendation: Find a new location, this one's terrible.

Stay away and fill prescriptions elsewhere. Medications are never ready on time, pharmacy line is always 5+ people with a minimum of 20 minutes of waiting in line, nobody answers the phone, and the drive thru is only occasionally open. I have time sensitive medications that I need filled and have given plenty of notice for. Nobody will answer the phone to help me figure out how to get the medication.

Pharmacy gets a 0, retail gets a 5.We drove 30 minutes for vaccine appointments, even got a text confirmation, but then couldn’t sign in upon arrival. Was then told they didn’t have anyone to give shots and said “they” should have cancelled. Pharmacy just said we had to reschedule.The non pharmacy manager helped us book elsewhere as a walk in which was much appreciated.

This is the absolute worst CVS pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The pharmacist is miserable and has zero customer service skills and all of her techs take after her because of it. Zero leader ship, absolutely terrible.

If it were possible to give a 0 than I would. The pharmacy at this particular CVS is terrible! Constantly not being abke to fulfill prewcriptions and having to call into other stores, excessive wait times which makes no sense when there are more than 3 people working behind the counter. No one ever picks up the phone when you call. There is just always an issue with them anymore. Save your money and sanity and make the drive to a different store/pharmacy!!!!

Some of the pharmacist really need to be trained to not mention the name of a customer's medication out loud. It just isn't a good practice and not fair for the patient. Even if there is are no other customers around it is still incredibly rude to do and can make the customer you are helping really uncomfortable.

Extremely disappointed at this store. My husband and I went to get his prescription and had to wait at least 45 minutes before he got his medication. We were at the valley forge store. Everytime we go to the pharmacy it's at least 20 minutes or more wait. Cause they only have one cashier. They need more help asap.

This CVS is not efficient at all. Medications are never ready on time or the employees can’t find them. The line is always backed up and the workers are lazy. Go somewhere else

Try to avoid this pharmacy as much as you can - they have the slowest staff of all CVS - it’s not about long line - it’s about they just work really slow & has a lazy untrained staff !!!

CVS website and Google say this is supposed to be open until midnight, pulled up at 10pm needing medicine for my baby and they were locking up the store nice and early, pretended not to see us!

After trying to deal with a ridiculously set up voice assistant and being on hold for over 16 minutes, finally gave up.Called Walgreens instead and was helped and off the phone in 5minutes.Thank you for directing me to a pharmacy that wants and is able to help their patients.

No Stars - Customer Service is lacking.- Phone calls are annoying - they are wanting to answer your questions as quick as possible and get off the phone - though they are busy - I guess in person customer takes priorities those who call in.- Although the Dr.'s will send over needed documents for prescriptions, they are not ready until 3 weeks later or moreI guess according to the existing review score, this location has scored poor in the eyes of many.

Can never get thru to call a RX in for a patient. Hold times are ridiculous, pharmacist and staff not the only ones busy. Need to find a solution other than having Doctors hold for 20 plus minutes

I just called in a prescription for a patient. Pharmacist Manager was rude calling me to spell the patients last name. Her tone was wrong and disrespectful from the start of the call! She told me don't give her attitude! And she won't give me any! I called back and she was defending her attitude! Told me that I didn't call in the prescription right! I gave her the patient name date of birth and phone number! There was no reason for the aggressive call! Was trying to be argumentative from start to finish! Didn't say Hi! Just you called in a Prescription. Didn't say who she was. This happened today 4/15/23 at 10:50 am. H didn't state her name on purpose

My first visit to the pharmacy in a long time. What a terrible place. Customers were miserable and the employees looked miserable while being short staffed. I recommend going to a mom and pop pharmacy. Cvs don't care about us.

The store is fine. The pharmacy is awful. I've had a couple good experiences here including getting a flu shot. Overall my experiences have been negative. Just a couple minutes ago they finally answered the phone after TWENTY MINUTES ON HOLD. I driving home and I go past CVS right before my apartment complex on Snyder Road. So I'm still on hold, 19 minutes and counting when I decide to just pull in and go in person since I'm driving by. I literally park, turn my car off, transfer my call to my phone and as I'm about to get out someone answers. No apologies for the wait or inconvenience. I understand we're in a pandemic but it takes 10 seconds to pick up the phone and ask me to hold. Then at least I know someone knows I'm calling and will get back to me. The line takes forever even if it's short. And they constantly hound you if you don't pick up your prescription within like 3 days of getting it filled.

The RX for my son was called in a hour prior to my arrival, I had to wait in line for 26 minutes just for the ignorant girl to tell me it’s not ready, come back in a hour. I went back two hours later and was told that they didn’t have the RX. I had to ask if they could see if another CVS in the area had it. The young lady wearing the hijab was helpful however she appears to be so unhappy, she never once smiled or said anything(hello, goodbye, thank you). If you’re going to have a position working with the public, be polite! The RX was sent to the CVS on Welsh Rd. The young lady at the pharmacy counter was polite and honest. She said the RX would be ready in 15 minutes. Going forward I’ll take the longer drive to Walgreens or Rite Aid.

This store is always opened waaay after open hours and closed before the closing hour. I’ve been coming here for 14yrs. Just over a year ago this store went downhill; The floors are dirty and the boxes of over the counter children meds are mashed up. It’s slowly turning into a pigsty…I gave it a second star because the commute, it’s close.

Terrible service. Tried 3 times to call the pharmacy and waited 15, then 20, then 25 minutes without anyone answering. I had to drive to the pharmacy and wait in line to ask a simple question about a medication that I was without. Never a wait shorter than 20 minutes. Forget the drive thru, no one even comes to the window.

This is the absolute worst minute clinic. Pharmacist and other random employee behind the pretend "sign-in desk" were extremely rude! Someone on the phone told me that walk-ins were welcome at all Minute Clinic locations until 7:30 p.m, but particularly the Lansdale one which was closest to me...so I drove over just to be told that I need to make an appt online and that appts were full for the day. Now it's too late to go to any other CVS because no one is accepting walk-ins. Stay away from this joke of a health clinic!!

I went in because I been sick the last few days and I just wanted to know what was wrong. I knew it wasn’t covid because I took a test before that and it came out negative. Anyway I went to a minute clinic the day before I came to this one and they wouldn’t take me. Said “too full” I made an appointment online to this one because it was the next closest appointment I could get. At first I felt stressed because I logged in and it said I wasn’t in the system. Nicole the NP came out and I showed her the text I got about my appointment. She took me right away and I broke down crying because in general I felt so stressed and sick. She was so so so nice and made me feel so much better. She informed me of what I had and did everything she could to make me feel better and really went out of her way and was understanding of how I was feeling. Next time I feel sick I would definitely come back to see her. I had a great experience.

Online it says your store is open until midnight 7 days a week. It’s a Sunday night at 10:30pm, which means nothing is open. We really needed infant ibuprofen; our baby is sick with the flu and has a high fever. When my husband arrived to your store, the lights were partially on, but the door was locked. Fix your listed hours online and quit advertising on your storefront that you’re open until midnight.

Ordered photo magnets on CVS website. Got the confirmation that it was ready and when I got to the store, employees told me "oh we've been out of those for a while". Excuse me? Wasted trip, time AND gas. Guarantee I won't get compensated for that

I saw Pri Patel last week and she misdiagnosed me with recurring covid. She was very rude and suggested I ask a doctor friend if I wanted an antibiotic. My PCP is now treating me with antibiotics. I will not be coming back. I used the clinic many times before without an issue.

Minute Clinic nurse is rude! We went to get my daughter’s physical for her driver’s license and didn’t know I needed to bring my own form. The nurse was so rude but grabbed a print out for me. My daughter said that when they went back to the room she was talking about me as if my daughter wasn’t in the room. Totally unprofessional! The nurse practitioner, however, was very nice.

Hours are NEVER CORRECT OR UPDATED and they close super early on the weekends without proper notice. Pharmacy has super limited hours that are also never updated and a pain to find with their answering service, and they're always al least a 10+ minute wait for basic cheouts. They need more staffing and to reinstatthwir late night hours for us overnight workers.
