This review is receiving 5-stars because of the associate Diane, and for no other reason. It was refreshing to experience top-notch customer service as I was in dire need for my custom printing to be completed same day.Diane was in the middle of a task, but stopped to inform me of a dilemma in my printing needs. Most associates would have said, “ they’ve exhausted all options,” but not Diane!She took an ample amount of time servicing my needs and entertaining my toddler daughter while assisting me. All the while she attended to, and greeted other customers that were in need with a pleasant smile and personality. She truly “made my day” and went over and above to make sure my needs were met.Thank you Diane! It’s hard to find superb customer service nowadays, and you truly embodied it today and I will be sure to return to this location just because of you. It’s not often someone is happy they spent $100 on a print order, but I believe every dollar was worth the service provided.

The service I received is a four star but overall esthetic and congestion of this location is a three star.I was expecting all CVS has pretty much the same layout and it isn’t. I really had to look at the signs to see where things are.The staff there who helped me really did a great job but unfortunately did not have what I needed.The selection is about the same.Prices are standard.Staff were great for me.Cleanliness is okay.Overall it felt really congested and did not have a good flow.

They don't hire enough people. Pharmacists always look stressed. Impossible to get anyone on the phone, just on hold for literally hours. Lots of mistakes. Today they gave me some medication without looking at the prescription papers I supplied which were different medications and they were about to shred the prescription. This is the worst CVS and all of them are pretty bad. I blame the higher ups not the employees.

Prescription sent over on 2/26 has been on hold for almost two weeks and says to contact the pharmacist for it. Try calling them. Call fails like they turned off the phones. Good stuff.

They lost my prescription for paxlovid, and I will be out of the window to take it now. This pharmacy previously told me to call my doctors to change my 6 month old's prescription to pill form because they didn't carry the liquid form. This pharmacy is dangerous and should not have a license.

Long wait times for my insulin. Employees aren’t very nice at this location. CVS is a monopoly with CVS/Caremark providing my Rx insurance.Had to suffer after a spinal fusion bc they wanted a prior authorization for pain medication. Can you imagine waiting 2 days after back surgery without pain medication? Rite Aid is way better than CVS by far. Unfortunately, I am unable to get 90 day supply discounts there due to CVS/Caremark’s stupid policies, so I still have to get most of my meds at CVS. I changed to 840 Valley Forge Rd. Much better there.

Absolutely terrible customer service and unprofessional! I was told I could pick up my prescription 3 different dates by 3 different staff. When speaking to the first staff said it my prescription pick up date is April 1st, the next staff informs me I can not pick up until April 3rd. I call April 3rd and told I am unable to pick up until April 4th. Once it was time to finally fill my script, I called that morning and was told the medication was there and that they would have it filled in 1 hour. I arrive on time and was told that the prescription is not even there and that I have to wait for it to come in through a shipment. I’m not sure why I was told to come and waste my gas and my time to pick up a a script that’s not even available. When I arrived, they were so rude and unprofessional, I would not want anyone to deal with the level of unprofessionalism that I had to experience.

I've had multiple experiences now with the pharmacy staff at this CVS and they've all been terrible. I don't know what's in the water here, but dang, people, if you hate your job find another one. I've called them to ask a simple question and been berated, I've called to say I understand why a prescription is on hold but I'll take a hit on something and still gotten berated, I've gotten lectured on things...it doesn't matter. I am literally driving more than half an hour to a different CVS (where I used to go) because of the pharmacy customer service. And they had the nerve to tell me it was because of their "high volume" last time! Oh, and let's not forget the almost half hour they "forgot" someone at the drive-thru last week!

I needed to ask the pharmacy if they had any over the counter covid tests as i didnt see any in the store. Bernadette helped me and she was rude as hell. Assumed i had covid because i needed to buy one and i told her it was for my son and he was with me. Im following protocol for school. They want you to test if you have any symptoms at all. She shamed me for bringing him in the store and gave us masks to put on and kept repeating "if you think he has covid..." with more and more rude remarks. I explained to her i dont think he has covid. I think it's a cold but I'm following protocol but she still kept going on and on. She was behind the counter for five whole minutes before even helping us. She was loudly talking about how they were over staffed. If cvs is over staffed in the pharmacy then why am i waiting that long to be helped while she is back there talking? She is by far the loudest, trashiest and rudest pharmacy tech ive ever encountered anywhere in my 40 years of life. She should be working in a bar not a pharmacy.

The most incompetent pharmacy around. Wrong orders, wrong numbers, pills in wrong bottles...you name it they'll mess it up. Notes in the file mean nothing. Doctors orders mean nothing. Promises of when an order are done are usually incorrect so you have to wait 20 minutes. It is literally every time either my mother picks up her pills or I do it for her there is always a problem. Time to clear house here and start fresh.

I'm currently sitting in the pharmacy area waiting for my COVID-19 booster and flu shot. Tried calling as I went to the wrong CVS but never picked up and I showed up in the store to find the phone still ringing with me on the line. I hung up and said I was here for the vaccine and I had an appointment. They said they'd be right with me....that was 15 minutes ago. The woman apologized for the wait and was very nice. Talked me through the shot and side effects.

After I get my medication today, I'm switching everything over to Rite Aid. Today is the first day I have to go without my medication and I'm scared I'm going to have a flare up without it. I called my doctor 2 days in advance to make sure I had it in time and normally I would of. I don't have the medication now because this CVS conveniently lost my insurance information. If they didn't lose the insurance info, they could of done the prior authorization I needed prior to me being out of the medication. I've literally filled medications every single week this month and didn't change insurance so what the hell CVS? No one even bothered to call me to tell me they lost it either. I had to call and ask where my medication was to find out they don't have my insurance information anymore. Let's just hope I don't have a nasty acid flare up today. Thanks CVS!

Edit: I'll bump it up to three stars because she was very friendly.Front store 5 stars. Pharmacy 1 Star. Vaccination appt made, arrived early. The woman giving shots starts 15 minutes late, raking forever per person. And overbooked. Be prepared to be here longer than anticipated. Vaccination sites were more efficient than with hundreds of people than this CVS.

Very worst experience at this Pharmacy location. Very rude staffs. There is no polite in communication and no proper explanation for a long wait. I don't want to even give a single star to this location. I have changed my primary Pharmacy to Rite Aid.

A few good apples but a couple parmacist don't want to listen to what's being asked by me. I was straight and simple. He just have their own point of view about nothing that what I asked for after he got emotional but then when he was on the same page the guy said ok I'll do that for you and immediately hung up. I have my doubts he actually did something. I've been to this pharmacy for over a decade and am known by the pharmacist's who I consider friends, BUT some bad apples shouldn't be allowed to scream at me on the phone or even work at CVS

Craig is the only one in the pharmacy staff that has always been helpful and kind. Almost everyone else I speak with is very rude, impatient, and judgemental. I understand how busy it can get in the pharmacy, and I'm always patient and never speak out of line. I feel like some of the staff talks to me like I'm an idiot when asking questions. Not every customer is out to hassle you guys, so I suggest not jumping the gun and speaking to everyone rudely from the gate.

I wish I could give this location a negative star review. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs, if you value your life. The pharmacist is rude and condescending and behaves as if he's the best thing since sliced bread. Also, this uncouth individual did not even possess and iota of decency to let me know about an urgent matter. What kind of unscrupulous people does CVS hire to make a quick buck?

Ive been going to this pharmacy for years, Ive been on daily medication for 8 months and was on the ready fill program they had. They have to look me up in the system, not scan the bottle which has said zero refills for the past several months. The pharmacy cashier they have now on week nights not only scanned the bottle which obviously showed no refills, refused to look me up in the system despite me explaining to her how ive been rung up for several months this way to be able to have my prescribed daily meds. I wish i could give negative star review, this is just unacceptable for a pharmacy to do.

So I went here to pick up prescriptions... worst experience of my life.1. The speaker system was terrible at the outside prescription drive thru pick up. It was hard for me, aka a young male to hear, I cannot fathom to believe how hard it is for seniors to hear.2. We had to tell the person at the window my father's birthday around 10+ times before he got the month right.This wasted my time. Get better equipment and hire people that actually have ears.

She was beyong helpful with our couponing. Long story short, I appreciate her energy! Great job! Keep being you.

Worst pharmacy in the area. Not the front/cashier staff, but the actual pharmacy staff are completely lacking of knowledge on drugs, have zero customer service, and are simply obnoxious and rude. Few of the druggists speak English well at all, they do not discuss prescription or drug interactions, and cannot understand basic names. I have been given the incorrect prescription twice... once was someone else’s. A phone call today resulted in the on-duty pharmacist verbally abusing and yelling at a customer on the phone. Will never return to this pharmacy... prescriptions are too important to rely on these people.

Went in for a flu shot, waited 30 mins, even though there was only a family of 2 people ahead of me. The representative at the desk was extremely short & barely made eye contact. Didn’t say a word of where I should stand and wait, just walked away & then screamed my name out that I was next. Worst of all- after the flu shots were administered to the people ahead of me. The guy didn’t wipe the chair down, & didn’t change his gloves. In the world we are living in right now, He should’ve changed his gloves at least. Especially for a pharmacy! Common sense! Will not be back. Totally unprofessional & not sanitary for what’s going on with COVID!

Today I expend almost 100 dollars, I think is a good business for CVS, I found everything that I was looking, but the cashier a young black lady wasn't friendly and she looks miserable. It is hard to smile and say have a good day? Maybe she needs motivation or move to other job. It is not nice to find people like her.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a pharmacy. Pharmacy staff will treat you horribly over the phone. Was put on hold by two different technicians only for them to have an attitude. Seems like the staff here is miserable at their job and take it out on the patients. Save yourself the trouble and go to a pharmacy that has staff who cares. Wish I could give a no star rating.

How nice it is to have self check out at the new Cvs. Although I did not see the sign above the one self checkout register that said “no cash.” There were three girls at the main register I asked very kindly and politely “ i’m so sorry I did not see the sign that says no cash, can I transfer my 4 items to the other register at the self check out that does except cash” she was so sweet and said “no problem!” The other woman that was at the main register decided to make me feel like a fool and said “How did you not see that? It’s a big red sign that says NO CASH, I don’t get it” I said to the lady that was helping me “Well that was very rude!” As she did try to come over and say you’re not the only one that does this she decided not say sorry or apologize for reacting the way she did. I don’t understand.. you are an employee at CVS who is suppose to be helping customers right? Who knows what’s happening and people‘s personal lives one little remark like that can really make someone upset, as I always say “just be kind” aside from this recent incident I have to say everyone at CVS has always been so extremely helpful and nice!

The worst CVS around!Don't bother trying to pick up medication you have been on for years. Either it's still not filled, your insurance is invalid, or they don't have your script AT ALL. My Dr sent the same script 3 times and still no one had it. I will NEVER go here again. Incompetent to say the least.

Never a positive experience with the pharmacy department. Prescriptions always wrong or incomplete. Medications are too important to leave to this group of seemingly inattentive or downright incompetent personnel.

Pharmacy staff are hit and miss - some ok some are bad though.The cashier Anne has the BEST attitude! Always super friendly and positive.
