I've been here several times and I'll plan to return again next time I'm in the area.Positives:+ Things just feel new. From the furniture to the carpets to the bathroom tiles, stuff just feels like it's either well-maintained or recently installed. It helps make the rooms feel sparkling clean.+ The staff is pleasant.+ There's plenty of parking. Also, it snowed while I was there and the lot was shoveled/plowed very promptly.+ The gym/fitness center is great. There's plenty of equipment, all in good shape. There's a ton of light which makes it pleasant to be in. And there's enough space for multiple guests to use without feeling too close.Negatives:- The bathroom has only a passive vent, not a real fan to remove humidity or smells.- There wasn't great sound insulation between rooms, so we did hear our neighbors at times.

Rooms are nice and clean, the location is in the nowhere but for visiting my relations it is well positioned. The employees are friendly. But at my last stay something curious happend: I checked out and got 3 bills: one at 9:50, next at 16:28 and the last at 23:29. On the last they added a bottle of water on the bill for 6 $ i never ever drunk (as a principle I never drink lame hotel water). And for the smart guys: I didn't phone, because now I am in switzerland and the call will cost me more than the water bill... ;-)

Very nice hotel on a main drag and near the highway. Room was very spacious, king bed was great had a great sleep. The couch was a nice touch. The only knock was I came early for a Cancer golf tournament and just wanted to get my room number. Not to go to the just get the check I done and heading to he course. The young guy at the desk tells me it's $30 for early check in. I told him I didn't need room access just wanted to have my key for later that night. So I passed on early check in and had 2 bloody Marys and saved 10 bucks.. lolRooms: I stayed in the room with King bed and sofa and it had a table for four. Bed was super comfortable.. the shower was a walk in and the shower head was high up enough that my 6'3" frame didn't have to bend or duck to shower.. very nice surprise having a good size walk in shower. Room is very spacious and good size TV. I will be back for the room alone.Nearby activities: Hotel is on a main drag. Starbucks right next to hotel parking lot. Margarita ville just a short hop down the streetFood & drinks: Hotel bar was very busy after our golf outing for bladder cancer awareness. We had an easy 9 folks at the bar. Bartend was good fast (little messy with drinks ) but good night after a semi rainy day on the course. Food service at the bar some stuff looked real good. No room service but you can get food To go from the bar. So not bad at all

Booked a reservation for one night, was extremely excited to see what this establishment would present. Initially walking in to the lobby I was impressed with the beautiful design, the sense of elegance, and the sheer beauty of the decor. I was greeted with a big smile by a young woman who was extremely welcoming and friendly. She was very attentive to my questions and my concerns. After checking in I checked out the room and the room was pristine, cleaned like I’ve never seen before. However I was disappointed that there was no complimentary bottle of water, just ice bucket, three wrapped coffee bags, and some condiments. I ended up extending my trip one night and was a simple, straight forward process. The second night, my shoulder which had an operation years ago started to hurt which only happened on bad mattresses. There are definitely some things that this place canImprove on to make their hotel a bit more attractive. Other wise mostly good experience.

I had the best stay here! I had a top floor (6th floor) corner room. It was spacious and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom looked new. Coffee maker, make up mirror, and a high-powered hair dryer... things made it feel like getting ready in my own home. Really kind people at the front desk who were welcoming and efficient. I can't think of a thing that would have made it even better. Will definitely stay here on my next trips to the area!

Pros- Staff are friendly and the service are great. Rooms are spacious. 24 hour gym is quite convenient if you don’t feel like driving but they do have other gyms around town about 5-10 drive. It’s close restaurants, convenience stores and gas stations.Cons- During my stay elevators were broken. Limited breakfast menu. In house restaurant is on the pricey side but that’s to be expected.

We all know how important that First impression is and so does the Courtyard Philadelphia in Lansdale, PA. The moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with a wonderful hello and welcome to the Courtyard by Nicole. Being greeted like that means a lot to busy travelers and I was very grateful for it. Nicole asked if I was here for business or vacation, so I explained that I was speaking at a sales training event during the next two days.When I returned to the hotel after my all-day training session, Nicole asked how the presentation went. Notice, not how was your day. She remembered exactly what I told her the day before and specifically asked about the training success. There are two reasons she impressed me. One, she listened to my reply and paid attention to it. Two, she asked specifically how the training went. That really stood out as going above and beyond.I've stayed in hotels more than 2,000 nights and this is one of the hotels I'll rave about. The service is exceptional, the property is clean and bright, the food is delicious and the rooms are what you'd expect at a Marriott property. Clean and fresh. I encourage you to stay here the next time you're in the Lansdale PA area.- Neil

The rooms were great, the staff not so much. No room service available, so I was made to get my own food from the restaurant. They forgot to pack some sides, and when I requested to send it up to my room. The woman at the restaurant rudely said no you’ll have to come down. Why on earth did I tip you then? To yell at me and not pack up my food properly. Horrible horrible service. I’ve lived in Marriott’s across the world and never had such horrible service.

Great restaurant options, including the Porch within the facilityFood & drinks: The Porch restaurant on premises is very nice but there are many nearby options too. Great location.

WASPS!! We stayed in a room on the 5th floor and right after checking in I found a wasp in one of our rooms. When I found it, I killed it with a pillow and thought it was a one time thing. The next morning, we were once again blessed by another wasp! I have multiple children that have a wide range of allergies and this was a serious concern. After voicing our concerns, we were given a room on the other side of the 5th floor. We had to move all of our stuff for both rooms down to the other end of the hall (me my wife and 7 children) and were offered no assistance in doing so. Once we finally got to the "new" room, 10 minutes in we found TWO MORE wasps that came out from the curtain and were crawling on the window on the inside. This is a serious concern and needs to be taken seriously. The person at the front desk suggested that I may have to pay a fee to cancel our room for the 2nd night it was booked but luckily they refunded it... partially.. for less that we paid. Not really sure whats going on here, but why would there even be a question about me paying a fee for cancelling over safety concerns. They were far from making it right and my faith in Mariott has certainly been diminished as a result.Safety: WASPS in our rooms!

Lovely, clean beautiful hotel.My family and I had the opportunity to stay at the Marriott Courtyard Landsdale several times over the course of a month and we are so grateful that we did. This hotel is top-notch, very clean guest rooms and facilities, great food at the restaurant and stellar staff like Mary, Minelle, Nicole, Violet, Meredith and Daniel. Although, special kudos should be given to Minelle and Nicole for going over and beyond by making our stay extremely memorable.Our daughter lost her pool toy (yellow duck) and after explaining the situation to Minelle and Nicole they took it upon themselves to purchase and leave a bigger duck, and the sweetest note from the duck to our daughter, whom absolutely LOVED the toy, and note. The attention to detail the staff possesses is UNMATCHED!I would give this hotel a 10/10. However, the only drawback to staying at this hotel is that the leadership does not seem to possess the same qualities of the staff. Usually, attitude reflects leadership, however, in this case, it is the staff, who sets the pendulum in how guests are treated. Management beginning from the GM down could definitely learn lessons from their staff on how guests are to be treated.

I'll change this when I return and see if they made any changes. I took my 2 sons to this pool But the pool area is a C+ area.. but when you began to actually look around the pool areas like the wall and windows.. you would notice that it doesn't get cleaned.. spiders in some corning ants walking around. And some corners have dead bugs a live bugs as if this place don't get touched as often or cleaned like it should.. it's makes the parent or parents feel like they have to watch all around because a bug can come any moment.. something you should not want in a closed pool zone.. then fter spending days there I left a box of things by a mistake.. I called back early the next day, the and my stuff never got return to the lost and found. Which means the room cleaners are stealing period..

Terrible experience. Do not stay at this hotel. Adjacent room and ignorant guests smoked all night. My room and clothes smell of stale cigarette smoke. Notified the front desk twice and they did nothing. They are afraid to address low life guests that do not follow the rules and regulations. I am Lifetime Platinum with Marriott and will be notifying corporate Marriott. I want my points back that I used for this horrible stay. I would give negative stars if possible.

We tried the Porch bar and grille at the Marriott.Four star for our service Tyisha bartending. She was wonderful but three stars for the pricing.My husband wanted to try somewhere new.The “Today’s Special “ was so nice, short and looked absolutely delicious.The main menu was simple and appeared also short and sweet.Our service with Tyisha was great. She was very attentive and sociable - love it!!Service was very quick but we also just ordered a simple salad and cocktail.Pricing though is a bit outrageous. My husband and I ordered a salad, two beers, two martinis and our bill was $72. Not feeling the love here.The location is at the Marriott so it was empty for parking spaces and seating. Woo hoo!!!!Staff was super friendly as soon as we stepped into the hotel.Service was excellent.Seating is limited during big events. I’m not sure there is outdoor seating since we are here in February.Ambiance is nice and relaxing for a relax meal or drink.Cleanliness is at par.Overall…it’s a place to consider if you want to try something new.

When I came here, we went straight to our room for a very long sleep because we had been on a 14-hour flight to America. Generally, the hotel was above average on quality and had a pool, small gym and mini starbucks. They also provided apple computers around the lounge area of the reception. Overall, the hotel gave off a good vibe, except for one night when we heard music from down below that raged on till 7 am.

Highly recommended. Clean room and extremely comfortable beds. Stayed with my wife and 2 kids and didn't feel on top of each other. Family enjoyed the food from the Porch and the service was excellent. Thank you Shirley 😊. Great place to relax and recharge. A couple things to improve. 📺 in room kept on going out and no signal. Changed remotes but same result. Mobile key access was none existence 😪. Overall, 4 out 5 for me! Thank you to Josh and all the staff for making our long weekend getaway stress free! 😃😃👍👍

Service with a Smile & Compassion... YES, there is Hospitality amidst the societal struggles of recent times, and it's found within two incredible associates at the front desk! It was an absolute pleasure being greeted by Manuela at check-in as she made me feel like a long lost friend reunited and though we'd never missed a beat... and upon returning to the hotel after our business affairs for the evening Rameisha continued the gracious hospitality with a warm welcome and brilliant conversation! Well Done ladies.. a true testament to "Being the Exception!"

Great Hotel but not family friendly at all. Hotel is very modern and clean and the staff was excellent. Downfall for us is there was no options for our family of 5, we ended up bringing an air mattress with us (I'm sure this is due to local fire codes ). Hotel description is a bit deceiving as far as breakfast, no hot breakfast is included, I ended up having to purchase a bottle of juice and a slice of banana bread at the Bistro for $10 which is over priced in my opinion. Refrigerator in room was tiny and couldn't really fit much. Would not stay again due to lack of breakfast and room for my family, hotel seem more geared toward business travelers.

Very comfortable room, but no "hot breakfast included"...aargh!Our closet/hanging area was virtually nonexistent, but the room itself was pretty spacious. King size bed was very comfortable. Could use more pillows since the headboard is not padded. Staff was helpful and welcoming, so good marks there too.
