I ordered a designer's choice arrangement with the sole guidelines that it be colorful and safe for a home with a cat. Otherwise I left it in the hands of the designer. The arrangement my great-aunt received for her birthday was gorgeous, beautifully assembled, and pet-safe, with a very wide array of lovely blooms. A minor address mistake on my part was handled promptly and cheerfully by the staff. Will definitely order from this shop again.

Chantilly’s flowers never disappoint and they look fresh for many days. I had these pieces created for a memorial service and asked them to combine common PA flowers with tropical ones as well. They stuck to our color palette and nailed the arrangement.

Chantilly Floral Boutique is a wonderful business! Charles and Marie are truly artists. They are knowledgeable and very accommodating. The provided flowers for my mother's memorial service and it was a seamless process. The flower arrangements were gorgeous. I would highly recommend this florist for any upcoming occasions you may have.

I got in at 4:54 to order a bouquet of roses for Valentines Day. The shop closes at 5. They couldn’t have been nicer, the the bouquet was beautiful. Great service. I’ll be back.

Against my usual rating system, I'm still giving them 5 stars. If you have a short attention span skip my review.When I called, the lady that picked up was with a genuine polite and joyful tone of voice. She checked and if they had what I wanted and made it work. I asked how much it would be, got the price and she said she will throw in some other stuff to spice/jazz it up.***She graciously said she would hold them for me until today, which she did. When I went in I was promptly greeted amd asked how I could be helped. So far, very impressed (same person?). Friendly service all around. Within a few seconds she had my order ready and was ringing me out.This is where the asterisk's (***) come in. I was told the different price, and when I asked why it was more, it was for the extra stuff added. So herein lies my only complaint but at the same time as mentioned I'm not docking stars. If you say "throw in some extra" aftet giving a price and not saying it will increase, throwing in implies free.She did offer to remove it to bring the price to the original but I politely declined because the service was otherwise top-notch. We chatted a tiny bit about the care of the flowers and she maintained a professional and polite tone and personality.So this review is a lot longer than my usual ones but for good reason. The excellence provided outweighed the one issue I had so a full 5 Stars is still deserved.

I just found this amazing boutique. Such a great selection of clothing and jewelry. I bought flowers for my mom. After a week went by the flowers still looked wonderful!!!! The ladies there were so help in showing me how to take care of them so they last longer. I cant wait to go back to buy a new outfit! This is my new go to place

Very disappointed in the recent business interactions with this company. Let me start by saying, in the past I have rated them 4+ stars. Flowers lasted weeks and for the value at which they were bought, you could not beat it. With the latest incident, I call to order Valentine flowers. I ask, due to COVID/2020 in general, if anything is different from what they had last year, price, the extra card you get for another 'free' dozen in March, dates and times you can pick up...... "No, sir everything is the same, still $70 for long stem in a box...." I go to pick up the flowers and the girl brings out the box, opens them and states they are beautiful. I point one of them out that is a bit wilted on the outside or just a bit rough looking. She states, "once you get home and get them in water, that one will perk right up." May I add in here that each rose is in a small travel container of water so I ask that it please be replaced since I don't want to hope it perks up which the girl replaces without issue. I ask if the extra card for next months dozen is in there and she states, "sorry but we are not doing that promotion this year." I explain that I was told when ordering weeks ago that nothing changed and when I asked they did not state this promotion was not happening. I asked if the price was wrong from what I was told and she said, "nope" still $69.99 or right around there which comes to 72 after tax etc. Not wanting to be out of getting flowers I get my wife each year and being THAT guy to address it further when I know there is no recourse for others mistakes when ordering, I bought them. I stopped at a fresh produce and flower store on the way back to see if I an get a small bouquet for my daughter and luckily they had a few regular sized roses. I paid less than $17 and they had tighter buds than the ones I received. The boxed dozen I got were nice but after buying from them for years every Valentine's Day, I can 100% say they have lost some of their quality. I feel the removal of a promotion without making it clearly known was a cheap shot to regular customers. Instead they kept prices the same and gave less quality roses to make up for lost profits that many businesses suffered in 2020. I get it. Instead I would have lowered the price some and said boldly in every order that the 2nd dozen promotion is not happening this year. Now I question if I even want to buy from them again next year.

Last minute flower delivery request for my mother's birthday. Customer service was very friendly, polite, and understanding of my needs. They were able to fulfill the order and have it delivered within 2 hours. My mother was very happy and I will be using this flower shop again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Prompt service. Very satisfied with my purchases. Quality cut blossoms. Pricing isn't high for a florist. I still prefer to go on a walk to pick my own, but that's not always an option; when it's not, Chantilly Floral Boutique is there for me

My son boutght me and my daughter Mothers day flowers for $ 180.00. Both of the arrangements looked pathetic in two days. I tried to get my sons money back but the owner said no that they would replace the arrangements. So they took out the dead flowers and replaced them with substandard flowers. What a great way to do business and keep customers.

We just moved in the area. My fiance's mom past away. Got an amazing deal on flowers.Plus all sorts of great merchandise. Clothes, perfumes ("inis") my fav.Jewelry ect..I got flower arrangements, scarf, Inis perfume and really cutie patootie socks. And the lady working was absolutely charming. Chantilly will be my only floral boutique. Plus going Christmas shopping there too.And you support small business also..

I got all of my wedding flowers from this place. They were amazing and provided me with anything that I asked for! The quality of the flowers were perfect- and the service was excellent. I can't recommend a better flower shop- The prices were very reasonable as well!!

I liked this place ! I actually found a new favorite perfume there...after years if only wearing Lt.blue from dulce gabanna. And the new perfume i got there is ALOT more affordable. 😀 I also ordered 2 other things from there that had flowers on them,it was done almost instantly ! And they were beautiful...the staff is very nice as well. 😀 i recommend going to this wonderful shop.theres ALOT of other merchandise in the shop as well, flowers, clothes, bath and body products, beautiful clothing, jewely...and more. Go check it out. Im so glad i did 💞💕💞

Wont be going back, spent way to much and it really wasn't that nice. Really really disappointed with what I got. Actually ended up only using the Boutonnier and not the Corsauge that went in the trash and was replaced by a 100% nicer one from some where else.

Way too expensive, and the flowers looked pathetic. After 1 day, they started to wilt so I took them back (they have a 48 hr exchange) and they substituted them for a bunch of cheap flowers that I didn't like.
