I like this Big Lots .Reminds me a little of 'Kings' that used to be in this building, years back.I usually always find good prices for what I need.Bought 3 Door draft protectors for $3.89 each and they do work well.My Sister in law also bought a nice grey chair for my Mother and she really likes it and says it's very comfortable.The Employees are helpful here too.

Been going here for decades and had a woman behind the counter blame me for following her directions at check-out. She was otherwise pleasant previous days but I did not appreciate at all* being blamed for someone else's misdirection.

Where do I start man this place has completely gone down hill from when they first opened .This place this particular store is an absolute mess there is trash all over the floor the shelves are in total disarray. Stuff in on the shelves where it doesn't belong there are skids and boxes all over the isle ways.And this is almost always like this its not a one off thing here.I posted a couple pictures and one short video and to be completely honest they don't do it any justice on how much a mess this place is.The cashier was very polite and a nice women.

Went in for a recliner and walked out with one! The employee helped us bring it to our car. Took it out the box so it would fit. Awesome customer service

I was just there two days before xmas.It was unorganized, dirty and shelves were bare!! .What is going on ?? I saw one person trying to unpack boxes and stock the shelves but four people up front standing around and only one at check out .This store use to be great for a quick stop to pick up great deals .It has changed and a huge disappointment!

This store is small for a department store. But does sell a wide variety of product, good prices. The seasonal section is best. It's also a good place to find items that are found online only, like radio cd player.It's becoming a little cluttered with the added displays and boxes of items that need to be displayed. Making it uninviting.Overall worth exploring!

Sign says 75 %off Easter candy. When checking out it rang up full price, manager comes over and says that the candy is not on clearance anymore.

Ronnie did quite a few price checks for me, and was very pleasant while doing so. Pool stuff was supposed to be 90% off, but it was very inconsistent, so I had a lot of price checks! Ronnie maintained his good demeanor through it all!

Worst customer service ever. We purchased in store and online. We were advised our in store order would be labeled and ready when we came back with a truck. We arrived at the store only to wait 1.5 hours to be dismissed and disregarded, until we insisted they finally bring our order. The online order was never provided after a 2 hour wait. Not only was this an inconvenience but a costly problem since we paid someone to pick up our items.To add injury to insult the sales associate dropped one of our boxes but insisted it was fine. Well it's not she broke parts of our headboard.

The selection was good. Went in to buy some things for our bathroom, but saw some nice furniture for decent prices. Prices are good at the moment, but who knows with how things are going. Cleaning supplies didn't have as much selection. All in all, would recommend if you know what you're looking for.

Lots of great stuff. Had to self discipline a lot. Didn't work so well $82 later 🤫 customer service excellent. 1 issue. Bought can of cashews with exp date of 4/14/23 and they were stale. Saved receipt and will have to return.

If you remember the former Big Lots (think back a year or more) and were a little disappointed with quality, layout, or cleanliness, give this store another look. It has been totally refreshed with an expanded furniture and decor section along with all the seasonal items you've come to expect at Big Lots. I was pleasantly surprised ... and we walked out with a great quality, very reasonable mattress! (Thanks again Adam ... you and the team were very helpful!) This isn't your "get everything here" store, but for the right items, they are a great store. Check them out!

Went there bought sofas last year. I went a week ago and they have amazing prices better than Walmart for gifts and the home. Great service too.

Happened to show up on the Friends and Family day where everything was an additional 20% off. Their normal prices are pretty decent, but with the sale it was even better. They carry a variety of store brand and name brand products. I would say the store seems smaller than other Big Lots and could be cleaner.

I love the deals that you can find at Big Lots! The only issue i have is either how unorganized and messy the shelves are EVERYTIME I go there! I know the store is busy and the employees have alot to do but I feel as if none of the employees would take the time to fix it even if they could!

DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FOR DELIVERY! Wish I could give zero. Essentially I ordered furniture for same-day delivery online. The order was placed on a Tuesday and the site blocked off delivery until a Thursday. Weird but that's fine, took off time from work as it stated a delivery window of 9AM to 9PM. I received email confirmations from Big Lots the furniture was ready for delivery and I should hear from a 3rd party delivery service. Come the Thursday for delivery. I heard nothing so I call the store. Told I need to contact the 3rd party delivery, but I have not received a name, a phone number or email so there is no possible way to reach out. They then transfer me to who I assume is in the furniture dept. Representative states the same thing but again I do not have contact information at all so how do I reach out. I asked the representative if they can provide the contact information. Turns out Big Lots has no idea. They could not provide a phone number or email. Only a name. The representative attempted to find a phone number or any contact information but could not. Do Not buy furniture for delivery. Only for pick up.

Spent 45 minutes waiting and dealing with 3 employees since Big Lots did not want to honor their own gift card. Was until the end when the manager showed up to honor the gift card I had and that the only employee with common sense (Antonio) verified for me. Even another customer got involved. Do NOT get gift cards from this place. It was not about the amount but the principal of honoring their gift cards!

Clean store employeesare HELPFUL when asked where SOMETHING IS THEY HELP YOU.I SPEND ALOT OF MONEY IN THEREREASON BEING....THEY STAND BEHIND THERE GOODS I HAVE ONLY 2 COMPLAINTS....1) ALOT OF ITEMS DOES NOT A PRICE ON THEM.🤔 2) 40 LB'S OF CAT LITTER IS ALWAY ON A SHELF THAT IS HARD TO REACH AND SOOOOO HEAVY TO TRY AND PICK UP 40 LBS THOSE ARE 2 BIG CONCERNS.HOWEVER I LOVE GOING THERE.
