Rather than replace an older yet well-made carpet, we decided to get it cleaned. My in-laws raved about A1 Sparkles, so we made an appointment. Our technician Nick called before he was on his way, and he was so pleasant and professional. It took THREE attempts, but he did an excellent job removing the dark stains from dirty shoes, grease, spilled drinks, etc. We appreciate his care in cleaning up as well. We first noticed a problem with 'indoor air quality' when children and their families visited over the holidays. Shortly after their arrival and throughout their stay, they started sneezing and experiencing itchy eyes, among other discomforts. Although we elders living here oddly are immune to this discomfort, dust usually collects quickly on furniture surfaces despite constant dusting. We decided to have a company perform 'air duct cleaning' and tried using high-quality air filters, but we saw little improvement. Fortunately, we learned about A1 Sparkles Air Duct Cleaning and promptly made an appointment. Nickolas and Louis arrived fully equipped. They spent more than three hours going through the air registers in each room, cleaning HVAC trunks, and recommended installing a UV lamp in the air duct cleaner (which we agreed to). They were courteous, cheerful, efficient, and patiently answered our questions. Two weeks later, the previously annoying dust layers have visibly disappeared. What a relief!Nick also mentioned A1's house cleaning service. A few days ago, Aleyda and a coworker arrived for a thorough, deep house cleaning. They were pleasant and worked efficiently, meticulously tending to oversized items and tiny corners, leaving the entire house sparkling. They did an excellent job indeed! We are delighted to have found A1 Sparkles, a professional cleaning service we can trust and rely on, and we highly recommend it.

I like A1 Sparkles service. The service tech, Miguel came in a timely manner, and he did a very thorough job of cleaning my carpet. He is pleasant and was diligent in his work. The reason for 4 out of 5 stars, is that some stains still remain on my carpet, though overall it's much better. I think because I've had the carpet for 25 years, some stains have been there a while. Still, I hoped the more professional products and tools would remove them all. I don't blame the tech, Miguel. I think he did a good job. Just some deep embedded stains at this point. A1 Sparkles Cleaning was very informative and helpful with my house cleaning options and questions when making the appointments. When there was an unexpected storm, I was informed the day before that it might be delayed. Then on the day of the storm, I was informed early on that they weren't able to come but I will be able to reschedule as soon as possible. I was very happy with being kept in the loop about the issues. The house cleaning and air duct team made sure that I was happy with the services before paying. I was informed right away if there were any extra costs beyond the quote they had given me and I really appreciate it.

A1 cleaned my dryer vent from the dryer to the roof to help prevent vent fire and they attempted to install a exhaust vent cover for my heater/ac to prevent birds from nesting inside. Everything went well except my gutter drain was to close to my exhaust vent to install the vent cover however,they returned promptly the next day and installed a screen in my vent to keep the birds out....This is a A+ company,I even tipped both days and I never tip,sad but true.

since having my ducts clean have been sick with headaches sinus pain and sore throat and neck pain when ac and heater run I am thinking this might be deliberate since I complained about the lateness I called to talk to someone about the problem I was having with odors and physical problems talked to receptionist was told someone would call but never did call back .

An inpatient and derogatory employer. Convinced me to leave my current employer then was rude to me as I trained. Single minded on making money at the expense of treating people right. The owners objective is personal gain. Not people or satisfying thier needs and how to treat them right. Not good business. Beware. Don't get burned. This owner does not care about you. Just himself. Also he is divorcing his wife. Part owner of the company and talks about dating. Messy drama. I didn't need that and I wasn't even a customer.
