The staff at VCA is a god send. From the front desk workers that greet your pets by their names, the vet techs that show so much care and knowledge for your animals, to the vets that help determine what’s going on with your fur baby.My family has been going to VCA for years now and we have never had a negative experience. I have two fur babies of my own now, and they have helped me so much. Recently my puppy became very ill due to a boutique dog food that labeled itself as fresh. It of course was the last thing anyone should give their dogs, but at the time I thought I was doing a good thing. Dr. Urbaniak and her team was amazing in helping my little Maggie. She was put on a gi diet and has been thriving since. Maggie was recently spayed with a hernia removal as well and her incision is healing beautifully.Both of my dogs love going to the vet, especially my three year old Gracie. They get so much love and attention. They listen to your concerns and help you determine what is best for your dog. In all honesty, if I could give more than five stars, I would.

Having been to a handful of Veterinary Clinics in the past, I grew quite weary of constantly being upsold on unnecessary products and overcharged for services. My experience with VCA Langhorne has thankfully been the complete opposite. The entire staff are incredibly kind, Dr’s Urbaniak and Petlakh have taken their time with me and my dog and have equally been kind, informative and charged quite fairly in comparison with other providers. I would highly recommend this location to everyone and they will remain my go-to Vet Clinic. The app is also very helpful, user friendly and easy to navigate.

We love our Vet! Got our Pumpkin from the SPCA! Spent quite a few visits at VCA for kennel cough, multiple UTIs and recently surgery to remove bladder stones! I have loved each of the 3 vet’s that we have seen and the vet tech Rihanna is incredible! I truly feel like the care and love on my dog!

Our Aussie puppy has been taken great care of by the entire team at VCA! Dr. Otto, Lexie, Rihanna, Julia, Allison, and everyone have been so welcoming and caring. From being attentive to her fractured paw to her cold to vaccines, the first 6 months of her life’s health have been managed well thanks to the staff, techs, and doctors. Thanks all!

Our pets have been VCA patients since 2002 (3 dogs during this time) and I cannot recommend them highly enough. In all those years I have not met one vet or staff person that hasn’t been professional, knowledgeable, friendly and caring. The vets, especially Dr. Urbanik, are outstanding. They truly care for pets and their pet parents. Excellent care and really nice humans!

After moving here three years ago and having tried two other veterinarians nearby, we feel we've finally found ours. After years of misdiagnosis, we believe we're onto a treatment plan.Every staff member we interacted with were great. Very friendly place, staff are great not only to us humans but our animals. Very caring for our dogs, and have great hours for those who can't make it during the day due to work schedules.We belonged to a previous vet for years and things changed unfortunately during the covid year as well as our long time vet retiring after many many years of amazing care for our animals. It was hard to find another vet for a while that was honest, up front, caring and educated. And then we found VCA DELAWARE VALLEY ANIMAL!Close to our new home as well, and our family and friends go here as well. They can all say the same about this place. We are glad to be a part of this vet now for the continued care for our dogs.Thank you VCA DELAWARE VALLEY for being great people to our community.

Great Vet! I started taken my pup here from a referral and glad I did. They helped us set up a plan for my puppy that we could afford. Everyone is very nice and willing to help any way they can. I had to get ahold of someone after hours and it couldn't have been easier or more helpful. I was able to message them on thier app in the middle of the night instead of running my boy to an er vet. Very clean and spacious office. Thank you soo much!

The first time I came here was amazing. However the second time I came was awful. This time I got a different dr , viktoria.. she was an hour late. She didn’t acknowledge that at all , she didn’t even introduce herself. I would ask her questions and she would answer back to me like I’m stupid. I asked her if she can check their paws & nails for infections.. things like that. She didn’t even look at the paws. She just started cutting their nails, which I did not ask for. My cat was scared/squirming around while she’s doing it, she didn’t try to calm him down or anything she just kept going.. she was very rough. I was very very uncomfortable with her.

Brought my Guinea pig here for an eye problem, the doctor came in and didn’t try to clean it out and just told me it had to be removed for over 1000 dollars at a different vet, she gave me some pain meds and an antibiotic but nothing else. Went to Petco after and got eye wash and eye gel that cleared it up within a week, my Guinea pig now is fine still with both her eyes

Highly recommended! The entire staff is amazing and they were able to see my cat same day on a Saturday which saved his life. They even called around to emergency vets for me to see who could take him in the soonest. The veterinarian was very knowledgeable and quick in finding out what was wrong with him. Thanks so much!

If you're a first time pet owner and want the best care for your furry friend, this is definitely the place to go! I had the best experience today, the staff was amazing, the veterinarian was patient and very informative, and after my visit my kitten was given a goodie bag! I loved everything about this place, and will be my only go-to animal care from now on.

You guys should be more honest and straight forward about your pricing. I called about a month ago to make an appointment for our cat to be neutered. I was told over the phone it would be $99 and to bring him in any time after 8:15 am, on 6/27/2023. So, I was pretty unhappy when the bloodwork somehow cost almost $300. There was no breakdown on why it cost so much either. I was still under the assumption that the actual neutering would be $99, since that's what I was told. So today, my boyfriend took our cat to get neutered. He was told it would be $500. I'm sorry, but that's just ridiculous. I've had cats my entire life and have NEVER been quoted $500 for a 9lb, male cat. I would have appreciated more transparency with pricing from the beginning. I don't understand how you're allowed to do that. This is now a vet I can't trust and I definitely won't be going back.

There is no better veterinarian than Dr. LOUISE MORIN at VCA. She takes amazing care of my boys and does not overmedicate. She is amazing. Everyone at the VCA animal hospital is kind and excellent with animals.

VCA is convenient especially when you want/need an appointment ASAP. They seem to have appointments available daily. It's really easy to schedule an appointment on their website. Employees and Vet were nice and informative. Pricing isn't too bad, we all know vets aren't cheap. If I'm comparing it to other places I've been, the damage to my wallet could have been worse I guess.

This was my first time and I will be returning. The office was warm and welcoming. The front office staff noticed my car was stressed and took us back before the appointment time. Dr. Wendy and her tech took time and patience and provided my cat with impeccable service. Thank you for helping to diagnose Loo’s issues. I will be returning.

This particular location of the VCA's is quite special. Their waiting room is very large and offers a lot of seating. The place is always very clean and tidy. Their staff members are outstanding and genuinely care for people's animals. My animals are in great care with Dr. U and Dr. O.

One of the best care teams I’ve ever encountered! Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient staff who treat my puppy with the utmost care. They always explain what they’re doing, the diagnoses, etc very well and do everything they can to keep my puppy calm and happy when she visits. She walks in and out of the office with a proper puppy smile :)

Wish I could give ten stars! Recently had an emergency with our Guinea pig Angel, and this was one of few vets in the area that treated small animals and could see her. They got her in right away, and the service was amazing, from the initial phone call to the visit itself, everyone was so nice and helpful! We weren’t financially prepared and were short at checkout due to medications that were ordered, and rather than let us pick up the meds another day the doctor gave us a discount so that we could start her on her meds right away. We are beyond grateful for the amazing care that our Angel received and for the understanding and willingness to work with us financially, that is something that is extremely rare nowadays! We also have two cats and a dog and will be making VCA Delaware County their new veterinary provider! Highly recommend!

The vet was great. But the prices for vaccines are almost double what other area vets charge. For two dogs for checkups I paid over $850. This was our first time there for a checkup.
