I really love Town and Country Pet care center they take great care of my girl Phoebe. She goes for grooming and everytime she comes back happy as a clam and looking great! The staff goes above and beyond and they are so friendly. They always make sure I’m happy with her haircut and they treat her with love and care. They make it easy to make appointments and they have great pricing. I will always recommend Town and Country!

Town and Country has been a life saver for my pup & I. My pooch was very apprehensive when we first visited the facility but not because of them - I was just really the only one she trusted since I rescued her in September 2023. Our first try at the day care – she was just too timid. However, after 2 weeks of training at T & C with an awesome team, especially Melissa and the admin staff was so accommodating….I started to see a change in my pup. Fast forward - when I would drive up and we would see all the dogs playing she would yelp with excitement to the point where I would have to hold her back. Not only did she start thriving in day care, but I also felt comfortable leaving her for overnight stays. I have felt like T & C genuinely cared about taking care of my pup (and I am overprotective). If I was not leaving the state, I would be taking my dog here for as long as I could. They have so many great events for dogs, and I am so sad I will miss them. I highly recommend Town and Country!

My dog is not even one yet and has never been away from us. He hasn’t had much interaction with people or dogs so I was a little worried. I sent Him here while on vacation , Ang and the rest of the staff gave him all the love and support he needed , daily updates and pictures and he adjusted well and loved it there , i was Able to enjoy my vacation and not have to worry. If you’re looking to get away and are worried about your pet this is the best place for them ! I will Be using them again and highly recommend them!!

The way they do business, the care they have for the pups, and the way you can customize the boarding to you or your pup’s liking!!I love the fact that if you’re pup is not so social like my pup Precious is, your doggo can have private play. The way they groomed her is also fabulous! And they even have a group where they will post your pup’s pics! Only great things to say about this place! Thank you T&C. My pup loves it here!! 😊

This place takes of care of my giant Goldendoodle, and he is in good hands with them. My dog gets his grooming from Town and Country every 3months and they do amazing job w him. He can be a little sensitive when his paws are clipped, as I was told by other groomers. But Town and Country had no problems with him and always compliment him and treat him so well. Everyone there is amazing. I highly recommend Town and Country Petcare.

We brought our 1.5 year old Great Dane here for a 15 day stay and train. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Our handsome boy learned how to control his own excitement and energy. He’s a dream on a walk now (walks right beside me) and is noticeably different with his reactivity as long as we’re working with him to feel safe. The training he got was top notch and the care he was given seemed to be amazing based off of his incredible bond with his trainer! I've been so impressed with T &C! They do proper behavior evals before letting dogs into daycare and require all the appropriate vaccines. My boys love going for boarding and daycare and are never stressed when I pick them up. It's super convenient having an on-site groomer as well and the groomer did an amazing job on my schnauzer! I also love the FB group where they post daycare photos. It's very comforting to get to see them enjoying themselves when I'm out of town.

So grateful to Town and Country Pet Care for taking care of our boys! This is our second time bringing our cats here for overnight stays and they always come back well fed and so relaxed. You can tell the people here genuinely care about the animals. They have amazing prices and their space is clean and in a great quiet area. The receptionists are always very nice and informative, too. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to leave their dogs or cats overnight. Five stars.

Very responsible, very commited to the care of our girls. They came home to pick them up as the way there was shot because of the heavy rain and we had to fly. Owners are really great...your pet is going to be very well taken care of. We are really grateful. Thank you

I have been taking my dogs here for a number of years. All together 20+ years. We have never had a bad experience with either the hair cut appointments or the boarding. The staff is very friendly and love the dogs just as much as we do. We always take our dog in around the holidays as well to get an annual photo with holiday themed backgrounds. We continue to use and recommend Town and Country to friends and family.

We just picked up a very happy dog after a 5 day stay at Town and Country. I was so impressed with everything at this place - pricing was fair, staff was wonderful and, most importantly, my puppy was happy, healthy and well cared for. We had her groomed on her last day and we were extremely happy with that as well. We will definitely bring her back for regular grooming and if we plan another trip, she’ll have her own vacation at Town and Country!

Town & Country is the best. We would not leave our pup anywhere else. She goes to Town & County for boarding when we go on vacation. They are so caring & dedicated to giving these dogs the best home away from home possible. They have different packages too based on your dogs needs and activity. Barb is the absolute BEST. We are so at ease when we leave our dog with them. Plus, our girl always comes home looking beautiful after an appointment with their groomer.

I don't think any dog truly loves the full groomer experience but town and country will try to do it all in the best way for your pup. My two are completely different in personality and they treat them per the difference. They also are kind to the owner which is just as important. I waited too long on one of our visits and my Ed was a mess, including an ear fur cut that I botched trying to clip out a knot. No judgment just a promise to fix it. For me its worth the drive..

Town and Country provides the best customer service experience of any service provider I work with. We have 2 dogs and use all three services at T&C (grooming, day care, boarding). The T&C staff is always nice. They are flexible. I often times have things come up at the last minute and need to take the dogs over for day care. T&C is always accommodating and never makes us feel bad about last minute requests. Our dogs love going there and we feel comfortable taking them. We recommend them to any pet owners we know who are within a reasonable distance. Even if your pets are "difficult" or have special needs, T&C pays attention to your instructions and ensures a positive experience for your pets. I cannot recommend them enough.

My 2 boys spent the weekend at Town and Country and loved it. This was their first stay (not ours). We were very happy with their care. I even saw a cute photo of them in the play yard while we were away. They got a nice bath and came home nice and tired. Puppy loves her Auntie Erin 💕 . Every time we have been there, for boarding or stay and train, Kimura pulls me up the sidewalk to go see her people. I love how they keep me updated on Kimura ( Including pictures of Erin snuggling with Kimura). Love these guys, but more importantly, Kimura Keanu loves them

Brought my two dogs here for 2 nights over a holiday weekend. The team was very nice and accommodating as my dogs need to board together. I wish that we had more photos or updates from the team while we were gone, but they were both so happy when we picked them up! They had a great time. We had them groomed on the way out as well - good, not the best grooming. The prices are very reasonable for overnight stays. I love that they also offer day rates.

I can’t say enough nice things about them. The whole entire staff is great. Amanda was our dog trainer and within just five days she was able to train a puppy more than I’ve ever imagined and the puppy was three months old at the time and she listened like a three year old dog would of within just a few days. we will be bringing the other dog there just by the accomplishments that they achieved with the puppy. This place is amazing they can’t recommend more than enough

Great place to bring your dog for just about everything it seems. I brought my year old German shepherd dog to get groomed and Justine did a incredible job taking care of my buddy! My dog is a big boy and most can't handle him but she definitely could and is highly recommended!
