Today I went to target buy some necessities. The store was clean and the staff was respectful and nice. It was easy to navigate and find what you want. Even the vegetable and fruit corner was good. Even the refrigerators and the toys and electronics department were arranged. I would recommend going to the store.

I love this location so much. Unfortunately today, i placed a pick up for drive up because I had my sleeping babies in the car. When I got to the drive up spot, there was a paper sign on the stand that said drive up was closed and I had to go inside… super disappointing. I wish they could turn off their drive up option when they are closing it…

Erica in media department deserves a raise in pay. Very helpful and fixed my problem efficiently. She incurred quite a few problems because my phone was very old and I didn't have all my passwords. Very good service. 👍

Went to target oxford valley early this morning. They had minimal registers open, went to self checkout. (I was only guest there). Had exactly 10 items. The cashier proceeds to chase me down and scold me that the self check out is only 10 items. I said yes, I can see the sign and read and I have that amount. She’s like well you better know for next time. Again not an idiot, and I surely wasn’t holding up anyone with my allotted 10 items. She was rude and it was inappropriate. She should have been more worried being at her register and trying to actually get people checked out. If she would have been doing that I wouldn’t have had to go to self checkout with my 10 items!!!! Won’t be going to that location anytime soon. Don’t need to be treated rudely especially when I did nothing wrong. First thing in the morning leaves little to be desired for customer service, you can do better target!!

This target is not bad. It does get incredibly busy. It's hard to find anyone to help assist when looking for something. They do run low in the most popular sizes of men's, women's, teen and younger clothing, shoes ect. Their clearance section is never in 1 spot. They have small clearance sections all over the store. Their check out is a big issue in my opinion. They should have way more cashiers working at prime times. They should also have at least 2 people working the self checkout area during prime times.

I love the drive up pick up, I love target but today it really ruined my experience because one of target employee the girl today just very unpleasantly handed me all the bags sloppily dropping on me in the car. You are paid to do your job. If you are very unhappy to work there just quite don’t let’s your bad behavior ruin the service that target provide. Most of the target employees are very nice and friendly. The girl today is young asked for my code wrong 5 times, I don’t get her name but she has long nails with two different colors one side is nude one side is orange red if I am not wrong. I considered rude because all the item just fall from the bags and fall on me in the car. Is this that kind of drive up pick up service from target? Then I don’t need to shop at target anymore then.

I live in California and had made an order through this store for a same day delivery for my daughter who had just given birth. She had a c-section and was not supposed to exert herself too much. I requested my shopper to please have the items bagged since she would have to go up and down a flight of stairs. They refused his request. Thankfully he had some bags from Walmart in his car. I am extremely upset that this store refuses to bag items for the delivery drivers.

there a worker named Noah and Noah’s attitude towards customers was far from welcoming. His dismissive tone and impolite mannerisms created an unwelcoming environment for patrons. As a customer, feeling valued and respected is essential when interacting with store employees. However, Noah’s behavior conveyed the opposite message, making it difficult to enjoy the shopping experience.The impact of Noah’s rudeness extended beyond just a single interaction. Each visit to the store became associated with feelings of discomfort and frustration. The negative emotions triggered by his behavior overshadowed any positive aspects of the shopping experience, ultimately leading to a reluctance to return to the store. I love target but going to this target while this rude employee is there. I will be having to drive to a further one to even enjoy shopping.

I went in looking for a case for my daughter's new iPhone. The website said they had one left in stock. Got there and they did not have the one she wanted in stock. Associate by the name of Brian worked really hard at trying to find the case for my daughter. Kudos to him!

I took a visit over to the local Target today on a busy day. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was well stocked for the most part. Some spots like water and cereal and Candy either were empty or where I messed up. Where this place really does shine is the amount of workers that are willing enough and also very attentive in their jobs. Lastly the cart guys are definitely the highlight of this store well as they are very on the ball and are doing their best with the crazy Black Friday crowds. This target is definitely one of the best Targets in the area!!!

Extremely disappointed that Target has restricted self checkout to 10 items! I used to be able to get out of there with a full cart bagged the way I like in 5 minutes doing it myself, now I have to wait 10-15 minutes in line and another 5-10 minutes for the cashier to ring up my items. Please reopen self checkout to everyone!!Also, the store always looks like a bomb dropped on it. Shelves half empty, merchandise everywhere. Hire more people or do overnight stocking; other Targets are much nicer, I don’t understand what’s going on with Oxford Valley and Neshaminy.

I used the Optical department. The eye exam was thorough and professional. My only complaint is the limited selection of frames. Not everyone wants Vogue, Armani, or Coach frames, but that was the majority of their inventory to choose from. This optical department was one of choices on my vision plan. I did manage to get two pairs of glasses and one prescription sunglasses for $495.00. I didn't pay a dollar out of pocket due to a one time Visa debit card for $500.00.

Beauty worker Tegan stopped unboxing to help me find my perfect foundation shade, the maybelline fit me one. Was not expecting the help since it’s not an Ulta or Sephora makeup store but it was an incredible experience especially since i’m new to makeup. I will be back!!

Extremely due interaction with Jordan from AT and T as my family walked by looking for clothes for my son. When I informed him I did not have a cellphone, he sarcastically stated "Good luck with your pager then". We will be avoiding Target until their contract with AT and T is up.

I come here looking for groceries, and the shelves always look like the day before a crippling snowstorm is about to occur. The people who work here are nice, and very helpful, sometimes overzealous, when you’re trying to go through the self checkout.

A typical Target outlet, good deals and offers. Ample parking available. The store is not huge but has good selections.The location is beneficial if you stay in the surrounding areas.

This location saved my butt after a different location waited 8 hours to attempt to find my online purchase item, which was then no longer available. This location had my online order ready in a matter of 15 minutes. Very helpful people at the pickup counter. Thank you for having friendly and competent workers.

I haven't been to Target in over ten years and thought it would be nice to do some browsing while I was in the area. I found some nice undergarments that I wanted to try on. When I got to the changing room, I was stopped by a saleswoman and told that I couldn't try it on. I asked why and she told me, "because it's against the law." I then asked why I was able to, when I went to the women's outlit right across from Target and she quickly changed her first statement. She then let me know that I could buy it and then try it on when I got home. I didn't say anything to her after that, except for her to have a good day. I could understand this kind of "policy" from a store two years ago, but not now. If this is a legit policy, don't sell undergarments in store anymore. I sincerely wish I was able to write a positive review, but couldn't. I'm glad I got the reminder why I don't shop at Target.

The Langhone Target is clean and has beautiful displays. I have been to other area Target stores that are not as appealing. The selections are excellent for most things, especially for those of us who are plant-based eaters. There are several frozen options that I plan to try. They are just very expensive for my budget.

I love targé @ Oxford Valley. I usually use their drive up service and they’re usually super speedy… Last week, I was waiting an unusually long amount of time for my order wondering what was going on watching the other cars leave who had came in at the same time 🤨 … An employee, Eddy, who brought out my order jumped right into friendly conversation, apologized, explained that their system was experiencing some transitions, and gave me a $10 gift card for waiting!?? I wasn’t planning on saying anything about the wait, because that’s just life sometimes, but was so impressed at the customer service that I want to give some kudos -totally above and beyond! Thank you 😊
