First time shopper at Sam's Club.Brought 4 Michelin defender 2 for my friend's van as a gift. It was ship to the store within 3 days and was able to make an apt for installation the next day. Steve and his team members were very friendly and helpful. Two TPMS were broken, Steve advice that I can buy them then bring the car back that they would install for free of charge, which I did and was able to get it install couple days later.Additionally, I also purchased 2 85" and a 75" SamSung TVs for great price!

Good values but always compare to BJ s...Sam's has. Great pizza and jumbo hot dog with kraut. Lotta drink flavors at snack bar..totally new bathrooms..ample parking .quick customer service desk... High interest credit card rate.

I recently visited Franklin Mills Sam's club , in which I needed help with a battery that was purchased about 9 months ago that I was having issues with and was under warranty. I was told no one can help me, and they did not have a battery tester. I was told to find another Sam's Club. So I traveled to another township. I had arrived at the Langhorne Sam's club and was immediately approached by a young man named Rob. I had explained my situation and he assured me he would check out my issues. And that's exactly what he did. He had found the issue and replaced the battery. He apologized for any inconvenience that this has caused. Then proceeded to apologize for the other Sam's club. He expressed that he was the manager there and if any other issues please feel free to come see him or his team. So I like to truly thank Rob, A message to Sam's Club .....This young man is a asset to your company!

The roast chicken was small and has no favor. It was not golden brown as previously. We told the person behind the counter and we get a blank look. We also tried to buy cut broccoli, the associated said they were out. This is the second time it was out. We spoke to the check out lady by the door about the roast chicken and the broccoli. Her response was the club was very busy over the weekend. She also said the Club wouldn't notice if we don't shop there! Her response made us wonder why we shop there!

"Poor customer service experience at the loading deck. Despite the presence of five staff members, it seems they are understaffed. Unfortunately, there is no avenue for complaints as there is no one available to address concerns. Despite being informed that loading would take five minutes, we have been waiting for almost an hour with no progress. Hope someone is reading this comments. After one hour wait they brought wrong item.”

Manager is a crook. She does illegal stuff and gets away. They kept my 3 y/o child muffins that i rightfuly paid and left at the store. I knew of time and place. They are Children muffin theives. Manager pretty much said too bad then threatened to cancel membership. Dont expect any help. Costco is much better. Sam club also doesnt care about customer complaints. As people said below, the supervisor is awefully rude.

My review is 4 only because of the cashier that checked me out. The girl in the back packaging rotisserie chicken was very rude. I said Thank You so much after she handed me my chicken there was no answer from her & she had a disgusting look on her face

Good deals, scan & go is great!! Only downside is that people not getting pickup hog the parking spaces. Soon to come apparently they are moving pick up area to the back of the store. Can't wait!

I went to my Sam’s Club in Langhorne to do some shopping but couldn’t find a ride on cart so I left and went to another store. I need a ride on cart to do my shopping as I am disabled. I noticed others leaving for the same reason. The service desk said they only have two carts. That’s crazy. With all the people that shop their and with our aging population. we need more ride on shopping carts.

I'm so happy now that two people are working during your checkout. What a wonderful surprise and much appreciated change. It really helps Seniors especially, since their are only a few handicap moving chairs.

Large wholesale store, buy in bulk and save. They don't carry some items year round, so keep that in mind if you bought something 3 weeks ago it might not be available now. Good price on items. They offer samples of items mainly on weekends. Not many employees walking around, don't expect to get help right away. You can get custom cakes, tires installed and some home appliances as well as jewelry. And don't forget to get lunch for cheep on your way out. What I like the most is scan and go. You use the Sam's Club app and scan your item as you shop, it will keep a running total of what you have and all you have to do is swip right to pay. Show your code to the checkout person. You don't need to stand in the line at the register.

Stay far away from this place! My wife and I are coming to Langhorne Sam's club long time. But we made a mistake and talk to customer service first time. We lucky we didnt fight with that old lady at the register. But she was ready for fight already . We were trying to get our new membership cards and she was giving us advice to not get it.!!! We didnt shop after and left and never ever go this location again.

I appreciate the fact that this store hires old people and disabled people, which is highly respectable. The price of merchandises is very reasonable providing good quality. Self-checkout is really convenient and makes checkout process very quick. People should stick with this place.
