I’m just so disappointed by the service provided by the staff at this Rite-Aid Pharmacy.Apparently, we as customers are unreasonable when we expect any modicum of customer service, accurate information, and integrity from their pharmacy.From the pharmacy cashiers to the techs all the way up to the management in the pharmacy, it is obvious that they don’t care to do more than the bare minimum, or perhaps they are woefully incompetent at their jobs.I understand that there are high demands on certain medications, and I don’t expect special treatment. But, I do expect to get accurate information that I can trust. I don’t consider customer service with accurate information and integrity to be considered special treatment.It is really disappointing that I can’t rely on them to do their jobs with integrity…as though they care about the service they provide and the customers to whom they provide that service.

Cashier or employees I encountered were not helpful at all. I had a $100 gift card that I recieved at Christmas & I was trying to make a $30 purchase with it. I approached registers & had to ask where to go to get rung up & I was asked "can't u use self checkout?" I'm sorry I don't normally come to rite aid so I didn't notice it. But when I was asked that of course naturally I started to do it myself. I tried to swipe rite aid gift card. Wouldn't read it. The employee then comes & tries to swipe it & it didnt work so he then explains there is nothing he can do to use that gift card(like type numbers in manually or scan it....) he tells me I would need to contact number on back which is rite aid & give them numbers on card then wait for them to send a new card through the mail. That is unacceptable to inconvenience customers that have already paid basically for the card, to then go through so much when it's actually time for then to hold up their end of the deal! Its just frustrating how much people don't want to do for their customers at work. Like these people now are accustom to not dealing with customers or providing customer service to the actual customers. We as consumers are now expected to do everything when it comes to shopping yet stores supposedly have so many problems With shoplifting? If that was the case maybe more personal attn to the customers could prevent that kind of thing from becoming a problem in first place.

Jenna the pharmacist has always been super friendly and professional; she always does her best to get your scripts filled even though insurance plans can be a huge obstacle to this. She also knows a TON about these medications and I felt she deserved a shout-out here for all the hard work she does. Great pharmacy location all-around.

I was a loyal and long time Rite Aid customer. I always liked shopping at Rite Aid while picking up my prescriptions and when they offered the 20% discount when you became a gold member it was big reason I shopped there. But since they discontinued the 20% and went back to the printed coupons, it’s not worth it to me anymore. Sadly, I transferred to CVS because it was closer with the same prices.

I recently had a great experience at this store. I had some issues/questions about my prescriptions, and when I got there the pharmacist was already helping an older gentlemen. While I waited I heard how thorough and pleasant she was being with the older man. When it was my turn, she took the same amount of care with answering my questions and was extremely nice. I didn't feel rushed or like I was being a bother at all, despite my many questions and concerns. Thank you!

This is my first negative review ever ! I called to see if my prescription was ready. The woman who answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. When I arrived at the store to pick up my prescription I informed the pharmacist about my experience. The pharmacist didn’t want to hear my complaint and was rude as well.

Liz did an expectational job with my photo/scan/print order. She had tremendous patience and was able to multi-task from working the front end and completing my project. She is kind and very knowledgeable. My experience at the Langhorne Rite Aid needed to be noted. Thank you for this wonderful associate who represents Rite Aid well.

Great store. Very pleasant online order and pick up experience. Rite Aid is the first pharmacy providing self checkout I have seen so far. The store is very clean. Spacious parking lot. Keep good job.

I was very nervous about getting two vaccines. The care and explanation by the associates who did my vaccines were wonderful. I received excellent help as well when I did some shopping too. An associate took time to help me find specific items. I received my vaccines and I left the store with everything on my list.

Pharmacy staff was terrible. They told me I could pick up a prescription. When I went at the correct time to pick it up I was told they didn't have enough pills to fill it. I was never notified of this. When I began asking questions the staff began rude and disrespectful and eventually sent me to another rite aid.If you are looking for respectful and knowledgeable staff this is NOT the store for you!!

I have been going there for years and always preferred this Rite Aid to the one that is very close to my house. I met the manager-pharmacist today, Chis. He clearly has a lot of pride and ownership in his shop doing a good job and taking care of people. That type of attitude is so rare but completely refreshing. I liked him instantly and he is the one I will be asking if I need advice from a pharmacist.

The store was renovated recently. It's really clean and neat from inside to outside. The store associates are very polite. I really enjoy shopping here and getting prescriptions and vaccinations their pharmacy.

If I could give them negative stars, I would...why?I think my letter to corporate says it all:Rite Aid Corporate:I was in the rite aid on Flowers MIll Road in Langhorne, PA on May 18th right around 8 a.m. I purchased groceries etc., about $140 worth and went and put them in the trunk of my car. I kept out a red bull and beef jerky because I wanted those in the car with me. I realized I had forgotten a couple of items so I walked back in the store, looked at Aaron the "Manager" (according to him) and said that i had forgotten a couple of things, to which he barely acknowledged me. He had 3 or 4 people in line checking out. I brought up my items and reminded him that the red bull and beef jerky were from my previous purchase only moments earlier. He proceeded to ring me up and then informed me that he would not allow me to take the red bull and the jerky because he didn't see me come in with them. I was shocked and made him repeat himself and he shook his head and basically said I was lying and that I could not leave with my items. I insisted that he watch the video and then apologize to me, he resisted but finally did...simply saying I could not leave with my items. He went to watch the video and came out of the office and said "ok we're good" and I asked him where my apology was. I also told him I was offended and asked him who the manager was to which he replied, "i am". I then asked who the regional manager was and he replied "I don't know"...which of course is untrue. I demand that someone from Rite Aid contact me and make this right and hold him accountable. I was humiliated in my own neighborhood by an apathetic "manager" who could have not possibly observed me enough to even make his ridiculous accusation. I frequent this store weekly and so does my entire family. He actually told me it was my fault for coming back in the store with merchandise. Mind you, I had no purse, no bag...nothing but a credit card in my back pocket and my red bull and beef jerky...which I had just purchased from him 10 minutes earlier.I am contacting an attorney and will sue this company for humiliation, slander and discrimination - perhaps he doesn't like gay women. I am owed an apology and more. I have witnesses, so in the event that the video disappears, I will have their word. He violated every proper procedure beginning with observation of me during my visit, confronting me in the store vs. out of it and finally his unwillingness to even watch the video...he clearly had a personal bias and had deemed me guilty already for whatever reason. I would appreciate the courtesy of a reply.Sincerely

On many occasions I have tried to call both the pharmacy and the main phone number. When it was Rite aid, and under the other name. Most of the time, it rings way too many times to either be hung up on, no one ever answers, the person doesn't know answer to the question or they "accidentally"hang up on you. this has been going on for years. I just called the pharmacy with a question and it rang at least 20 times with nobody answering. Then I looked up the main number and tried on three separate occasions this evening to call and reach someone. Of course it rang and rang and rang and rang and rang each time at least 10 times but maybe more, and no one answered. Not even one of those lovely computer voices answering and giving me a list of 20 questions nothing! But possibly they were having a problem with their computers or they were having a an emergency like a fire or something. But knowing their history I highly doubt it. and it but it doesn't only have to do with their computer and phones when I'm there the people hardly ever have the answers to my questions and except for them saying hello when I walk in, it ends there . They don't come up and ask can I help you with anything, do you have any questions? Nothing!

Came in very early on a Sunday with the symptoms of the flu. Saw Avigad Feldman NP-C and was very happy with the service. She was personable and friendly and caring and I highly recommend this Rediclinic for their demeanor and professionalism. Five stars from me!

I had a $6.99 item to return. It was purchased with my debit card. I was told I needed to come back later in the day because they didn’t have enough cash in the register. I have never heard of a store not having $7 in the register. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I had a problem and went to the clinic in the store. They was wonderful and very polite. I didn't have to go all the way back to Philly to my doctor. This was so much close. Since it was only for a minor problem.

I've been calling for 3 days, different times every time and get a constant ringing or hung up on after 30 rings. I just want to refill a perscription! Why wouldn't the pharmacy answering machine just pick up so I can plug in the perscription # as I have in the past. VERY disappointed.
