I cannot recommend this pet grooming service enough ! Our first time there, the owner/groomer took 20 minutes to sit on the floor with me and my dog to get to know her, and pet her. It was really sweet and just goes to show how much she cares about the dogs and pets that come to her business. She takes such good care of our dog and does a beautiful job! Our Bernedoodle always looks amazing when she leaves puppy scrub!! This is the first time our dog has ever walked into a groomer by herself for a returning visit… at our old groomer I would have to carry her in. We will never go to a different groomer! We absolute love the experience and staff at Puppy Scrub!

We took our dogs (2 male chocolate labs) here yesterday and we were blown away by what a great job they did and how nice they were. I wish we had called sooner and we will make it a regular habit to go back there, keeping our guys looking their best.

We have been taking our pups to Puppy Scrub since 2015. After some awful experiences with a local mobile groomer we were nervous to try another groomer. Our first doodle hated being groomed and Sylvia was the only groomer in his first 3 years of life that he let fully groom him. He loved going to see her and enjoyed his grooming sessions. He would wag and light up when we asked him if he wanted to go see Sylvia. She was so patient with him. They had a special bond and even as he aged she adjusted how she groomed him to meet his needs. I cannot say enough about how wonderfully and beautifully she cared for our boy and he always looked fabulous. Our other two doodles now see her and they love her equally. She truly cares about our pups and does a beautiful job. We are thankful we found her.

Sylvia is the best groomer ever! She really knows your dog! She’s a dog whisperer! We love her and how she takes such good care of both of our babies. She is booked to the max but if you are lucky you may get in with her!

I have tried a few groomers for my anxious rescue dog and puppy scrub is the best! They are all so kind and you can tell they love animals. My little 9 pound chihuahua is so anxious because of his past and the staff take awesome care of him and are so patient and caring. The pricing is amazing and services always come out perfect. I could go on and on about how awesome this place is! I always look forward to bringing my little Bart in!

Sylvia is an incredible groomer. It's clear how much she loves all of the dogs that come in. I always feel safe and confident leaving my dog in Sylvia's care for hours. Sylvia goes out of her way to see my dog just to quickly cut her nails between visits, so that we don't risk hurting her doing it ourselves and Meadow can safely play with our 10-month old. Love this place!! We had been looking for a friendly and patient groomer for our new puppy and Sylvia was absolutely amazing with our almost 6 month old Koda! One of my dogs hates going to the groomer. He's afraid and so he growls at anyone who tries to touch him. I tried self-service wash here and it was perfect for my dogs. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'm so glad I found this place.

This is far and away the best place around to get your dog groomed. The owner of this establishment treats your dog like it was her own, and on top of that does an amazing job. I've taken my poodle to several of the different grooming options in the area, and I can say without a doubt that Puppy Scrub is the only place to take the dog you care about.

Took my dog Luna here today to use the dog wash and oh my goodness, everyone was so friendly and sweet!! I have usually taken my dog to PetValu for baths at their washing stations but nothing compares to this place. We got extra towels, which I loved because My dog’s fur is so dense. AND she smelled amazing after her bath! I knew she felt comfortable there when I saw her wagging her tail after her bath. Will be coming back again!

I've been going to Puppy Scrub for over a year now and I am very happy. The owner is treating all dogs with so much love and is gentle and carring to the pups. The service is suberb, on time and I am very happy I found this place. We are a new pet owners nut I've heard the horro groomer stories from the chain places. Went here to use self wash station. I dnt think I can do again. Walked in and was hit with the smell of throw up 🤢. The whole 20 mins in there my daughter and I were dieing from the smell.and it wasn't wet dog smell, straight puke 🤮. Lady is nice. Place seems run down. Won't be back.

The owner loves the dogs. When you arrive she spends time with the dog to make them comfortable. My dog always looks wonderful after the grooming. My dog doesn't seem to mind being there. She only accepts cash or checks. No credit cards. Ample parking close to the entrance. In a shopping center with a Giant and deli/restaurant.

By far the worst groomer in Bucks County -: all of the local chatter about Sylvia (the owner) is absolutely true. In my personal opinion and experience with her she is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL and EXTREMELY dis respectful not only to us - even worst abusive to our dog. I have filed a complaint with the State and plan on following it through. **** DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ************************

The owner loves my golden retriever as if she where her own. On the floor with her giving puppy kisses and lots of attention. And does she know her stuff! Khaya looks amazing when she leaves the salon. Finally, a groomer who knows how to groom a golden! Thank you!

Did the self wash and it worked great. If you want, you can bring your own shampoo. Will be great for cold weather baths as you can dry your pet too.
