I woke up this morning to my dog whimpering and yelping in pain. I had no idea what was wrong and my current vet didn't have any appointments available. The cost for the emergency vet always makes me second guess whether he NEEDS to be seen immediately. However, once I realized Pets Furst was now open I immediately loaded him until my car and drove there. The office was clean, welcoming, and calm. The front desk staff was so nice and understanding, especially since I was scared for my little guy. We were seen quickly, and the veterinarian was so kind, so knowledgeable, and so understanding. She gave me options and let me know what costs would be ahead of time, and her personal opinion as a pet owner. I ended up leaving with pain meds but a few hours later my dog was still in pain. I called the office and another medication was prescribed immediately. My dog is now feeling better and I can relax a little. I can not recommend Pets Furst enough. It is convenient and affordable, and your pets will be in excellent hands.

First time visiting this Pets Furst Urgent Care in Langhorne PA. First time walking into here I was taken back by how clean and extremely nice place. They just opened a little over a month ago so everything is brand new and went all out making a beautiful clinic for our pets. The front desk welcomed us greatly and even more for my pup, giving her treats and making a big fuss over her. Took us back in the examination room which was extremely clean and nice also just like the rest of the place. Dr.Jona was very intelligent and extremely down to earth when he spoke to us about my dog. He gave us few options to try to make my pup better. Gave us few options to try without wasting my money or overcharging us. He told us how to exactly care for my dog and even wrote the directions down for the medication he gave us. While we were in waiting room few nurses came in and made sure we were comfortable and also made a fuss over her. It was the most pleasant experience. I would recommend them to anyone without any doubt they will be treated perfectly. I was only in waiting room for 5 minutes while the staff got us moving along. They didn't rush us but made sure we understood everything and to make sure we treat my pup correctly with the medication. Trust me give them a call I swear you won't go anywhere else I promise that. They even gave us a little gift to show they appreciate us

I have brought my kitten here 2 times now. She had an ear infection just 3 days after we got her when she was still 8 weeks old. Dr. Jonas explained to me how it happened & I was taught how to clean her ears in the future. They made sure I knew the best products to use & how to give her the drops that were prescribed. Then just last week the kitten had another issue & we went back to see them. This place is great and the prices are reasonable. From the staff that greet you to the nurses & Dr everyone is so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I am so glad that we have this place for pets in our area & highly recommend for any pet urgent needs.

Brought in two 4 wk old kittens that took a ride in my engine compartment (they're fine). The facility was very clean & pleasant. The hour wait was made easier with some human creature comforts & appreciation for our patience. All employees were caring, professional, knowledgeable & efficient. Pricing was more than fair for a Sunday afternoon. I'm glad to know they are available for weekend visits for us (in NJ) and our grand-pets (in PA). Keep up the great work!

This place is absolutely amazing!!I had an emergency situation with my cat, I walked in at 8am and was greeted with friendly faces. The place is new and clean.Front desk associates were so friendly and helpful.We were seen quickly.The dr was so good with her. Took his time examining her. He answered all my questions and did not rush me out of there. He was very knowledgeable. He gave me options, and help me find an affordable treatment plan for her.I left feeling good, she was feeling better and it did not cost me a fortune.I loved it so much I plan on switching vets and making them their primary care office.Picatso was treated like royalty there.Spoiled her with attention and treats.She is definitely feeling so much better.

Took my 5 year old dog Sparky here today after he injured himself. Office is nice and very clean. Everyone in the office was extremely nice and pleasant, including Dr. Constantino and her assistant. They were both informative and so gentle with Sparky. We were in and out. Prices are very affordable, you can tell this office cares about your fur baby’s and not your pockets. ❤️🐶 Highly recommend! ⭐️

I had to bring my 9 yr old pups in for an emergency and I'm so glad I did. To say that the staff is kind with such great bedside manner would be in understatement. Dr. Jonas was such a kind soul and made me and my pooch so at ease. You can truly tell how much he loves animals and his job. Our nurse was outstanding and so gentle, I only wish I remembered her name too.They are so reasonable in price. For everything they did, I truly thought my bill was going to be awful but was happily wrong.Thank you again for everything!!

Fantastic urgent care for pets. I had a situation pop up with my dog. Her regular vet wasn't available and the local emergency vets all had very long waits due to more urgent cases being ahead of us. I learned about Pets Furst from the ER vet, and they will absolutely be my first call anytime my dogs primary care vet is unavailable. We were seen promptly and I really appreciated the Dr's methodical approach to my dog's care. Pricing is reasonable, and the facility is beautiful. Very highly recommend.

Very clean, friendly and welcoming. Came in for a sick visit for my dog. There were other people waiting luckily I was second in line when I showed up, so I thought it would be quick. Took a little bit!The doctor and nurse who saw my dog was quick, she was in and out within 10 mins.

We did not even know pet urgent cares existed. Today we had an emergency with our dog and our regular vet was out of town. Animal hospitals are so expensive and we weren’t sure how we’d afford it. After calling 12 different places, one of them recommended you guys and we could not be more happy with our service! We were seen quickly, our doctor was wonderful, the price was PHENOMENAL. I am literally telling everyone I know about this place. Thank you!! This concept of pet urgent care is ingenious and you guys are executing it perfectly.

Shout out to Dr. Constantino and the entire staff at Pets Furst! My dog is very nervous at the vet and was in need of care. She felt safe for the entire exam and allowed them to touch her. They were all compassionate, professional, fast, and thorough. When our pets are sick money isn’t the priority but they are also very fair in cost! Thank you Pets Furst for living up to your name!

Loved this Pet Urgent Care! The staff and doctor is beyond polite and attentive. The place is super clean and beautiful. Service was fast and my senior dog’s concerns were all treated. The pricing is great. I cannot complain of not one thing. Definitely recommend this urgent care with my eyes closed. Oh, and we got a gift bag. It’s the little things.

I had to take my Corgi, Laika, in for an emergency appointment. Everywhere else that I had called was not nearly as understanding and as concerned for my dogs health as Pets Furst and they were available for me and my dog right away. All of the vets, the front desk staff, EVERYONE was absolutely fabulous and so caring for my dogs health along with understanding of my financial standing at the time. I wouldn't be more thankful for their help and kindness. I will absolutely recommend this urgent care to anyone in need and will be going there again if there just so happens to be another emergency. I had a scare (which ended up being a false alarm thank heavens) and had to take my dog to urgent care. My regular vet recommended Furst Pets. This place is immaculately spotless, the staff are friendly and kind. I was a crying mess walking in thinking my dog was sick, and they were prompt, checked out my dog, made me feel so much better. The bill at the end was like a regular vet bill. As a first timer, I was fully expecting to pay a boatload for an urgent visit, but this place clearly operates ethically. I appreciate them so much. While I hope I never have to return, if I do I know my pet will be in good hands.

I cannot say enough good things about Pets Furst UC! 🐾 They took such amazing care of my fur babies! The staff was so knowledgeable and gentle with my cats. I always appreciate how much they care about my pet's health and happiness. The clinic was also very clean, organized, and had a calming atmosphere. I highly recommend Pets Furst!😸❤️😸

This was a bit of a hike for us but totally worth it. Everyone here is so kind and understanding. It was an awesome option to have when we could not get an appt with our vet for several days after our dog injured himself. They were all very patient with our dog who was not his best self due to the pain. I would definitely return if needed. Probably better than a lot of human urgent care centers!

Not impressed with the female doctor I saw. They only thing she offered to do at first for my dog with , was to do X-ray n labs. It wasn’t until I asked if there was another course we can do first if in fact it was gastroenteritis. Which he showed all the signs for She finally said we can do antibiotics I agreed to try the antibiotics. She then left the room n that’s all I saw of her. No discharge instructions were given for diet or anything. I actually thought she was coming back in. But the tech brought me the meds. I called my vet for further instructions. She was sarcastic a couple times during our conversation and made a comment about me not having pet insurance. Otherwise the staff was great and the place was extremely clean.

Shout out to Margaret at the front desk, Doctor Jonas and Jess in the back, and everyone else here. I had an issue that I felt was urgent but not emergent, and brought my two kittens here. Everyone made my babies feel safe and welcomed. The issue was resolved quickly and when I asked for pricing it was given to me without hesitation. Thank you guys for not making us feel like a burden, and giving Pumpkin & Spice lots of pets, they live attention🤣

Such an amazing experience from a clean spacious facility to the friendly team! I especially appreciated everyone’s patience and politeness during a time of being highly stressed with my pet. Thankfully we have an urgent care in the area now because it's difficult to get in to see your regular vet and the emergency vet usually has a long wait or they can't take you because they're booked. My husband and I went there today with our dog because he wasn't feeling well and everyone was so kind, accommodating and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend this place and will come back if needed.

We had to bring my Shepard mix here Saturday morning as the other places in the area "couldn't accommodate" after she ripped her nail off from the nail bed and when I tell you I couldn't have been happier! My goodness....the check in process was quick and easy, the staff was so friendly and the care was exceptional!!! We will be going back for sure!!

My husband and I took our little girl here after she had a reaction to a medication. We waited about an hour to see the dr which I found to be very fair considering that this is a walk in service. From start to finish everybody was exceptional. Margaret at the front desk was just so sweet and considerate. Becca the vet tech/ nurse was compassionate and helpful. Our cat accidentally peed in her crate and Becca didn’t blink an eye- she wrapped her in a blanket and later cleaned up the accident like nothing happened! The dr came in and introduced himself as Jonah (Dr. C). He was so kind, sweet and understanding. The dr and tech were quick with treatment and made us feel like a priority. I also found their pricing to be fair and not on the same level as an ER. I’m so happy to have this urgent care in the area since there was no “in between” the regular vet and the ER. I wish them success in this location and we will be back if ever needed!

This location is clean & prestige First time pet owner (dog). My dog was experiencing Nausea and bloody stools. I was completely freaking out then found this place. They listened to all my concerns and didn't push nothing on me as an x-rays and expensive procedures. I was completely satisfied with my experience here.

Pets furst is a wonderful establishment. From clean and calm environment to incredible care and customer service. Their whole team was kind helpful caring and compassionate. We are so greatful as our first experience was sadly on an end of life note. They handled us and our furbaby with care and kindness. Our regular vets phone line was swamped and we could not reach them so we headed to Pets furst to help our sweet seinor kitty over the rainbow bridge. They were nothing short of amazing in our time of need. We wish our visit was on better conditions but they handled us with extream grace and we are forever greatful. We would definitely recommend this establishment and will not hesitate to return if the need should arise. Thank you Pets Furst we appreciate you and the team.

After my dogs had a run in with coyotes on my farm, they need medical care. When I called, they told me to bring them right in. They were super friendly, compassionate, prices were very reasonable, and they put my worries at ease. I didnt get the upsell that ive experienced so many other times at other vets. My girls received excellent care and I enthusiastically recommend this place. I am extremely grateful for their help. Give them a try, you'll see for yourself.

Everyone was very sincere here, treated us more like a friend than a customer and complimented my cat several times which means a lot. My dog has chronic back issues and when he injured himself just recently I was worried I had to wait for an appointment and spend a ton of money but I called here and brought him in and they immediately saw him even carried him inside for us we saw Dr.Colmer and we were in and out with some peace at mind without spending hundreds of dollars. Came back a few days later because he wasn’t doing any better and they again saw us immediately and saw Dr.Colmer again no charge since it was so soon. And will be back for another check up soon I have to say I am throughly impressed with how they run this business and how calm and informative they are made my pup feel calm and at ease (and me as an owner) without spending an arm and a leg I will forever go here with every animal I ever have. I highly recommend pet Furst!
