The people in this store are very helpful, they always try to help you out as much as possible. Especially when you try to design your own floor, there are a lot of questions regarding the type of tiles, size, and how can you make them fit, the floor department did a great job help me out. I especially want to thank Joe for his excellent customer service and knowledge about the floor materials.

I wanna give a big shout out to Mae! She was amazing! She helped my bf and I pick out an entire kitchen cabinet set with all the fixings. I didn’t know what toe kicks were. I didn’t know about moldings. I didn’t know how to read a carpenter’s blueprint. She helped with everything. This girl deserves a promotion. If it wasn’t for her, idk what we would’ve done. Prolly went to Home Depot for help! 😝Thank you Mae!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a refrigerator and I was told it would be delivered May 7th. When I didn’t receive a confirmation of delivery I called the store. I called 4 different times because I continued to get disconnected. I was told my delivery shows to be delivered May 9th and that I should call the center. The gentleman who finally answered was really nice and helpful in giving me information but not very happy with Lowe’s at all. I have no refrigerator and groceries that will definitely spoil. I knew this order was not going to go through smooth because the gentleman who initially helped was a bit lost when placing this order.

We decided to take advantage of the free estimate for carpeting (other places wanted a non-refundable deposit of $35). So far, everything has gone smoothly. There was a glitch when I received an email stating that I was eligible for a $500 gift card if we ordered our carpeting (any type of flooring) by 1/3/24, but it didn’t state how to go about getting it. We decided to go into the store to inquire. The first gentleman we asked stated that he was new and would need to ask his supervisor. While waiting for his supervisor, another employee was walking by and he asked her if she knew what to do. She hadn’t heard about the gift card and called for her supervisor. Her supervisor was available right away and came right over and, since he also hadn’t heard about it, started calling customer support to find out more. The first two numbers he called hadn’t heard anything about it either and I could tell he was getting frustrated, but determined to help us. Finally, the original supervisor was available and we all filled him in on what was going on. He was also unaware of this gift card offer and started making phone calls as well. Everyone kept apologizing to us for the time it was taking, but my husband and I were just amazed that they were all kicking around ideas on how to get us the gift card, and not giving up. The supervisor who seemed to be the most knowledgeable, even gave us a card with his extension to guarantee that he would get us the gift card if he couldn’t figure out what the process was! Finally, on his next phone call, he found a person who knew about it and explained what we needed to do to get it. Now, I’m just waiting for the email with the link to pay, and we’ll be good to go!I’ll come back to edit this if there are any problems, but so far, we’ve been impressed with how above and beyond the company employees have been.

Lowe's imposed a $1.99 per month fee on thier credit card bill unless you agree to electronic billing only and open an on-line account. I will not pay a credit card company who charges 32% interest on balances to send me a paper bill. And I don't need another on-line credit card account to get hacked. There are plenty of other credit card options out there. I shop almost exclusively at Lowe's but won't anymore.

My mom and I visited the Langhorne Lowe’s in search for a new oven since hers stopped working just days before Christmas. Jenn in the appliance section searched the whole store to try to find any model that was in stock in the store for us, but unfortunately Lowe’s does not keep inventory on site anymore. Jenn searched for a few models in the warehouse that could be delivered next day and we found the perfect solution. She was very honest and open about all costs associated with having the new range delivered, as well as being very knowledgeable about the process. Most importantly, she was so kind. Thanks to Jenn, we’ll be ready to cook before the holidays. Many thanks to her!

Saturday 12/30/2023. Went to buy electric range. Asked associate to see one of the store display rang is available in stock. He scan the barcode and told me he’ll be right back. Few moments later he came back and told me yes it’s available in stock. So I am thinking in my mind since it’s available in stock I can pick it up my self if delivery will take long.I asked how soon can you deliver he said Monday. So I am thinking ok today is Saturday it will be delivered by Monday which is 01/ 01/2024. So I bought it. I also applied for lows credit card so that I can get 20% discount.After I purchased then he unfold the information that it will be delivered Monday 01/08/2024. I asked why ware you keep saying Monday and not clarifying. Not this Monday the following Monday. He started lying right on my face that he did. He never did so I asked for manager.After waiting awhile, the guy name Anthony McCulla showed up pretending to be the store manager. He was assistant manager. With some other guy with him. Without the associate Who deliberately hide information to make the sale. completely defending his action. That he didn’t supposed to clarify, I supposed to understand when the associate said It will be deliver on Monday. I should not assume the coming Monday. I should assume That means following Monday. And when he said yes it is in stock. I should understand he meant available in network without him clarifying.

Don't buy a zero turn here, order a week ago to be delivered Saturday. Day before arrival they change it without my authorization because they need a flat bed. Also would be delivered on a day I'm not here.

Every time I come here for propane, even when it's slow, I have to wait half an hour for someone to come out and do the exchange. You make me use self checkout THEN MAKE PROPANE EXCHANGE SELF SERVE TOO!!! Then I wouldn't waste 30 minutes of my life and 3 trips back into the store to remind staff I'm still here waiting.

After visiting the store a few times looking at Carpet, each time having no one in the flooring area for help, we decided on making our purchase. I visited the store and asked for help. A nice girl took my order for carpet measuring. The measure appt happened smoothly. Unfortunately the guys did not pay attention to what I asked so due to that I did not order carpet for our stairs and just settled on carpet for our hallway and office. The measurements for these areas were 300sq feet. The carpet had three prices on it. One was carpet only, one was with standard padding and one was with elite padding. We wanted the best pad for the tag for that read $5.49 per sq foot. 300 sq ft times $5.49 = $1647. The quote came in at $1906. I went into the store to resolve this as surely someone made an addition mistake. When I questioned it they had to call a supervisor over . The supervisor came and he immediately tried to say that the carpet did price does not include the padding. I explained to him that I am not dumb and that he should know what he is talking about before just making state me that are false. After a while he said that he would have to send the quote back to Hunters flooring to be adjusted and that I would get a call the next day to come back and pay for the order. I did get a call but the when I got there the next day the same numbers were in the order. I again questioned the numbers and another “manager” was called over. This person was Sarah. She came over and said that the prices are what they are and if I don’t want to pay for it then that is my choice and I can just leave. I was shocked at her lack of customer service skills. I then left and called 800 lowes number and headed to the front of the store to speak to a real manager. I was able to get to Rob who is an assistant manager. He realized that the error was that I was being severely overcharged for excess padding. He adjusted the pricing and resolved the issue. I sure hope the installation goes smoothly.

I had a warranty item (Kobalt) which needed replacement. The owners manual indicated 5 yrs. I was finally issued a In-store Credit which I used to purchase a new (identical) item. I then received a call 01/30/24 to let me know it was out of stock and will not be coming back on stock. They canceled the order and are now mailing out a new credit. KOBALT's policy is exchange or refund...LOWE'S does not even back their own brand. And the mgmt at LOWES in Langhorne PA definately don't know their systems or proceduler/policies. Buyer be aware. Maybe Home Depot is the smarter choice.

Website claimed to have an item I needed in stock, so I ordered with store pickup. 2 hours later I get a message saying they don't have the item in stock, and it can't be shipped from any other store, with the only option to cancel the order. Except, all the neighboring stores also claim to have the item in stock. Incompetence. Waste of my time.

This at one time was a 5 star review which sadly is now a one star review and that is being generous. I don't know what happened to this store now but lately it seems everytime you go to this location there is no one on the registers and you have to ring up your own stuff. I don't work there that's not my job. Don't get me wrong it's not like they are short staff they have plenty of employees. It's bad enough when you have to look for someone to help you find something. They are usually all at the customer service counter all hanging out there and B.S.ing. Store manager and the assistant managers are all useless. The only department that kills it in that store is the paint department everyone else for the most part sucks.
