I frequent this store, and I'm so impressed with how it is run. The employees are happy and the vibe is welcoming. Kudos to the manager for running a store as if it was a family. 10/10 recommend

I had some old books I wanted to donate. There were no signs out front to tell you where to donate, so I walked all over the store with my heavy tote, only to find out the donation place was out back. So i put my heavy tote on a cart, rolled it behind the store, and found a bunch of donation bins. I tried to put my books in a bin, but a dude showed up, gave me a huge attitude, then basically ripped the cart out of my hands and walked away with it. Dude stole my tote! If this and all the other reviews arent clear enough: if you want to donate stuff, go anywhere else.Also, when I was inside the store, the line was about 30 customers deep and extended through the entire clothing section. I feel sorry for anyone who goes there to shop.

DO NOT GO TO THIS GOODWIILL I have been to this goodwill NUMEROUS times and the clothes are unclean and dirty, I have gotten hives EVERYTIME I’ve been into this goodwill. NOT only that but I’ve also notice the prices begin and continue to go up and stained garments are 15+ dollars and things from brands like shein and other fast fashion brands that are FALLING APART are being priced the same amount they are on the original website.

I was in the store last Wednesday and I’m a regular customer. I just wanted to compliment one of your employees. I think her name is Avis I’m not sure . She was really helpful when I needed help looking for certain items . I also noticed she was helping another one of your employee with the racks . She seems like she likes what she’s doing and really wants to be there and is loving and great with people, I could tell by the way people greeted and interacted with her . You get what you’re paying for. I found a decent flannel shirt, but it was missing a button. I brought it up to the lady at the register to see if I can get a discount and she retorted curtly “We can’t do anything about that.” She rung it up anyway without clarifying if I wanted to purchase the item.

I’ve been going to the store for well over 15 years, and it’s always clean and always smells great, I don’t know what that fragrances but it’s awesome. The people who work they have always been kind and supportive.

The entire store is clean and exceptionally well organized, but what really puts this place over the top is the staff. Every staff member is wonderful to talk to, and they work together perfectly. Highly recommend visiting!

I never come here because it's always a poor experience but i wanted to check out their glass wear (which is why they got any stars). Good selection and pricing not bad. The poor experience comes from the unengaging cashier. Poor customer service skills. Didn't even tell me they are a bag-less store until I asked. I had no clue. I had to walk my glassware in the cart through the bumpy pothole parking lot... of course something broke.... not very happy.

I like this store. It's big, very clean, no smells. Prices are great. Household items, and nick nacks are displayed by colors/themes. They always have new (not used) things at the front of the store and along the walkways.

The store is very clean and well organized with a decent selection. However the prices are extremely high for used items (especially when those items are donated). I’d understand a bit more if it was something rare or a luxury brand, but many of these items were damaged and a simple google search showed they were charging as much or more than they would cost new.

The stores always have a musty smell covered up by some overpowering perfume. Almost all the clothes were damp to the touch. The bathroom was absolutely appalling, walked in to wash my hands and immediately walked out and just applied hand sanitizer instead. I wouldnt mind all of this if the prices were halfway decent, but they're not. A lot of the stuff is outrageously priced, and in poor condition. Rips, stains, pilling, fading and still charging up to $10 for these damaged clothing items. Goodwill used to be the go-to for thrifting, now it's more like the last resort.

*Updated review:Much better thrift stores in the area. You can find some decent finds here sometimes but most of it isn’t anything exceptional. I always go to 2nd ave over this store. Plus the store and the clothes smell kind of musty. Another dislike is only one color tag deal. I do appreciate $2 tuesdays of course but every other thrift store I’ve gone to has at least 2 or 3 color tags with a percentage off but this goodwill only does one color at a time. Most clothes are insanely overpriced (like $5 for an undesirable shirt) comparatively I’ve found very nice shirts at 2nd ave for half that price and less, and that’s before the 50% too! Great Goodwill location, the home section was color coordinated which was awesome and made it easy to browse. I found the prices a little odd - they had several items that were the exact same but $1 price difference. I highly recommend coming here for home items though, they had a ton to choose from, and it looked like their clothing section was great too. Furniture is always fairly lacking at these places, so if you're on the hunt I would recommend Habitat for Humanity's restore nearby.

Prices here are the highest of any thrift in the area. Item that belong in a set, like dishes or silverware are separated and sold individually. A stack of dinner plates are $3.99 each. You can buy a set new at those prices. I watch the workers complain that they don’t have enough staff, but they waste so much time putting individual stickers on every DVD ($2.99) and book ($2.99 - $6.99). The store is loaded with donations that have been on the shelves for weeks because no one is buying at these inflated prices. Price stickers are put over every makers mark, so you can’t identify things without trying to lift the sticker. Then I watch the workers take items off the shelves to be discarded. There are never any clearance sales, or discounted “colors” and the excuse is “covid”.Items are in color coded aisles, which makes no sense because if the salt shaker of a set is blue and the matching pepper milk is red, they will be separated ( and priced individually) into their respective color coordinated aisles.I take my donations elsewhere where they have a chance of being sold for charity.No one there listens to these recommendations, because “covid”. I fear the wonderful employees there will be looking for employment when management is scratching their heads because they can’t generate enough sales to keep the lights on.

11:32 am. Went to do a big drop off and man outside said not excepting until 12:00. Seriously. Guess donations and customer service is not what this place is all about. He was out there emptying the metal bins turning away cars. Couldn’t even put donations in the bins. I’ll be donating to other causes from now on. So rude.

Great prices! But seriously, putting racks of clothing without sorting then by size?Spent 20 minutes going through baby clothes... Finally realized that they weren't in size order.Asked a clerk what kind of order the clothes were in. She said "by color". WTH?!...20 minutes and I only got less than a quarter of the racks... Ain't no on got time for that.Am I the only one that thinks that's crazy?

Goodwill received everything they have through donations. The products prices should recognize that. I have been to many goodwill's that understand this concept. Price the products reasonable since everything is profit. However, this Goodwill thinks it's better then the other and the prices demonstrate that. I picked up several items and then went to Amazon and they were either the same price or cheaper on Amazon for a new product. I don't know why this Goodwill is over charging there customers but it is getting out of hand. I shop here to save money not be gouged.

Very good employees I lost my son in the goodwill box and the employees helped me find him. When we came home I found some granny panties stuffed in his draws, although I don’t think you guys would want that returned. But very good place with only the highest of commendations.

11/6/2020 at 130pm I found an item with two different prices so the goodwill made a mistake. I took the item to the front and showed them the two different prices which were on the item. The difference was only two dollars. The front cashier implied I put the extra sticker on the product which was not the case. The man didn't even offer to charge the larger price which was only two dollars but refused to sell me the item. How can they hire such incompetent employees that can't make a decision and how can refuse to sell merchandise? I'm not sure if they are supposed to refuse to sell stuff or they are just having such a power struggle in their life! Goodwill I'm honestly asking if your policy is to refuse to sell merchandise?

More expensive than the other 2 thrift stores on the same street. Been there several times and each time I have seen one particular cashier have a nasty attitude with customers. If she doesn't like people she's in the wrong job. I did call management after a visit and was more or less told tough, go elsewhere if you want to shop.

Great clean store always find good stuff here. Friendly customer service. All the clothes is in good color order and stuff like toys kitchen shoes goes by color. This store smells good like new inside not like the other Goodwill store smell like laundry detergent or something.

Clean store which is important to me. Had a lot of clothes which were well organized. GoodWill doesn't have much furniture though. The employees that I encountered were helpful and pleasant.Edit: Jan 3, 2022: Goodwill is bagless now so bring your own bag/backpack.

I came here with Hope's of shopping and Saving Money and felt like they robbed me blind. The prices are Highly overpriced on things. There was clothes that didn't have any tags and i figured they wouldn't cost that much. (WRONG)!!!when I got to the cashier she charge me more than 65$ for 1 small laundry basket and 5 shirts that weren't even brand new and were barely in fair condition. My Mind couldn't believe it!!!. I have been to many other Goodwills and 2nd avenues and never have the prices been that expensive for such little things that I paid for. If I would've known this before I should've just shopped at Burlington coast Factory next door and brought everything brand new.This is the WORSE STORE I have been in!!!I Really hope this store closes and stops robbing so much from the Community.
