I truly had the absolute worst experience at the Giant today with a woman named Chanel who said she was a manager. I was going through the self checkout stocking up on dairy that was on sale. I used coupons for each item I purchased but had trouble with one coupon. The lady working in the checkout area called Chanel over to help. She started yelling at me that I can’t use all the coupons, pulled them out of the coupon slot, and voided my transaction (which was over $100). She then pulled all my items out of my bags and told me I had to do separate transactions to use the coupons because cheese was BOGO.I started checking out again and did the butter and cheese as a separate transaction and she started screaming at me for using more than one coupon and told me if I did it again she would void any transaction and I would have to leave the store. I was standing there in the middle of the self checkout crying while Chanel was yelling at me for using manufacturer coupons for items I purchased. Even the machine was letting me do it. I ended up just leaving and going to the giant in Yardley which has friendlier customer service. I doubt I’ll go to this store on the 413 bypass again. I called corporate to let them know about my experience.

1. The employees are beyond rude. Especially the customer service team on site. I’ve watched them shoo away an elderly lady looking for items. (I eventually helped her find them)2 you ask for help & they love to say not my job.3. The lack of fresh produce is alarming but the staff are the most unfortunate part. I’ve tried to speak to management and was completely disrespected.

Why do some like torturing people with coupon system? It needs putting so much effort and time to go through all of the coupons.

Some IDIOT butcher at the Langhorne Giant left sharp shards of bone in the "boneless" pork chops. All except the top one had bits and bigger pieces of bone. I had to go through each one and do your butcher's job for them. FURIOUS.

I have been going to this Giant for the salad bar on my way home. But its just so bad that I just have to leave a review. The bins are empty and the vegetables have been left out all day without changing. Look at the pictures I posted, the lettuce bin is empty and wilting (imaging making a salad without lettuce) the other bins are empty with little scraps of food and greens. It's obvious that the produce workers don't care about how ridiculously bad it looks. When I went there last night, I counted 4 Giant workers walking by the salad bar knowing it looks horrible, but not doing anything about it. I left and went to McCafferty's down the road in Newtown and there were full bins with fresh produce. This is just unacceptable.

Greetings. This shopping experience was great yet again. The register people are always nice. The guy in front of me had, item for item, the EXACT same order. We both noticed, laughed, and did a fist bump. It was a fun Earthly experience. On a personal note, for me, I did see a robot.I have yet to encounter robots here. This entity appeared to be an employee. If not? Please be aware of said robot, and be nice to it. It was just vibing. If this is an employee?I'm glad to see equal opportunity, and, I hope in the future this message is not "dated" with use of my untimely vernacular.I do ask.To, kindly, be good to the robot; please: especially in the event that one day we need them to battle the evil Reptilian Overlords for Earth supremacy. So, any way.The robot was just doing robot stuff, and appeared to be cleaning the floor as it flossed about. Thank you, robot. The floors looked great to everyone involved! Humans and robots alike.I moved here a few months ago, and, have yet to really encounter a lot of robots on planet Earth. It struck me enough to write about, so here it is.Shout out to Giant food markets for including everyone on your Earthly food endeavors.Go Birds!

Apparently self check out has a 10 or less item rule now. Got told to leave AFTER I started scanning my items. Got eye rolls from the 3, I repeat THREE employees just standing at the self check out. They continued to talk about us and complain. She had to come to me once. ONCE. I've done this for years.. just now they're being extremely rude about it. Not to mention, I went to grab a bag of avocados and they were completely rotten. There were a few bags like that. This location is terrible. Employees are completely unprofessional and rude. Just go to the richboro location.

I stopped at this place to pick up some flowers for my mother who is ill went to the floral department nobody was there to help me I asked a few employees if they could assist they told me to go to customer service and it took for a young lady to take her time her name is Chanel to help me out I left satisfied other than that I would have been extremely upset because no one was willing to help me they were too busy doing their tasks. Thank you Channel you ma'am are an amazing customer service representative.

Waited 10 min at the deli with no one in line while being ignored by two employees preparing whatever the store wants them to prep. Was told they were busy. Clearly not prioritizing customers and service.

Giant has definitely upped it's game in this store. In stock position has improved greatly. I don't know if they changed store mgmt. or just corporate changes. Their Nature's Promise items are very good quality and reasonably priced.

This giant is seriously understaffed. Giant is one of my favorite grocery stores and they are seriously dropping the ball on their amazing staff. I’m disappointed in the way this company is treating workers that we absolutely need. This particular giant seems to have more problems than any other in the bucks and Montco area.

The Area OR District Manager should look into this Store as I did not see a single smiling face here. On top of that the person at self check out area checked our bag & my daughter told me that he was continuously staring at her. The Manager Bill whom I reported this did not even say sorry. The only reason people come to your business is your Customer Service nothing else!! REMEMBER THIS!!!

Just a sad excuse of a Giant grocery store. Employees seem miserable, produce looks basically rotten most of the time, premade subs are gross with wilted lettuce. Not enough registers open ever and self checkout will sometimes charge your card twice so make sure you check your bank account after shopping there. Their stupid robot always gets in the way and treats people like they are stealing or something. Not the robot future we need. Trash from their parking lot constantly gets blown off their property and into the communities next door. So many cons and no pros besides location. Just go to any other giant or any of the other options in town and you'll be better off.

Stopped by for the first time at any Giants store around 6:30pm to grab some grub for the night as I was not in the mood for a restaurant. Went by the hot kitchen area and things looked a bit on the dry side. Decided to go for the deli side to get some of the pastas and and breaded flounder. Tried to ask if I read a sign correctly that said shrimp pasta but it looked like something else. The guy behind the counter said: yeah that is what it is. So placed my order via the automated system and went shopping around for some other munchies. Heard my number being called and went up to the counter and did not get any attention. When the next number got called, I saw a lady go to the side of the counter and pick her food up. Realizing that is where the ready section was, I went to get mine. Turns out the pasta I asked about was not in "stock" anymore". I guess the person behind the cold deli was not having a good day. Oh well, got my stuff and headed off to the hotel to eat. Food was pretty good.

I was racially profiled by multiple employees during a recent shopping experience at the Giant store in Langhorne. Unfortunately, my attempts to address this issue with the on-site manager, Brian Cutillo, resulted in a generic apology email without a proper explanation for the mistreatment. Despite expressing my discomfort with returning to the store and my unavailability for a phone call, Brian insisted on it. I believe his apologies lack sincerity and empathy, and it seems racially profiling shoppers is a recurring issue given his dismissive handling. I am utterly disappointed and disgusted with the employees involved, including Brian. I intend to share a more detailed description of the incident as well as the video evidence I have online to raise awareness about this unacceptable behavior. You should be ashamed of yourselves!

First off I will say that this place is very convenient for curbside pickup. The days of running around the store for an hour have come to an end. Staff is always very nice too.BUT…..Many times, more than half, some sort of mixup happens. They gave our bag to the wrong person and gave them ours, they forgot to give us a bag, I could go on and on. To their credit most of the time the store calls us to let us know. However, most of us do not have the time or desire to go to the store multiple times because they forgot ONE BAG. And many times, they will substitute items we checked off not to be substituted and vise versa. The other issue is, the bags are SO. HEAVY. Some bags will be packed and stuffed with a ton of heavy things, while others will have ONE CAN in it. In many of the bags delicate items are placed on the bottom of many heavy things, so many times we end up with yucky, squashed fruit. And as someone with major back issues this is very bad for me.So, I will say that the curbside pickup is very convenient, however there are a lot of issues need to be fixed for customer convenience.

This place is a gigantic bodega now. If you want to know what a food desert is like, they don't sell much real food here. The meat and vegetable options are whatever is left on the shelves. There's barely any frozen vegetables anymore. They have 3 aisles of candy. Just boxes of chocolate bars and Reese products all over the place. How much candy does this place need? The salad bar is not eye-pleasing with barely any chicken and warm lettuce. And the deli? The wait times are extremely long. Expect to wait close to 30 minutes. I don't get lunch meats anymore. If all you eat is processed chips and candy, this place is for you. There's hundreds of selections of salsa. Also, the self-checkout is always crowded. They don't man the registers. There's too many registers, and the self-checkout is a limited area.

The hours clearly state that this Giant closes at 11 PM on google and on the door. I drove 15 minutes to pick up an item I needed as an emergency and this was one of the few stores listed as open. I arrived at 10:45 only to walk up to the doors and they were closed early… leaving me no time to try another store or pharmacy as all others close at 11 as well. An employee inside clearly saw me and ignored the fact that a customer arrived prior to closing. It’s okay to close early but be transparent about your hours so I could have driven to another store. I will switch back to ACME. They may close at 10 but they are at least transparent.

Very average. We just moved here. We found Giant to be the same as Stop n Slop or Ingles. Even though prices are high everywhere, Giants variety, names, store layout, veggies and fruits just seemed to be beyond reasonable . If you didn't want the large package, the prices were even higher. The cheapest honey that was on the shelf was $11.00. this was a commercial brand. Not a specialty honey. The veggies looked to be moisture sprayed to many times. If they weren't wrapped they were soft. I couldn't find an artichoke or avocados worth buying. The same went for brussel sprouts and fresh leaf lettuce.No. Giant won't be where I shop in the future, sorry.

Quality of produce has gone down. Their giant order pickup quality varies. They definitely have employees who aren’t paying attention with the substitute item. Things that are not even close to a substitute for what I ordered. But its good when ur in a pinch

It’s a in a pinch kinda of store..best thing they offer is boars head meat and cheese in the deli…otherwise it’s as run down as it was before the remodel…the entire plaza needs help…shame they aren’t doing anything before Wegmans opens and takes their best employees and customers…

The staff are polite. I had a great shopping experience. What I didn't like was the outdated run down look of the store and the smelly dumpster and large roaches all over the ground outside. This store is do for pest control, remodeling and having the inventory updated. Their selection is limited compared to other nearby giant stores.
