Make sure you go when the pharmacy isn't on break. They keep over the counter medicine back there and won't check you out.

Just got my prescription is ready text, showed up and the pharmacy is closed for lunch. The pharmacy hours don’t display a lunch break. Worse yet, there was someone there and they were not eating lunch and refused to help me.This is absurd. I hope corporate is reading this review as I doubt these lunch closings are sanctioned.

PSA: when you say you are switching to another store the employees actually don't care. No one in any store cares, they aren't the CEO. Also if they ran out of the vaccine and had to cancel your appointment...what should they have done? Should they wave their magic wand? You people are so entitled. Try be nice, not just to people in retail, but in general. The employees here are great and doing their best in trying times working through a Pandemic. Be kind

Frankly if I needed assistance, Id ask for it. Not to be hounded around the store. If I'm at self checkout, I don't want a conversation, I want to get my things and go. Customer service is great, but there are times when being left alone is more a service.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced from a gentleman by the name of Richard who may or may not be the store manager (8/28/22). He REFUSED to accept legitimate coupons directly from Similac for BABY FORMULA of all things. Money is extremely tight and these coupons help my family greatly. He should be ashamed of himself and CVS should be made aware of this.*No other store has refused them and when they weren’t sure how to apply them they showed patience and understanding. Richard did none of that insinuating we were being shady. Shame on you Richard.

This is definitely an older style CVS store. It has been here quite awhile and should be upgraded. I usually stop here for drinks if I am nearby at the park. Prices for drinks are usually higher than expected when I go in. The staff can be hit or miss as well. Sometimes I will get to the register and no one is there. You have to ring the bell a few times to get service. Not a big deal but I am surprised they do enough business to stay operating. Not bad for a quick stop or if you need Rx filled and live nearby but pricy for basic necessities.

This is the best CVS around. It's the only CVS I actually like to use to get a prescription filled. I go out of my way to go to this one because the service here, especially the helpfulness far surpasses any other pharmacy. Especially CVS lately is horrible service

I had a covid shot scheduled two weeks in advance, took off of work and my appointment was canceled two hours before I was scheduled to come in and told to find a location to do a walk in that there was nothing they could do about ........nothing in the area is now available for weeks so I have to take another day off of work. Inconsiderate of other people's time.

If I could give a zero . This is the worst CVS. I'm a premier customer and the staff couldn't' complete an adjustment of less than 10.00 .including the manager. I have made two trips to get this accomplished and still not corrected. I will contact the corporate office. The worst customer service ever.

When I called was unable to talk to a person when it was needed. Waited to talk to someone at the store, was put on hold for approximately 5 minutes then was directed to someone not at store who couldn’t answer my question.
