I recently had a wonderful customer service experience at the 7/11store down the street. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I found everything I needed. They greeted me with a smile, offered assistance without being pushy, and even provided recommendations on new products to try. Their excellent service truly made my shopping trip a pleasant and efficient one. I highly recommend this convenience store for its outstanding customer service.

The young tall guy with dark hair is so rude. I bought milk and decided I wanted a lottery ticket and he told me no, smiled and walked away. I thought he was joking until I was left standing there in disbelief. He literally turned down money/transaction. I told my family of the incident and they told me how they don’t ever go there anymore because the cashier is so rude and arrogant. Too many incidents. I’ll travel farther to pull out cash and pick up small food items. Who turns down a transaction?

Typical 7 eleven! This one has a gas station. Prices of gas are a bit high here. They have a red box service outside. Not a lot parking for when is busy.

I used to always get gas here but not anymore! In one month they hacked my card twice! Please steer clear of this place! They’re plenty of other gas stations up the road!

Poor service from the female cashier who looks like she is on drugs most the time. Owner and owners son are fabulous. But my last experience I won't be returning. Get rid of her!

I accidentally spilled a soda here with my baby. I apologized. The lady walked by huffing and made a not so nice sound. I apologized again and she refused to look at me. She looked so annoyed. Then I apologized to the man, who I think is the owner. He refused to acknowledge me and also looked angry at me. I asked if I could help clean it up and they both ignored me while the lady kept huffing. I've never experienced anything like this before over a spilled drink. It was so rude and uncomfortable. I love the cashier who is always kind and sweet and talking to my baby and I but this man and woman made me feel like a horrible person for accidentally spilling a drink

Doors locked at 7am on a Monday, so convenient. The girl that works in the morning is rude most of the time and touches everything with her rubber gloves. Money/food

Hands down the best 7/11 or convenience store in the area. Prices are within competition, clean store and never a long wait. The staff gets you in and out which is perfect in the morning. The young tall guy is always attentive and willing to help.

You need to watch and make sure you don’t get short changed here. It happen to me three times 50 cent short when you pay cash for gas. And my wife was shorted a Dollar after buying milk. And my mother in-law was shorted a dollar after buy lotto tickets before they had the lottery dispenser. I will drive extra miles not to go here.

I am appalled at that behavior of the employee I encountered this evening at this store. I am a frequent customer, honestly on a daily basis. This evening the employee followed me as if I was stealing and when she abruptly asked “you alright” I dropped my ice cream cone on the dirty floor as she startles me. She then says very rudely “you are buying that right “ I said actually I am not and when I went to put it back bc I was purchasing another brand she said you” broke it so you buy it” she had not idea if it was broken or not as she did not even touch it! Then she argued with me all the way to the counter and through my check out experience making me very uncomfortable! I would like to be contacted by ownership ASAP

Their gas prices are a few pennies higher than some others especially closer to the Blvd. This is my neighborhood 7-11. I've never had a bad experience here. The pump gave me grief so I had to go in to pay but no biggie. The location makes it a little bit of a challenge to turn left out of the main entrance. The store is always stocked and the food is fresh. It's family owned and operated. The guys there are really kind to me and my kid. (Cassandra) the female employee is super sweet and even chased away those annoying perfume parking lot sales people. It's an easy stop for gas, coffee, and a snack. It's price(s) are typical for any 7-11. I have not used the restroom so can't speak on the cleanliness. They hired a man with special needs that mops the floors and takes care of the trash. It was really cool of them to help this guy out. Not sure if he still works there but they gave a man an opportunity many wouldn't have. Overall, I shop there often and never had any worthy complaints....

I have gone to this store for years. At this point I will never buy gas or stop here ever again. They are rude and do not acknowledge customers--act like they are doing you a favor by poorly waiting on you. The owner hates the otter players--insists on the cards being scratched just so --notes taped to the desk about scratching on site--the store is old and dirty and cannot wait for the new WAWA in Penndell--I now go to the Langhorne 711 or the WAWA on Durham Road which has better parking--food and service. The one nice person Donna is gone and they did not pay her well. I also and writing to the Pennsylvania Lottery about rude the are to Lottery players.

I bought a milk here and it was over a week expired. I didnt check until I was at work, and at that point it was too late to take it back. I also got a breakfast sandwich that says it was made the same morning but it tastes really old. I mean, its 7/11 so I dont really have high standards for their food, but at least check your supplies so you're not selling customers expired items

In the past several months since COVID broke, I never once saw any of the employees wearing masks. Many, if not most, of the customers don't wear masks in the store as well, yet the staff allows it.For your own safety, please avoid this location. Wawa is five minutes down the road, has better prices, and everyone is forced to mask up. COVID is no joke, and places like this pose a serious health risk to the community.

The gas here is the most expensive in the area. The one guy at night who used to work night time was so rude and ignorant. He no longer works there and the woman at night now is friendly. Bathrooms are not bad and the store itself is very well kept.

Gas pumped fine but unable to print receipt at pump. Store extremely unclean especially the restroom. ATM couldn't dispense cash. Horrible stop.

The pumps often have no paper so you have to go in for receipts. They're busy enough that prepared foods should be fresh.

Shady as all hell. Debit and credit cards hacked multiple times….the common denominator every time was this 7-11 was the last place I used them before the hack. Coincidence?? I think not..Avoid if possible.
