I truly cannot express how grateful I am that my dogs are in the caring hands of Nonantum Vet for all of their healthcare needs. Not only is it nestled off valley roads on a scenic farm, it is truly an oasis in terms of how sterile and unfriendly vet offices can be. Not only do they price extremely fair but they don’t push for any unnecessary treatments that they themselves wouldn’t do for their own animals.Dr. Stuart has been the friendliest veterinarian I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Every time I’ve spoken with her it is like talking to a friend. While I don’t know the names of every tech I’ve come across, they are all incredibly compassionate as well.I recommend Nonantum in the highest regards to all my friends and family with pets.Thank you Nonantum for being a beacon of compassion, kindness and offering fantastic care for all of our fur babies. Very grateful to Nonantum for all they have done for my cat, Shadow. Thankful to my God for blessing Kelly Caldwell, the veterinarian who assisted me on 4/10/24, with gifted hands to be able to address my Shadow's symptoms and provide a diet that will help her issue. I am so grateful for her compassion, guidance, knowledge and for just taking the time to listen to me. This clinic has been there for me more than once with another one of my pets needs as well. I am also grateful to her assistant too for being so patient with me regarding all the questions and concerns I had. God bless you guys for your service. I so appreciate it!!!

I found Nonantum through a friend. This place is the best veterinary clinic that I have ever been to. It's always easy to get a appointment, the staff from the front desk to the vet assistants are awesome. Always nice and caring, listens to you and actually cares. The vets never rush you during a appointment and always have the pets best interest in mind. They remind me of the country vet that I use to take my dog to when I was young. Do not hesitate to take your pet here they are reasonable with their prices and are great people.

My family used Nonantum Veterinary Clinic years back when needing a vet for our 22 year old cats. At the time, our hearts were sad knowing what was needed. The clinic saw our cats and gave them the most beautiful passing we could ever imagine with their gentle love, patience, and kindness. My children shared “How nice they all were”.Our family has just adopted two new kittens that are filling our hearts with happiness once again. We were so excited when hearing Nonantum Veterinary Clinic was excepting new furry friends. Once again, I left our new kittens first appointment with gratitude for the exceptional service, care, and kindness given to my kittens as well as me. 😁💕Looking forward to working with Nonantum Veterinary Clinic for years to come.

Review by Pixie Girl:Woof woof, fellow furry friends! Let me tell you about my recent trip to see Dr. Evans and Nurse Dani at the vet's office. Normally, I'm not a fan of vet visits – I tend to leave a little "surprise" on the floor because I get so nervous. But not this time!Dr. Evans and Nurse Dani were absolutely pawsome! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel like a top dog. They were so gentle and kind, even when they had to take biopsies and draw blood. I didn't even whimper!And the best part? I didn't leave any puddles on the floor! Yup, you read that right – not a single drop! That's a huge win in my book and my Mom’s - she was super proud of me. Thanks to Dr. Evans and Nurse Dani, I actually enjoyed my vet visit. Five tail wags and a high-paw recommendation from this happy pup! 🐾

Seriously the best vet In the world! They’re so understanding with my lab who is leash reactive. When we switched over a few years ago due to poor care from a different vet they took the most wonderful care of our blue healer. One of our rescues was having some issues as well and they’ve created a comprehensive plan for him while working with specialists at another office and he has never moved better!!We just love the whole staff from front desk to the doctors.

I was referred to Nonantum from a friend, and have been with them for 6 years now, with 3 rescue dogs, 1 foster and 2 adopted! They treated my baby girl Ellie with the best care for 6 years, including several cancer surgeries, with heartfelt compassion for Ellie and myself, right up to her passing last November. They even took the time to send a card of condolences after her passing, which meant so much to me. Most current rescue, my boxer Loki, rescued from Tennessee had some medical issues, and they did a complete check up and followed thru with treatments needed, he is now feeling better and a happy boy :)The staff and Veterinarians are the BEST! Especially Dr. Stewart!! Easy to get an appt, especially in an emergency, they do their best to accommodate you. Very personable, caring and knowledgeable. The BEST! ❤🐕❤

We are just one example of the many people that we have met who rave about the expert care and personal touches that have come to define Notantum's culture. Every vet and staff member treat our beloved pets like they were theirs. From my perspective, they set the standard for what veterinary clinics should be.

I've been going to Nonantum since it first opened in the 1980's. I don't live near Nonantum, and I pass at least 3 other vet offices on my way to Nonantum, but I have never considered going to a vet closer to home. Everyone there is compassionate and caring. They used to have the lowest prices around. They are quite a bit more expensive today, but so is everything else. I don't know how they compare price wise to other vets, because I haven't been to any other vets since discovering Nonantum. So, they may still be the lowest priced vet. I just don't know. The office is always clean and everyone there is always friendly. I have nothing at all bad to say about the place other than I very much miss Debbie Roberts, who started Nonantum in the 1980's. She passed way before her time. If you are looking for a new vet, Nonantum will not disappoint. I have yet to see a vet there that I didn't like a lot.

Nonantum has been absolutely wonderful to our dog Brix and family. Brix has eaten 3 socks over the course of 14 months which has required 3 surgeries. The doctors and staff are the absolute best to work with. They have cared for Brix like he was their own. We would 1000% recommend Nonantum to anyone who has a pet.

We had to put our family kitty down- I wouldn't have wanted to do it anywhere else. The care we received will forever be remembered. We also take our dog here as well. Every visit has been met with true kindness and compassion. Truly a phenomenal atmosphere and wonderful people who are passionate about helping your pets. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going here for 15 years and things have changed and not for the better. In the same day I received a call from 2 different doctors with results from blood work for my dog with 2 different conclusions. He was scheduled to be neutered and we had done routine blood work. The test showed one of his liver enzymes was high and recommended we wait on the surgery and retest in 2 weeks which we did. The second test was done and when the 1st Dr. called with the results indicated that the levels were down no need for concern at this time and we can go ahead with the surgery. Four hours later another Dr. called, who was not aware of the 1st Dr. call and said levels still concerning recommend postponing surgery and to put him on some detox medication. When questioned about the 1st Dr. call had no clue. Contradicting information. Seems like it’s all about the $ and trying to upsell everything from food to medication, had to unsubscribe from emails. Not the local vet it used to be. Won’t be coming back.

We’ve been going to Nonantum for years. The staff there care for our pets as if they were their own. Appointments are never rushed and my dogs and cats have always gotten the care they needed. The staff listen to what we share and options are always given to make the care plan for each pet fit the goal. The main reason we keep returning is because our pets like the staff. We tried closer vets but it was never a good fit.

Dr. Charlotte was so gentle with my anxious dog for her checkup. My dog is terrified of the vet after a scary experience as a puppy in a different clinic, and I was so pleased with how she was able to calm my dog and distract her for her shots and well visit. I love this vet!

Great staff and great facility! They always take the time to give your pets the individual attention and care that they need and deserve even if they are squeezing you in for an unexpected visit. I also love that they have the facilities to perform most procedures and testing right there at the clinic as opposed to some vets who can't do xrays or surgeries. Their pricing is also very fair.

There are no words that can explain the amount of compassion that happens within those 4 walls. Nonantum is a phenomenal place to entrust your pets health and well-being with. I've seen first hand this lovely group of professionals work so diligently to provide the very best care for each pet they see. I worked with these wonderful people for almost 3 years til I moved to Virginia. A few days ago i was forced to make the decision that every pet owner dreads to make. This dog wasn't a heart dog, he was my soul dog. I knew right where I wanted to be for his final moments. I made the 2.5hr drive back to my nonantum family and laid my sweet boy to rest outside as the sunset surrounded by the love and caring staff of Nonantum. If ever I was to pick the most perfect way to say goodbye, this would have been it. I'm forever thankful.
