Dave, the store owner, has outstanding customer service. He carries a variety of pet foods & if he doesn't have it in stock, he'll order for you. I use a special brand dog food that's not carried at any big stores for my 2 girls, and Dave always has my order ready. Makes it easy to just pick up, pay, and go. There's plenty of parking and he's in a very good location. I'm truly happy I found Woof n Tails relatively quickly after moving here. Dave will continue to be the only one I use for my babies' supply. If I could give 10 stars I would!

My wife and I made an impromptu stop at Woof 'n Tails on a whim while driving by. The owner graciously let us in despite not opening for another ten minutes. He was very friendly and asked us about our pets at home. He is knowledgeable about his products but not pushy. The selection of food, treats, and toys is nice for the size of the store. Would definitely recommend for people who want to support a small, local business.

Dave from Woof ‘n Tails has gone out of his way to make sure food for our pups is always available at the store- going so far as to keeping a bag of the specialty food on deck in a freezer there just in case we run out. He’s easy to reach and always responsive to customer needs. If you have a pet with special food needs or you want to try a fresh or raw diet, this is easily the best place around.

We were so grateful to find this store while we were visiting the Lancaster area. We had run out of our dog's special dog food brand (Earthborn). Dave happened to have some in stock and then went the extra mile by ordering more for us while we were in town. The shop is filled with excellent products. You can tell Dave really cares about pets and people. He is very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. This is a terrific local business and I give it my highest recommendation.

Went in just for elk antlers and low calorie treats for training. David was a great help with picking the treats and I'll definitely be back. Very refreshing experience from other all natural pet stores that can be a bit snobby and make you feel like a bad pet parent for feeding your pet something they don't carry.

Always a great experience whenever I swing by. The guy is always very nice, we chat about just life. He is very accommodating and offers to hold products and is open to ordering whatever you need or your pet prefers. Better than any of the big name pet shops, and certainly more personable.

We love Woof & Tails! The owner is friendly, knowledgeable, and always makes sure to have our cats’ food in stock, even though it’s not a common brand. We don’t live as close any more, but it’s the ONLY place we will go for cat food! It’s worth the drive!

Awesome store! The new owner Dave is really knowledgeable and friendly, they have a solid selection of quality pet food and plan on doing some really great things in the near future. The customer service and personalized attention in a large chain are really lacking but Woof 'n Tails is the complete opposite. I felt valued as a customer and had individualized attention for my pet, I left very happy. I will definitely be back!

Unbelievably good service! I came in here in hopes that I could get a dog food brand that another local pet store had discontinued. Dave helped me by ordering it and even going to pick it up early from his supplier on his way home. I've been going here for our dog food ever since and the service continues to be unmatched. He always accommodates, offers to carry the bags, has given our dogs samples when we switched food to see if they liked it, and will special order just about anything you need. I can't say enough good things!

My dog loves this store. She barks with excitement every time we go and always leaves with her tail wagging. Her favorite treats include the peanut butter ice cream and any variety of Gibson. They sell locally made products and if they don't carry the dog food you use they'll order it for you so you don't have to shop at corporate retailers. 10/10

I started going here when I first moved to Lancaster and a delightful older woman from my hometown in MA owned it, she was great and always had my dog’s food in stock and greeted me with a smile. She retired and moved to Florida and solid the store to Dave, who has kept it up exceptionally. He knows my dog’s feeding schedule and pulls what I need before I get there to make sure it isn’t out of stock.I recently had an arm injury and have lucked out that my friends and family have been around to help get dog food for me but if they hadn’t, I feel peace of mind knowing Dave delivers.

We stopped in at woof n tails (About 2years ago?) just to see if they had our brand of dog food in a pinch. We had a bad experience at the “big store” and when I learned the online store was Owned by the same company I stopped using them. Dave was so accommodating. He didn’t carry any of our food (3 dogs and 3 different foods at the time) but he took my info and checked into special orders. He got right back to me and was able to special order our food. He is a genuinely nice person and because of that We will continue to support him. Thank you Dave!

EXCELLENT customer service. Went to Woof ‘N Tails for the first time looking for a specific dog food for my dog that has acute pancreatitis. Although the shop did not have the food I was looking for, Dave went above and beyond to try and locate it and also did research for alternative pancreatitis friendly options for our dog. He text me an update on the search and an additional option within an hour of leaving the shop. Definitely recommend and am very impressed with their level of customer service. You can’t get this in big box stores. Shop small!

Great experience! Dave was so knowledgeable and very helpful when making decisions. I have an almost 5 month old gsd lab mix and want to start supplementing with some raw food. Dave ran me through his selction and gave his recommendations ended up with a free starter kit and lots to try. The kibble I feed is difficult to find, Dave offered to bring some in for me on the regular. I will absolutely be back amd highly recommend you support this small business!!
