The Diesel islands are a mess. Loose fuel everywhere with no apparent urgency to clean it up. The overall appearance of the location looked ok, however I won’t return as there are other Fuel retailers with cleaner islands.

Wawa is the BEST. I wish there were more around town. The inside is always clean. Good made to order is fresh and good. Can wait if ordering during a busy time. The coffee is the best out of all convenience stores or gas stations. Live earning points getting gas too!Kid-friendliness: Kids menu is fun!

I open the doors to walk in at 12 am and there is a homeless man sitting inside the door, probably nodding out, and I immediately turned out and left. This is disturbing. This is Amish country. Why the hell are there people sitting inside the store on drugs sleeping. The Wawa in Gap would NEVER allow this. This is how you lose your customers. Unbelievable.

This location is alright. Store could be more cleaner and little more spacious or they should organize the merchandise in a different way. Their restrooms could be more cleaner if I compare with the standard Wawa experience and Wawa’s promise of cleaner restrooms. Staff are friendly and smiling and she greeted us.

They have the kindest staff here and make your drinks look so presentable!! This is such a nice tiny spot to come check out with your friends to grab some quick snacks! They also have the best pretzels and hot sandwiches! Im not sure what milkshake flavor the third picture is but it was really really good!! It looks like something with oreos!!

Wawa but slow service, dirty, food not made correct. Unhappiness permeates the air. Maybe its the crackheads and junkies that hang around and come from the cheap motels.Avoid if posssible. Im gonna miss my sizzlis and subs though.

Wawa is my all the time favorite I always get sub/sandwich from there. I ordered BLT sub and that's what I get on this. It was just a lettuce, tomato and pickles. What a joke. My order clearly show a BLT sub. We live about 25 mins away. It's not the first time though. So disappointed!

On 1/31/24 I purchased my regular smoothie and sandwich. The ciabatta sandwich wasn't how I ordered it so I called back to speak with a manager. She said her name was Sam. My reason for calling was the sandwich was purposely messed up. Earlier, I had asked a black guy with dreads or braids in his hair to not touch the food as he was about to, unless you changed gloves. He just returned from upfront after bringing a drink up there. This tall black woman with a net on her afro decided to ask him what I had said. She was the one who not only fixed my sandwich wrong but purposely made it last. Next some black guy name Luis announced my number and sarcastically said thanks. Earlier, he had asked the other customers who were standing around what they were waiting for and pulled their orders for them but not mines. Upon speaking Sam(supervisor) she asked if I wanted a refund when I called or to remake the sandwich but I told her no, I just want her to know what was going on. Tonight 2/1/24 at 8pm I asked the team supervisor to make my order because the same talk black girl was making sandwiches. But, before I said that, when I walked in, Luis was standing there trying to give the tall black girl a signal that I was here. So that's why I told the supervisor to make my sandwich. Afterwards, Luis decided to approach me and give me his name after saying he don't care if I call the manager tomorrow. Then this dark skinned girl(not sure if she Indian or Spanish) with a little ponytail on top her head decided to put her two cents in and tell Luis that you can't please everyone. She doesn't even know what took place so she should be quiet. Luis decided to have a discussion with me and had the audacity to spell his name. I certainly dont want him talking to me. I'm fully educated and don't need assistance with spelling. My reason for writing this to make management aware that you have a problem with these associates. I called and complained and now I'm writing to complain. I don't come into a business and spend money to argue with sandwich makers. I expect them to do what they're paid to do, make the sandwich as ordered. I know it's good to recruit from the Department of Social Services but Wawa should be hiring people that can read an order

Around 145 pm I went to go use the bathroom I was already here 3 times before on this day and this time I sat my wawa container outside on the recycle bin so no one so no one thinks I just got it inside and I was in there for a minute and a half I come back my container is gone I looked all around even in the cans that were underneath it wasn't there tho there the trash person had to of seen me put it there I was there several other times that day I ask them inside did anyone know where it went? Amd they like trash guy must of gotten it and they refused to tell me who the trash guy was but told me to get another lemonade if I wanted threatened to call the cops if I didn't get a lemonade amd leave or just leave even tho I was in the right someone saw me didn't like that i was there so many times and ran out and made my drink dissapear I mean I'd of taken the lemonade bit I got irritated when you get an attitude tell me I shouldn't of sat it there and threaten to call cops if I don't take a new one or leave? So u threaten to call the cops because one employee thought it be funny to make my drink dissapear then threaten me when I try to find it that's great

I have been stopping by every Monday evening for hazelnut coffee and as of the last few months they keep that pot empty and every time I have to get them to brew a pot for me so ridiculous I have to stand around and wait 15 minutes for my coffee. Gonna have to start going to Rutter's they have better food and service anyway.

From a door dash perspective, this location is comes highly recommended! When delivering over night the options here are limited therefore I go to the same 3 places A LOT! I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for the amazing folks that work here! My pick-ups are always ready, labeled and correct. Store remains clean and the employees are professional and courteous. When my “time is money” it’s always appreciated when I can be in and out. Finally, for the customer, I feel confident knowing that what I am delivering has been freshly prepared and that what is inside the sealed bag will be what they ordered. This is most certainly a 5 star plus location

I LOVE THIS LOCATION! EVERYONE, JEN, KRISTIE, FREDDIE AND BRIAN ARE ALL WONDERFUL. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING I ALWAYS NEED WHEN I COME INTO TOWN, AND IF THE STORE DOES NOT, IT WILL BE THERE THE NEXT DAY!!!! WHAT AN AWESOME TEAM. FREDDIE IS ALWAYS CHEERFUL AT THE REGISTER!!!!! If you order over the counter food theres a good chance they'll muck it up, especially the hunchback he like to talk and mess around.It's best to go during the morning nicer people.The tall guy and shorter woman at the front counter are really nice and strive to get you what you want, they keep everything really clean and tidy and are always on top of people not wearing masks.

Best value and food on this type of store. Coffee is great and so many choices. Try the hazelnut with irish cream non dairy creamer, so good. Don't need sugar or sweetener. Great soft pretzels, the food is great and priced lower than others. Clean and easy to find items. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

just had my first bad experience at Wawa2126-2132 Lincoln Hwy E, Lancaster, PA 17602wanted cup of decafe coffee. only half cup available. young man was busy he also had to make a specialty drink. i waited until he started to talk with other staff members. Then I asked if he had more decafe coffee ..He told me I would have yo wait...so we waited.. then he came over after making yhe dpecisl drink and told me that the backup pot behind the empty pot was empty. If I wanted to wait he could make it. third chance I said no thanks. threw my cream sugar and cup in the trash. If there was a manager in that store good luck with your brand image and loyalty

Here in the north east we are fortunate to have excellent convenience stores. Wawa is one of them. Usually the bathrooms are clean and the service is friendly. One great thing about Wawa is that there is no surcharge on the use of the ATM. That's huge. I hate having to pay to get my own money. Anyway, they carry lots of local brands which is something I always look for. Great for fueling up your car as well.

During the snow storm - 3/21/18 - the staff behind the counter making food was AMAZING!!! The line with people waiting for orders was insane. The staff worked fast in my opinion, stayed positive, and stayed focused! They made it seem like there was no wait at all. I can't say enough good things about this WAWA. Very clean inside.

Don't get me wrong, I love Wawa and will go out of my way to find one. The coffee, sizzlis and sandwiches are great. Having been to so many, I have high standards perhaps, but it does make for a better experience when the customer service is good. Most Wawa's have excellent customer service, even the busiest ones in downtown Philadelphia. This one is somewhat busy comparatively, but in my four +visits there, has proven to be the least friendly. That's compared, even, to an edgy Wawa in northern Delaware and a Florida one with a grouping of homeless folks outside. I'm never clear on why some people in customer service jobs don't want to be friendly. Even so, they did check off all the other boxes, convenient, tasty, and efficient.
