I was visiting from out of town, and needed to get a bathing suit for my daughter. Upon entering the store it was very clean and well laid out, I didn't have any problems finding what I was looking for, because I came at night I cannot not really speak on any staff interaction, however the staff that I did see were restocking the store. I paid through the self checkout which was convenient for me at the time. There was no wait. Overall I'd say my experience was good and I would return if I was in the area again.

Reliable for having things in-stock. Came for pens and XL sized flash cards, was easy to find. Had plenty to choose from. Also needed some E6000 glue which was located in the craft section. The stationary section has a small variety of gel pens, pencils, and notebooks which altogether the selection is modest. There were some open packs of gel pens throughout the aisle which I assume other customers had opened to try-before-you-buy. Shame they could have just purchased and returned if they didn’t like them. I purchased a pack of the BIC Gel-ocity pens and have to say I really like the way they write so far! Can’t wait to use them for my study cards 📚📋🖊

No common sense, I'm standing online waiting to make a money order, only to be told when I finally get up to the person, that the money order machine has been down for 2 weeks, then why don't you use some common sense and put up a sign saying money orders out of service! so that people don't stand online for 10 minutes waiting for something that's unavailable! 😠

The auto shop has the worst customer service and does not care for the customer.I attempted to get my oils change three times at this location. The first time after confirming with a technician I was told, 20-30 minutes after waiting for service, that they are short staffed and are only taking appointments.The second time, I drove up before they were going on lunch and was asked to come back at 2. Additionally, was told if they do not have the filter for my VW I could purchase it and return for the oil change. I returned at 2:00pm as requested and I was told they do not have a filter after waiting 20 minutes and they are closing early (3-4 hours early) and cannot help me.I remember Wal-Mart sending out surveys on where we shop and why we choose Target and Amazon over their store. It’s the customer service! Most people if given the chance would prefer good customer service over a good deal. Horrible customer service and lack of consideration for your customers will begin to affect your bottom line.

Had to pick up medicine and something for dinner, was a quick and friendly shopping trip. Had a great conversation with Mikhial at the self checkout on the pharmacy side. He was very friendly and kind and overall great interaction!

I’ve been told by customer service that electric department closes at 8 pm and there aren’t any signs of this anywhere in the store. They locked most valuable items and that’s no chance to buy them after 8 pm and it’s while a lot of employees working inside the store. What nonsense? You can’t find a one person to keep keys from lockers? Remove these locks then!

First I want to note that I understand during the pandemic there are shortages however it's not an excuse to keep the store in disarray. With the condition the store was in, it increases the possibility to theft which will cost the company money. I've worked in retail for over 5 years and I am horrified to find drinks all over the place, shoes and clothes thrown in different places. When I was in retail I tidied up around my department. Boxes were not left unattended. You need to have pride in your store and take better care of it. Furthermore you also need to have more than 2 or 3 registers open for the amount of customers in the store. I can't tell you how stressful it is to wait 20+ minutes to checkout a few items.

I asked team member Dana for assistance grabbing baby formula ( only item I came in for) she said no that’s not my department and walked away from me. I asked who may I speak with to grab formula for me and she said a cashier or customer service still walking away from me. I then walked over to team member Kim and asked if she could assist me. She told me I had to go to customer service to grab the formula then walked over with me. I asked if they had any of the smaller cans of similac neurosure and she said here there is three here. And then proceeds to take me to self checkout. With no indication there was one other person “in line” which she walked past so I attempted to follow her where she turns around and says “oh hunny you are going to have to wait in line first.” When I get to finally self check out they are the wrong size cans of which I asked for. Both interactions both team members were rude, snarky, and unprofessional. This Walmart has some of the worst customer service. This happened at approx 10:30am-10:45am if you need a point of reference.

Absolutely the worst experience I ever had for starters go into Walmart for some spray paint going off the apps information wasn't even in the correct isle then I find the spray paint but was in locked cabinet, so I went to the desk of course no one's there waited 10 mins no one showed. Then I seen an employee and asked her then I got i don't know so I decided to wait another 10 mins and No one Showed no assistance button or anything.. So I left.. This Walmart does not care at all period .. Do better!!

Today we had a terrible experience. We ordered a birthday cake for my daughters birthday a week in advance. We ordered a 1/2 sheet tres leche with strawberries. They gave us a 1/4 sheet tres leche with peach and strawberry. Wrong size and flavor. I asked them to help replace it, and they refused to because it would take long. We were left with no option but to have to purchase the one they made, wich will not be enough for my daughters birthday party. Terrible experience. I have always bought cakes from here, as they are delicious, but with the poor customer service and how careless the lady was, My family will never buy a cake from here again.

I definitely like the lower prices on food products. However, I do not buy meats at Walmart. I always try to use a check out with a cashier, considering the self scans cause people to lose jobs, and I am not getting paid to check out my own groceries.I bought a lot of groceries this week. I went through a line where a heavy man was sitting down, no problem, he may have had a disability. I picked up a pack of cookies from the bakery, which did not scan.The check out man told me to run back and get another pack of cookies?? Huh?I said, don't you have someone to do this?? He said, maybe customer service. In the end, he put the pack of cookies on top of his register and did nothing. I left without the cookies my husband asked me to get for him. So much for caring about having a job.

Not a Walmart fan anyway, but this takes the cake on below standards. If just felt dirty. It was busy, things were not in typical Walmart staging. Had to walk all over the store to find things. Luckily using the app did help us on mapping the item locations. I don't need to return.

No problem in the store. It’s shameful what the property looks like around the outside especially around the sides and back. The garbage is ridiculous. The dozens of bottles filled with urine is especially nice. A few team members once a week for a couple hours could keep it nicer looking.

This is one of the biggest Walmart Supercenter have ever been in. The items you find here are diverse. The produce especially fruits are of great prices. I was super excited to walk round the aisle because of the great finds. Found some Sam's club items there too. Nice place but the check out lines were long in the evening with fewer cashier most people used the self checkouts. 😉

I usually drive from the west side of town to Ephrata to shop and pick up because their store is so much calmer, cleaner, more organized, and more efficient. The Ephrata store feels loved and cared for. Today, however, I scheduled a pick up at the Lincoln Highway store because Ephrata had no slots open when I was able to go. I arrived on time to a completely full pick up parking lot. I HAD TO WAIT OVER AN HOUR AND 15 MINUTES FOR MY ORDER TO COME OUT, despite several phone calls inside and talking directly to the associate passing back and forth outside my van. During that time I watched several vehicles pull up, receive their orders, and drive away within minutes of arriving, while other vehicles had to wait eternal amounts of time, like I did. The workers sauntered back and forth at an extremely relaxed pace, pausing for extended chats on the sidewalk to compare phone screens (which I assume were part of the job) before they disappeared for long periods of time inside the building, not seeming to notice the full parking lot. Once I received my order, I spoke with the pick up supervisor, who showed no interest, regret, or real acknowledgment of any problem. What a frustrating afternoon! I could have easily gone into the store in person, shopped leisurely, and stood in a long check out line in that amount of time. It was a good reminder of why I go out of my way to choose the Ephrata location.

On our last pickup order, which was on the Saturday after Black Friday, we experienced the worst customer service ever from them. We were scheduled for the 11:00 am to noon slot and the notice said that it was picked around 10:55 am. We arrived around 11:10 and had to wait for a pickup spot ( I am talking about 8 cars deep), which makes no sense that they would schedule that many people for that time. We finally got to our spot around 11:25, but did not receive our order until 12:30. Worse, we saw people get there orders that got spaces AFTER we got ours. That was totally unacceptable and when we asked, all they said was "yea, you are next". On they other hand, the person that did bring it to us was nice and agreed that we waited for 63 minutes. I cannot help but think that perhaps some employees or friends of them might have gotten special treatment at our expense. Overall, really bad customer service!

I think people have a tendency to do reviews when they are upset, I wanted to do mine and thank Dennis and his crew at this location since covid for keeping my household afloat. This location has taken huge leaps to improve. I also wanted to thank Walmart for keeping prices affordable and their delivery folks reliable. Every Internet/delivery will have hiccups occasionally especially with demand,but I continue to be happy with the service I get with them. Thank You So Much & Happy Holiday.

Within 3 weeks at this Wal-Mart I had these issues- A microwave shipped to my house that was completely smashed and NOT from shipping they literally shipped it out that way from warehouse- A complete pick up order of over $200 in groceries given to someone else and I left with nothing.- Over an hour wait for another online pick up grocery order and 16 items were missing- Picked up a tire and have installation appointment scheduled and they say they can not jack up my car! I was just there 2 months ago getting other tires on and the manager says even when I show him the receipt from my last visit that I was lying! Why would I waste my time if I knew my car couldn't be jacked up? Insane! I showed them a jack they had in the garage and how it fit under my car and they told me to do it myself?! I have an appointment for you to do it! The staff all spoke Spanish and thought I couldn’t understand that they were cussing me. Absolutely insane to be told they “could not” jack my car up. It’s a normal car! They just did not want to work or Walmart hired people unqualified because this was just the most insane situation to have a jack right in front of them that fit under my car and to be told they couldn't do it?!!!Avoid this place! Absolute nightmare. I will be using Target and Aldi for grocery pick up now and an actual auto shop for auto services. Saving a few bucks at walmart is not worth the stress and the fact you can’t rely on them at all. I can understand a situation every once in a while but this is constant issues!! Spend a couple bucks extra for some peace of mind!!

Dislike walmart in general. Never cashiers without a line because there are not enough open. They gave some of the worst customers both inside the store and hanging outside in the lot. Walmart is the reason Amazon is so successful.

Wish they would open more than 1 or 2 registers! What's up with that? They do have lots of scan and gos! This store is pretty big compared to some Walmarts we have been in! Always great deals!

This Walmart kinda stinks...they never have the stuff they say they do when you order delivery, they consistently don't have all the same products and brands that other Walmarts have and that show available online. They pick horrible substitutes. Produce is generally better elsewhere

I have had to deal with sales associates with an attitude. Or else they simply aren't friendly or nice. They ring your purchases up and say a price, hand you the change and/or receipt and that's it. No have a nice day or thank you. You know basic business language or skills. Not to mention as you leave the store with bags of purchases they stop you and ask to see your receipt. I guess people could bag up items at the checkout and not actually pay. How often does that happen I wonder?

I have tried to be patient when ordering items from Walmart super center on Lincoln Hwy in Lancaster,Pa but it has to be the most unorganized store in your systems and this has been going on for years. I stopped shopping here and has been doing curbside pickup and it is still no better they don't answer phone when you call you have to ask one of the workers as they are bringing out other order s.
