Zelie does an absolutely phenomenal job with our two dogs. They are both excited for their trips to That Groom Room. They are extremely knowledgeable on different fur types and are happy to walk you through different cuts/style options. We were used to short haired dogs and once we adopted a dog with longer hair and different texture, zelie walked us through what she would do and some of the different options that she could do. I cant say enough positive things about them. I tell everyone to take their dogs here!

I took my shih-tzu/maltese, Daisy, here twice and Zelie has done an incredible job both times! Daisy can be a diva and she doesn’t love getting groomed, but Zelie is so patient and sweet with her! After picking her up, Daisy smells amazing and looks beautiful! I am beyond happy with The Groom Room & the care Zelie took with my girl! Thanks, Zelie!🐶🐾

My little ship-poo loves Nicole. She is generally nervous around other dogs. ( a couple of friendly attacks by big dogs off leash have made her shaky). But when she visits Nicole she relaxes in her arms and lays her head on her shoulder.The groom room is small with only 2 tables.So there are not a lot of dogs around. It’s the best place for a nervous little dog.

Had an appt today at 5:30 for our dog to have his nails trimmed. Appt confirmed by email on Monday. Show up today an the they were closed. Been bringing my dog here for 3yrs every 4-5 was for nails. No call, email or other notication of appt being canceled. I make special arrangements to leave work early for these appts. So much for taking care of long term customers. Now a former customer. Will find another groomer going forward!!! Celine Huggins
