Very nice and big store with lots of different products. It is neat, clean, and well organizedNot necessarily the cheapest place to buy groceries but on the other hand, you don't have to go to multiple places just to save a few dollars. Their produce is fantastic,. You can buy pre-made foods like homemade baked goods and more; homemade sushi platters, homemade dinners for your family and many different cuisines.They have a huge tea selection of loose and pre-baged teas. The same with coffee; you can buy whole roasted beans from different roaters or the common coffees that you would buy at other grocerie stores.

The plant selection at the Staffers of Kissel Hill Home & Garden store is one the best. The variety of beautiful plants will definitely take your breath away. Everything is nicely marked and laid out. The aisles are wide so you can navigate safely and not have to carry heavy plants. The plants are well taken care of, there were no plants or trees that we saw that were in need of attention. The staff is extremely friendly.

There’s a lot of things I love about stauffers. Local food and organized layout. However, I’m thinking of switching back to Wegmans. Their self check out set up is frustrating. They need little hand held scanners to be more efficient with self checkout and use machines that don’t freak out when you bring your own bag. The other thing that is frustrating is how often their employees don’t know the answer to where something is or if they have it. Today my husband asked THREE different employees where key lime juice is after we hunted for it for ten minutes and they all said they don’t have it. We bought it there before so I knew they did and I finally found it myself after hunting for another ten minutes. Maybe get an inventory look up system?

I purchased your macaroni and cheese with stewed tomatoes there was a little liquid in the package but when I went to eat it was floating in liquid I poured some of it off but after heating it was like a lake. The Mac and cheese tasted like it came out of a box . This is the worst Mac and cheese I have ever eaten.this is my first and last prepared meal from your store . It definitely wasn’t worth $9.02 . It you should put the label on top of the dish so you can read it without turning the meal upside down.joyce mokros

I enjoy shopping at this store. It’s attractive, clean, and well stocked with many more options than in other grocery stores. However, it’s frustrating not being able to check online whether or not certain items are available before driving to the store. Also wondering why this store closes at 4:00 or 5:00 pm, which is hours earlier than other grocery stores. Please fix these inconveniences. Thank you.

I always have a great experience at Stauffer's,no matter what location I go to. Their stores are always clean and well stocked. Their bakery and produce area are always top notch and fresh. Their staff is always friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make sure your shopping experience is a great one. Highly recommended over Giant and Weis. Support local business!!!!

I needed a plant to replace one that died and decided to give this place a try. It has an amazing assortment of garden themed decor and a great selection of plants. The staff listened to what I was looking for and gave several suggestions, answering all my questions. The plant I settled on is perfect and I’m going back for another one. When I was checking out I saw a great sale on a chiminea (70% off!). One of the staff even told me how to season it. It has a new home on my front porch.

Tess was super helpful, dropped what she was doing to give me the tour of the section I needed, based on my very vague descriptions, and the ins and outs of the indoor plants I'll have the best chance of keeping alive! She also helped track down some of the plants I was looking for that were also on sale. Three cheers! This new plant momma is very pleased with the experience. 😄

Was a great store ,they had some great sales. I'm from state college area and drove down for this. Where i live we don't get sales like you do down in Lancaster and it was worth it to go. I was impressed . They've got good local food here you cant get back up here where I live. The dutch Amish country foods

Nice store that usually has everything I need. I often go there to shop the sales. You must read the fine print once you're there otherwise you'll find some flavors of soda, for example, are on sale, but the ones the vast majority are looking for are not part of the sale... always feels like a bait and switch. Good prices on wings, good BOGO sales. There are lots of good coffees there, too. If you are into aged prime meats, they have that, too.

i was grabbing a boston creme donut and an apple while shopping there for my lunchbreak i overheard verbal berate-ment from the back, upon peaking into the bakery… i saw a middle aged woman with grey hair in a black tshirt with a box cutter on her hip. i think i saw the name tag of Donna. this caused alot of distress to my visit and honestly ruined my lunchbreak. ended up leaving without purchasing due to distress.

It's a very nice grocery store. Clean friendly staff. Nice selections on certain products. The issue is they are very expensive. It's not the place to shop for families. It's very unfortunate because quality is good and a very well run store.

Went to get flowers. They don't have the variety they used to have. If you wanted hanging baskets or preplanted containers, you were set. The flowers I did purchase were very nice. Somewhat satisfied.

Used to love coming here for their selection, but have had experiences that will stop me from coming back. If you get an indoor plant, repot it immediately. The drenching of the succulents I witnessed made me cry on the inside. Poor echeveria's still had water pooled between their leaves when I went back a day later. I'm not sure if they're just being lazy or trying to scam people, but the newest thing I've found them doing is putting 4.5" pricing stickers on 2" pots. I'm going with lazy, but who knows?

Over the years I have spent lots of time and money here. They have the some of the best plants around and usually can find someone who is knowledgeable about the landscape questions you have . Super selection in grocery department and very competitive pricing with Aldi competition so close.

Great selection for spring planting.Patio furniture is pricey. Sale pricing didn't look competitive. As I entered, a couple was leaving and the wife's comment was "Only rich people can buy there!"

My husband and I love Stauffer's! What a beautiful store with friendly staff and excellent products! This is absolutely my favorite grocery store in Lancaster. Its groceries even rival that of the Southern Season store of Chapel Hill NC. (That is major.) This store is always immaculate and the selection is VAST. It feels so good to have a great store that I can always count on!

Stauffers is my go to when grocery shopping, great selection of foods and great display making it easy to find what you’re looking for. Thanks for adding the names and brands to your shelves to make it easier to locate what I’m looking for. Staff is always very kind as well in the store. I’ve even had one employee remember my name and use it when he sees me in the store :)

Ordered a chocolate chip cookie cake got a m&m cake called they said someone should have told me when I ordered they don't have just chocolate chip cake all they can get is M&M right now. Explained this isn't what I ordered offered a "sorry" but no refund or exchange. Won't be using this bakery again!
