As a newcomer to Sheetz, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional experience it offers. Having grown up near Wawa convenience stores, I was accustomed to a certain level of selection and service. However, Sheetz surpassed my expectations in several ways.Firstly, the selection at Sheetz is outstanding. From snacks and drinks to ready-to-eat meals and even alcoholic beverages, the variety seemed endless. I was particularly impressed by the availability of alcoholic drinks, something that none of the Wawas near me offer. This added convenience definitely sets Sheetz apart.Moreover, the store itself was spacious and well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find what I needed. Despite the extensive selection, everything seemed to have its place, contributing to a streamlined shopping experience.However, I must admit that the sheer number of enticing options at Sheetz could be dangerous for my wallet. With so many tempting items to try, I found myself wanting to sample a bit of everything. While this speaks to the store's appeal and variety, it's something to be mindful of for future visits.Overall, my first experience at Sheetz left a positive impression. The combination of excellent selection, organization, and convenience makes it a standout option in the world of convenience stores. I look forward to returning and exploring more of what Sheetz has to offer.

Pleasant knowledgeable associates working. Plenty of prepared and made to order food options available. Well stocked clean convenience store. Plenty of gas pumps available at a decent price.

Friendly staff and large easy to navigate parking lot. Store is clean and the made to order food is prepared quick and tastes great. Self checkouts are available even to pay for gas. They have a car wash and free air. Indoor/outdoor seating. They also sell alcohol at this location. 🍻

Very helpful cashier. Soda machine was out ki f syrup for 7up. He was unable to change it, but said to dump it, and get something else. Thanked me for letting him know.

Typically I have a great experience here, but after my last two visits, I am a little hesitant on this location.The past 2 times I have ordered food, someone else has "taken my order". The first time this happened, I waited 30 minutes and had to approach the front to ask if they forgot me or if they lost my order or something. I was told "I mad this awhile ago, someone must've taken it". This happened again recently. I received my orders both times eventually but I just find it odd. I always wait close to the pick up area and I would grab my food if my number was called.Maybe their needs to be a better system in place for pick ups. I know the slip basket is there but if people take other peoples orders, maybe the numbers need to be checked for those picking up their food.

Poorly managed. I was in here to get Mac N Cheese bites and a drink. I try to use the self checkout and it gives an error that won't clear out. I then look over at the manager near me and she looks at me and turns and goes back to stocking shelves. Then as I'm at the counter and the gentleman in front of me, the cashier, has to walk away to clear out the error on the self checkout, then come back and try to ring me up again. Now the line has backed up and the manager who ignored me in the first place is now ignoring the line that is getting really long. She just kept stocking shelves and ignoring how busy it was.

I'm there everyday multiple times usually. Have always had a good experience. If I do have a problem it is fixed without hesitation. The people are awesome that I deal with. Only problems I have had here is with other customers who think that they are the most important people in the world. Seriously people learn some humility and grace.

My order had only 4 things and it’s the dead of night. How many times do I have to go back to fix this order? Crazy how the “cook” can prioritize being baked over rereading the order. It’s not hard, especially when mine is the only order there. It’s also so dirty and grimy. If they didn’t clean when there’s no customers, when do they?

Yes it's just a gas station! However, Sheetz is generally very good at having good selection of gas station drinks and snacks, as well as a good made to order meal area. This Sheetz is as clean and well run as any of them. Definitely breasts any other gas station in the area.

I love Sheetz and frequent them often more than I want to admit but this store is constantly out of sodas at the fountain and multiple slushies. It's been 2 weeks that the orange sodas has been out. Employees are rude and not customer friendly. Wish I had other options when I'm in that area.

John, the supervisor that checked me out this morning, is one of the friendliest and charismatic people I have ever met while shopping at a convenience store. Before today, I never knew I would want to feel welcomed at Sheetz. He made the experience more than enjoyable. 5/5 stars

I went to Sheetz last night for some food, as I waited for the cashier to come over to take care of me, I watched one of the cooks pick up my food (mozzarella sticks) without gloves or tongs. I mentioned it to the cashier, her response was that they are not required to wear gloves or use tongs, the 360 degree oil would kill any Bacteria that may be on the food. I am in the food service business and know the standards and procedures while handling food. I have never heard anything like that. The next day I called to speak with a manager, Mary is her name, she was very unprofessional and said the same thing. She told me that that is the way that it is, oh well! She did not apologize to me at all, whether that is the policy or not, she cut me off and told me said bye! Why would it be okay to not wear gloves or to use tongs when handling food? I will never give this store my business again and hope that they will take this into consideration.

I came to check the air in my tires and get gas. I paid at the pump, and that experience was unremarkable (in a good way). When I went to the air pumps, I was delighted to find that they were *free*, modern, and clean (usually my hands turn black after using the air hoses at most places). You can select the target air pressure, and the meter flashes when you reach it. There's no "fill then check, repeat."I can't really say anything about the inside or the attendants, because I've never needed to go inside (which is also a good thing in my book).

This Sheetz has the cheapest gas in the area!However, I just used the carwash for the first time and it took 21 min to process the 3 cars in front of me. The car wash is slow, there's only one bay so it backs up quickly, and it doesn't even give you a discount on gas so I'd definitely recommend skipping it here.

When I visited for I bite to eat, all the hot food was gone. The place was really dirty, and the customer service was horrible. I’m definitely sticking with my gut and only going to Wawa from now on

Went here to get food waited 40 minutes for it, got my order and it looked kind of small, sat down and opened my bag to find they missed an app platter, a fry, and sauces. Fries came out 5 minutes after manager came over and checked the bag. My app platter never was ordered when I KNOW I put it in my order. The manager did give me a free item, so I had to order a new app sampler I was EXTREMELY disappointed.

I am a fan of Sheetz as a company my complaints are always minor compared to Turkey Hill, Speedway, Royal Farms, Sunoco, and dare I say Wawa! I believe Sheetz trumps them all as the one stop gas/bathroom/food/coffee/cigarette/loto stop!

Very nice efficient staff. Very disappointed in the mask policy. Several days in a row now of early (630 AM) stops and each tome the store is filled with customers without masks. No reason for this during these times.

Best car wash in the area! Believe me, I have tried them all many times! None come close but you have to get the ultimate wash. And they have free air!

I ordered 2 chilli cheese and onion hotdogs and they forgot the hotdog itself, it was just a bun with chilli and onion on it. How do you forget the most important part of a hotdog.

The cooks put like three pieces of meat on my quesadilla. Sometimes the food is still cold. As a former cook WHAT IN TARNATION... Its not busy half the time and y'all making the most basic foods.
